Not sure AWOL is what I’ve been. More…..busy.
I’ve been so busy that I’ve yet to pick up the new griddle I bought nearly 2 weeks ago. Hopefully today. Then we’ll see how long it takes me t put it together and season it.

So part of Cody’s team had a practice and after a bit invited a big sister to play, then invited Madi, never played, who got 2 hits!! 10 is the age when daughter started, mainly because of best friend. Madi has similar situation with the other girl who plays softball already.

Ummm…a quart is 1/4 of a gallon.
for reference, a VERY carb high meal (like 90-100 carbs) I would take around 17 units (milliliters). If I didn’t eat 100 carbs and bolused 17 units my blood sugar would probably go low enough to OD.

1 Gallon is so much easier to write than 3.785412 liters... Just like 1 quart is so much easier than 947 milliliters...

A sign up sheet is posted at dirty Betty’s next to the “occupational therapy” entrance. Please sign up for at least 1 weekly mowing from now through the mowing season. Don’t hesitate and don’t forget to include a 5x7 colored photo of your 2025 mowing thong.

Met a lady from New Zealand today.
She now lives in nebraska.
She and I were both confused as to why she would do that.
Reverse swirling and egg laying mammals came up.
Those 2 things probably played a big part in her decision.

Older lady and pretty cool. In nebraska cuz she married a military guy from here and he transferred back and she’s been living here a few years. He passed but she has no desire or energy to move back.
