So true! Went to my local shop yesterday and it was clear he’d never be carrying squonking gear, rda’s, tools, cotton, etc. because he said people were just buying tanks. Meh. Guess all I can buy from him is batteries and juice lol.
I’m already scheming about what flavor rda to buy next! Should I get a second Wasp...or a Nudge 22..Pulse 22..DR SQ...? Or do I hang back for a few months and just enjoy my Wasqueeze (which I’ve had for exactly two days now). I know I want a regulated squonk mod ASAP though. Decisions decisions.
Blitz Ghoul is another option. I love mine, MUCH better than the DR SQ!

Pulse 22 > DR SQ imo. I love my RSQ's. I just put another RSQ in my breazy cart and 2 more pulse 22's in my eciggity cart and will probably be ordering those on Friday or Saturday after my credit card billing cycle changes over.
Have you tried the Nudge 22? If so, how does it compare?
And overall...how do they compare to the Wasp Nano?

If VooPoo actually paid attention to the vape community/market they'd know that if the pulse ended up being a hit and people really enjoyed a squonk with the gene chip, that would just given more people a reason to buy it(drag version). 90% of vapers are also "good device" hoarders.
From what I've seen of the drag I mean the drag squonk would probably be better made then the pulse. Nothing against Tony except he works with VV and they're not always the top notch quality control type.
Kinda sucks but oh well, I won't be getting either of these mods now. Unless of course VooPoo proves this is all bullshit, then I might be in for 1. As long as it doesn't say VooPoo anywhere! Lol

I do not think that they ever intended to use it and planned on using their own chipset instead.
I managed to suffer thru watching his latest piss and moan video.
Now VV will have a perfect testbed for their new chip. And if it has problems they will blame it on Voopoo for 'making' them rush it out.
And Tony and his faithful minions will defend the chipset and mod for VV.
This is working out great for VV.

Voopoo has never had their thumb on the pulse of the vape community. The first version of the Drag wasn't popular because aesthetics. It only took off after they added the resin and black paint. Then they released the Alpha and Too, which were...interesting? (to say it nicely).
I wouldn't be surprised if Voopoo really did this to VV/Tony. IIRC, they were not originally a vape company. They were a preexisting company that bought a California based vape company called Woody Vapes and got into the industry. So they brought outside (and more competitive) tactics into the vape industry and used them on VV and others Tony mentioned.
I have a feeling we will hear from Voopoo about this fiasco. If we don't, or if they don't offer some hard evidence to the contrary, it's probably true.
That would mean Tony was unknowingly using VV's cloned chips in the test mods he mentioned. And that he's lying about the person at ECC warning him about Voopoo's business practices.
Although, I do have to say it will be very suspicious if the new version of the Pulse 80w has the exact same screen/button layout as the Drag.
Occam's razor kinda leads me to think Tony's story is true. I love a good conspiracy theory though haha

It would also mean Tony would be lying about his emails with the head of Voopoo. Their exchange wouldn't make sense if VV had declined to buy the Gene boards cause theirs was ready. That theory just doesn't work without Tony being in on it. (not saying he is, just pointing that out)

I believe Tony B’s side of the story because it’s the simplest explanation. A smart but dirty move by voopoo. I’m not going to boycott them but I also never intended on buying any voopoo products to begin with. I just can’t get passed the name. Regardless of what I do, they seemed to have kicked up quite the shit storm and it will be interesting to see how it plays out. The smart thing to do is issue a vague apology and wait for it all to blow over.

There were many, many, many squonkers looking and "designed" like the Pulse way before the first Pulse was ever put up for sale.
Squonker designs are just about the same: a body, a hole, a BF 510, a bottle; electronics optional. The rest depends on the quality of the materials, and where they are placed - that is it.
And the new TonyB mod looks a lot like an RSQ...

There is no "long term contract" or "project contract" according to VooPoo - if this is true, it is up to TonyB and/or VV to prove otherwise to back up their accusations
