I am not sure what builds to put into these, but I am thinking about a 24k boneyard for the Double Vision and then try a modified version of the 30x 40k twisted core framed with 24k and wrapped in 40k into the Indestructible. I am thinking instead of doing a bundled core of 30 40k strands... I will do 4 or 5 bundles of 10 40k that I hammer out to make something like a stranded ribbon wire. I will do a test with the 40 but might have to modify this thought again and use the 32k I have if the 40 cannot stand up to the hammer time.

I guess you could almost think of the build as 4 mini boneyards framed and claptoned...

We shall see!

I had to get something different than the black, SS, white, that I already have. Saw that red and said... why the hell not?! Should look nice sitting on my Red and Black Lavabox. I was quite surprised how much more I am liking the Indestructible more one I have it in hand and not just looking at pics online. I am liking it so much more now that I am getting to look at it more close up.

#martinelias The Double Vision is very nice. This one is very solid feeling and everything looks clean. I will take more pics when I am throwing a build into it. I also threw the red ring onto it... so it is black and red...

I love black and red... but also, if I get enough RDA's and such being black and red... I can sneak new ones into the house without the wife yelling at me all the time! HAHA

i went ahead and tried my first zipper build. 3 strands of 28g per wire, 6 wraps, 2.5mm ID. takes a few dripps to really break in this organic cotton. think ill have to get some of that good japanese cotton. cant remember what its call. jeet kun do or something. (yes, that jkd was a joke)

I dunno. There are videos for alien staple coils and there are videos for stitched aliens. I just combined the two.

Snatched up the Flawless Dinghy RDA. Wanted somethin' small to replace my aging Derringer. Gotta keep with simple builds for it though, lil' fucker gets hot haha. Vapes great though with just a polished 26g N80 build. Looks great on the Cricket as well, and so small i forget it's in my shirt pocket!

Once you de-core the Clapton, just run your stitching wire through it, then wrap like normal.

For everything under 40G jacobs-online.com is pretty good. And like chef said, kindeypuncher & twistedmesses.com are good for 40g+. I have been using their nichrome 80V for a while now and i love it

Where do you keep your hyperbolic time chamber?! 7 months from squiggle coil to boom goes the dynamite! Do you stream YouTube in your sleep?! I started in July... looks like I need to be working on my coils! I just keep running and running and running my fused claptons I made months ago. I just visually check them out to make sure they aren't busting and then rewicking... flavor is still as good as when I first built them!

Only way I could feel worse is if #scarecrowjenkin says he has only been building coils for 8-9 months...

Not sure honestly. I have my 26n8p 32k fused claptons still in my velocity going on 3 months. I even pulled them and made them vertical. I just pull them out every couple weeks clean and rewick. I run them normally at 100watt. Same goes for the 26 n80 40k wrapped fused claptons in my 13h9h. I have a month and a half may 2 months on them. Those coils though are getting swapped this weekend as I have noticed a decline in good flavor. Still have plenty of flavor... just not as good as it was before. The wraps are still fully intact though. I run that one at 90-100watt as well.

I did dual fused claptons. They are 8 wraps, vertical, 28 430SS wrapped in 40k. Clocks in at .24 ohms. Runs great in temp mode on my Lavabox. This build really pulls out the flavor and the nicotine hits hard too! My 6mg juice I use is hitting like 12mg with this build.

The flavor is so nice though and have been a great vape. Today is the first day since I got my aromamizer that I am not using it. My TFV4 said it was lonely because I got it, used it one day, and used nothing but my Crown and Aromamizer since then. So giving that a go today.

Check your juice holes in the bottom of the deck. Mine were not cleanly drilled out. I cleaned them out and ended up drilling them out bigger for my 70 vg juice. No dry hits with that build! 65 watts at 520. Nom nom nom!

Yeah, i was about to thank you again for the heads up. There were indeed some remnants of the machining process left in the holes so i cleaned that up and gave it a bath
