They asked for a video of the warranty card, what its doing, and a receipt of purchase.
Hopefully they will issue an RMA with that and have vapin art or varitube send a replacement.
On another note, the M class has spoiled me, watts and kanthal is so 2014

Got the RMA on Sunday, dropped mod in the mail Monday, arrived today.
Called and every employee at vapin art other than someone that only takes messages has left for ECC.
I hope they find some new customers at the trade show because they lost this customers future business

So I just updated the software on my m class and I'm looking forward to trying out the titanium mode not sure where to start any recommendations on coils where should I target the ohms at? Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give me.
I usually build mine on a 3mm mandrel, 5 wraps or so, they come in anywhere from 2.6 to 3.0. That said I still find they run better on the Ni setting than the Ti setting (generally around 310f). I find even at 550f I get a weak vape on the Ti setting!
Wow that high I figured that with the sweet spot for nickel at .06 it'd be a whole lot lower. How do you like the flavor with titanium?
SXmini M class (SX350J) update is on it's way. Couple bug fixes but most importantly on board TCR setting in addition to the Ti01, Ni200 & Power modes. So anyone that wants to run any wire can if they know the appropriate TCR by inputting it directly in the SXmini M menu.

Cant say when. And I've read there may be some info about it on the Sxmini Brotherhood page, don't really do FB so haven't been out there.

It's a reality about the upgrade for the TCR input for the current SX350J M class It's working excellent with the Crown 316 SS coils.
It's still in the sx mini brotherhood FB page!
Varitube never posted anything about the TCR upgrade on the Varitube FaceBook page. He posted it in my SXMini Brotherhood group on FaceBook as that's where Perry is most active on social media. Me (JazzyJag/Ed Jagla) and few others were selected by Varitube to do some testing on the firmware revision as I'm very technical and thorough with my knowledge of the SX350J.

I knew you were. Just putting it out there it should be available soon. I'm sure you remember the Eco Mode bug.. hate to have someone go around sharing the update and find a major bug after the fact.

Need to put a SS order in at lightening vapes. Suggestion on a couple gauges to pick up to get to about 0.07ohm with both single & dual coils? So like I use 26g nickel for single and 28 for duals. How does that translate to SS gauges?

I keep refreshing the Yihi SX Mini download page every 5 minutes. Christ I'm more obsessed about this than the ProVarians are waiting for their new mod! Lol
Here's an odd request. Has anyone seen or know of anyone who is making replacement cases for the SX mini? Love the form factor, but if I could have that in a lightweight aluminium or tittyanium version, I'd die a happy man!

I can understand some not liking the weight but I actually do. Makes me hold onto it tighter so I won't drop it and gives it a feel of substance.

nope since the provari and sx mini m are in 2 totally different classes of mods ans imho not even competing against each other for market share

So it's maybe confirmed possibly. So this is any 350j chip right? I mean it isn't just the SX mini. I'm going nuts waiting for my DNA200. I'm not cancelling it, but I only got it cause SS. But if I know I can get SS on the 350... I might have to get one of those too.
I would shell out the extra $50 for the newest sx mini jm (or whatever it is) for the course threaded battery cap alone.
The fine threads on the mini j are stupid. And my warranty replacement came pre-cross threaded for me out of the box so I didn't even have to do it myself lol, how thoughtful.

Yes, and no. Both are high-end, single 18650 VW regulated box mods (vs. the more budget minded IPV D2, iStick etc). Pricing will be within $20 of each other, both are built rock solid. In my opinion, the SX is a lot more bang for the buck-- almost double the output range, temp control, presets, different curves, 2nd battery expandability.
