A light hearted tear jerker full of bafflement and head shaking irony that follows our hero( that’s me) as he attempts the near impossible task of purchasing an old, used truck from a person/family known to him for a number of years.
Plot twists and turns abound in this breath taking adventure that’s full of death, impending death, malaise, unbelievable “fuck me” moments highlighted by an impeccable lawyer whose expertise in the glacially slow implementation of his trade is highlighted by his supposed and meticulous dotting, double dotting and prolonged looking at the many I’s that have been dotted along with a bevy of T’s that need crossing, recrossing and stared upon fondly for days on end.
Used truck buying will never be the same.

The worrisome aspect is that the executor is potentially liable for any screw ups when doing it. Working with a trust, so the big items are covered. It’s all the details though.
