I think my problem is my schedule. I work evenings...4-11. Now, if I worked days, say 8-5, I'd get up at 6, go to work, come home and do the usual evening after work things and be in bed by 10:30 or 11. In my mind, at 12,12:30 I should be sleeping but I still have to burn off the energy from being at work etc. So, if I shifted my schedule to an evening schedule, I'd be going to bed around 5 am and getting up around 1 which ain't happening.
