the interrupting wasn't a big deal to me- I'm Italian, we all do that. But the general attitude and presentation is not what would do us any good meeting with foreign leaders or anything else for that matter.

I just cant see that as being ANYTHING good for us as a nation.

All I can do is explain by my own experience.

I've been in the local news quite a bit. For local political stuff and for some events I'm involved in, such as being Racing Secretary for the local horse Racing. I've also watched friends with the same experience.

I absolutely hate it. Public speaking sucks for allot of people. For some, it's fine. I do it, whether I want to or not, because it helps promote the events. Hell, I did a one hour talk show.

Most of us regular folks don't look good on TV. I doubt I am much of public persona. I know that when my friends have to do it, I'm proud of them, but they don't really look very good either.

I don't think Trump looks good on TV. The media does it's best to make him look worse. So be it. He talks like regular folks talk and it just doesn't look good on TV.

My friends and I are like that. I doubt we look good if you was to watch it. But, we are good at what we do, TV image aside. Our events do very well.

You might fault him for the perception coming from the TV and his poor public speaking. I don't. I've been there.

I have Trumps, Hitlery's, Johnson's and Stiens policies and records on what they've done. Trump trumps them. That's what I go by. If I wanted a trained monkey that could talk right on TV, there are three others to choose from. That's not how I make choices.

I do not agree with your assessment. Trump will make a better President.

lol, ive been doing public speaking since I got hurt 6 years ago.
2 speeches a semester to LSU medical Nursing, PT, and OT students along with 2 speeches year to residents in the neurology and one a year to the Louisiana Traumatic Brain and SpinalCord Injury Association.
I also test and review new devices for mobility impaired.

So my perception is not based on not having experience. My Perception is based on Body Language and THE CONTENT of what he says. let alone he has been in the public eye since the movie "Home Alone" he was also on a series of WWE Raw shows, all of which BEFORE the apprentice.

this isn't some successful business person plucked from obscurity. This is a guy who has tailored is public persona and character. Sure its his first public Debates, but its not like he is new to a camera or an audience.

as to looking at what they have done..... he has not done ANYTHING in the political world; but, he has gone on record being on every side of the issue. not that there is anything wrong with changing your mind, I can appreciate that but he has added to that by saying "ive always been......" every time he has been asked. - its to disingenuous for me to take him seriously.

I'm moving from LA to OH in 3 weeks so I'm packing, closing accounts, getting records, looking for doctors, looking for insurance companies, DME suppliers, looking at jobs, calling movers, calling banks, and dealing with all the other loose ends when leaving one life to start another.

edit: if you think that was unhinged, than be glad you didn't encounter me when I was working in asset management.

I may be from the south, but my world view have changed dramatically. From a chef, laborer and grunt for a law office without much of a real formal education after a catholic high school. To hitting rock bottom, and having to rebuild my life from the stages of practically infancy. Not only did I gain a formal education, but I have the advantage of having seen the world through multiple sets of eyes and life experiences. none of which makes me smarter than anyone, just not as dumb or ignorant as you may want me to be.
I'm also not afraid to just cower over.. .like your little suggestion of me riding your horsey....

in this case here is what we know that makes me NOT want him in:

openly admits to buying political favor - and this is not worse than a politician?
bought aforementioned favor from his current opponent
lose patience quickly when under stress- I think the office of the president is a rather stressful job ( or should be)
quite frankly I stil no matter what anyone says, cannot see him at the table with world leaders and not get all coocoo for coco puffs

I would rather vote someone in that WONT change anything than someone who will make a bad situation worse.

NO I HAVE NOT. I signed up, scored in the top 10 percent on the asvab, but they wouldn't accept me in the corp because of two blown out knees, one with pins, from football.
I made the wrong decision and chose college instead of the navy.

I know very little of the incident youre referring too. - or that I think you are- where he went after some of the enemy and broke ranks. but all I have read was his side of it.
it was just the first name that came to mind; because he was on tv.

well,admittingly I should have researched the Allan West thing. All I knew about he guy was he was a vet, and an inspiring speaker.

as to the rest... I have said it a million times over that I do not support any of them
I'm thinking of it in its most basic form
4 people running.... none are good for this country
1 is a business person that I did want to vote for; but, as proven to me to be completely unstable.
2 don have a chance
1 is a career politician with more skeletons in her closet than Auschwitz but is beholden to maintaining to status quo.

so seeing this and thinking about the future- not the past- The past is just that, no I'm not giving anyone a pass; and Hillary is the worst possible candidate I can think of. - except Donald Trump -now.


so what is worse for my children?
a person who will maintain the status quo and hopefully not let things get to much worse.
or
a person who will say and do ridiculous things to foreign leaders as he has done to his politic opponents? or - As he did in the debate lose his shit because of his lack of patience, only this time it effects the country.


I hate to say it but the risk I wanted to give a chance to, proved to me to be the risk I was afraid he was.

I'm thinking of it in its most basic form
4 people running.... none are good for this country
1 is a business person that I did want to vote for; but, as proven to me to be completely unstable.
2 don have a chance
1 is a career politician with more skeletons in her closet than Auschwitz but is beholden to maintaining to status quo.

so seeing this and thinking about the future- not the past- The past is just that, no I'm not giving anyone a pass; and Hillary is the worst possible candidate I can think of. - except Donald Trump -now.


so what is worse for my children?
a person who will maintain the status quo and hopefully not let things get to much worse.
or
a person who will say and do ridiculous things to foreign leaders as he has done to his politic opponents? or - As he did in the debate lose his shit because of his lack of patience, only this time it effects the country.


I hate to say it but the risk I wanted to give a chance to, proved to me to be the risk I was afraid he was.

This is a stupid narrative, put forth by Clinton supporters.

1. No foreign leader is going to attack Trump. Trump only hits back when attacked. He doesn't willy nilly attack people for no reason.
2. If a foreign leader is stupid enough to attack the President of the US, Trump is way better suited to deal with it than Obama or Hitlery. Obama did nothing nor said anything when the Philippine President told him to "go to hell" yesterday. He makes the US weak.
3. Trump has never punched anybody. He fights words with words. His responses are proportional to the attack on him. To imply otherwise is an intellectual lie.
4. It's a campaign. Mean things always get said in a campaign. From both side. Not once, in recent history, has campaign bickering spilled over to world politics. Every developed country stays out of other countries campaign politics. At least publicly. No world leader has ever whined about what one US Presidential Candidate said about another US Presidential Candidate, or their surrogates. Every US President has been in a debate and said mean things about the those that were involved. Not one of them took that to international levels.

In fact, you can make the same argument, weak minded as it is, about EVERY single US Presidential candidate, as they have ALL attacked their opponents and their opponents surrogates..If saying mean things in an election campaign is a disqualifer for you, you have no business voting for anybody.

The narrative is useless outside of local politics. Assad could give a shit less that Trump tweeted a mean thing at 3am. Nobody else, outside the US, gives a shit either. And if they do, they can fuck off. It's none of their business.
