High systolic blood pressure caused over 10.8 million deaths worldwide in 2019. (The Lancet)

That’s more than any single infection, more than alcohol, even more than high cholesterol.

This one number is quietly doing more damage than almost anything else, even when you feel completely normal.

If you want one of the clearest explanations of what actually helps calm that number, especially at night, watch this short presentation here.

Here is what most people are never told.

For many adults, blood pressure struggles are not about discipline, salt shakers, or willpower.

They are about squeeze.

Your blood vessels are living tissue.

They expand and relax when things are working well.

But when certain internal signals stay high, those vessels stay tense longer than they should.

One of the strongest of those signals is called endothelin 1.

In the medical literature, it is described as a powerful vasoconstrictor involved in blood pressure elevation (American Journal of Hypertension).

In everyday words, it tells your vessels to tighten.

But there’s good news.

In a clinical study published in Phytomedicine, researchers tested a deep red tea made from hibiscus. The result?

Blood pressure dropped from 146/98 down to 129/86.
That’s a reduction of 17/12 mmHg with no prescriptions involved.

That is not a headline.
That is a published result.

And when combined with aged garlic extract, another research-backed ingredient shown to lower blood pressure in uncontrolled cases, you’ve got a natural nighttime stack that actually supports your body’s ability to relax the squeeze.

This short presentation explains:

How these ingredients are used together. Why nighttime timing matters for many people.
And how to look at your next reading without that familiar knot in your stomach.

If you have ever sat there waiting for the cuff to tighten, hoping the number would be different this time, this is worth seeing.

Read it here while it is still available.

The National Geographic Society undertook a massive astronomical survey between 1949 and 1958 at the Palomar Observatory in California, snapping thousands of photographs of the sky from the north celestial pole to 33 degrees south of the celestial equator. ... Read more

There are spaceships seen in the skies in Renaissance and medieval paintings. People stand in front of those paintings in museums, and don't even see them.

You can clearly see astronauts and space ships in ancient cave art all over the world.

Amazing. People just don't want to know.

i really hop

e it works master jimmi, after having cancer for 7 yrs, i have heard it all before, as i am sure you have. stay well buddy

Gosh Walton, I hope you'll try it. I know you're somewhat cynical toward natural health measures, but keep in mind such things were the go-to for countless thousands of years before the modern drug industry took it all over.

Having survived the big "C" for seven years, I would think you must be doing something right.

Much love, and wishes for a happy, healthy new year.

Hi Jimi,
2025 was complicated.
Hunger and obesity grew. Food politics got more polarized. My father passed away.
But 2025 also brought real progress.
Read the full 2025 year-in-review
The American Medical Association endorsed plant-based eating to fight cancer. California began phasing out ultra-processed foods from school meals. Texas required warning labels on 44 harmful additives.
And this community showed up: 372,000 people attended the Food Revolution Summit. If survey patterns hold, they made dietary changes that translate to saving more than 5 billion gallons of water, and to carbon emissions equivalent to removing 44,000 cars from the road.
That's you. That's us.

P.S. Thank you for being part of this revolution. Read the full story here.
