🥕 NEW FOOD PYRAMID: New Dietary Guidelines for Americans were unveiled this week, prioritizing real, whole nutrient-dense vegetables, fruit, protein, dairy, and healthy fats, and explicitly discouraging refined carbs, added sugars especially for children under 10, and warning about the dangers of highly processed foods. Hit reply to let me know if you think it’s an improvement, or what you would have changed.
🧠 ULTRA-PROCESSED BRAIN HEALTH: A Harvard psychiatrist is warning that ultra-processed foods (high in sugar, additives, and low in real nutrients) can negatively affect mental health, perhaps more than previously thought. These foods increase inflammation, disrupt the gut-brain connection, and worsen mood, anxiety, and depression.
💤 MELATONIN RISKS: A new large study reveals an association between chronic melatonin intake among those with insomnia and heart failure risks. “Those who took melatonin for at least a year had a 4.6% risk for heart failure within the next five years compared to 2.7% for those who did not use melatonin,” this article states. “This research also highlights the importance of ruling out different causes of insomnia, particularly since the treatment market for insomnia aides [like melatonin] is not strongly regulated,” says a heart failure and transplant specialist.

23 Worst Products That Cause Inflammation In Your Body (New Checklist)

We’re swimming in synthetic stuff these days, and a lot of it lives right where we least expect it: our homes. The tricky part is not trying to be perfect. It’s simply learning the biggest “worst offenders” – and swapping them for cleaner options that actually make life easier.
That’s why I want you to grab Brian Vaszily’s new guide + printable checklist (Brian’s one of the most steady, research-minded voices I know in the longevity space).
Inside, you’ll learn to spot things like:
  • Everyday kitchen items that can leach unwanted chemicals into food
  • Laundry products that leave residues on fabric and in your air
  • “Freshening” scents that quietly load your home with VOCs
  • Common cooking materials linked to chronic inflammation signals
  • Simple, safer replacements that don’t require a lifestyle overhaul

Living in Lansing, Michigan means snow in winter is never a surprise.

I try to shovel early, before it piles up and turns miserable.

Small cleanups are faster, easier, and waaay less painful later.

Yesterday’s random 55-degree day helped, but I know more snow is coming.

Shoveling snow kind of reminds me about taking care of our health, specifically about cleansing or detoxing.

A detox works much the same way.

It’s simply clearing buildup before it becomes a bigger problem.

You, me, and everyone are exposed to thousands of toxins daily.

They settle into joints, fat cells, organs, and even your brain.

Over time, that buildup quietly slows everything down.

Energy drops.

Pain increases.

Brain fog moves in uninvited.

That’s why I recommend a yearly detox, even if you’ve never done one.

Think of it as routine maintenance, not a dramatic overhaul.

Just like skipping oil changes eventually ruins an engine…

Ignoring toxin buildup creates breakdowns everywhere else.

A proper detox helps your body clear damaged, aging cells.

It often improves energy, focus, and inflammation levels.

It also targets fat cells, where toxins LOVE to hide.

And yes, weight loss commonly follows without extreme effort.

Even better, a detox resets your metabolism.

Your metabolism is the engine running everything behind the scenes.

When that engine is overloaded, results stall no matter your effort.

That’s why my wife, Dr. Monica, is hosting a Metabolic Reset Webinar next Thursday, January 15, at 6:30 pm ET.

You can attend live or watch the replay later.

Live attendees also receive special access to her guided 30-Day Reset.

There’s no charge to join the webinar, but you need to save your spot.

Get all the details and register here.

Let’s clear the buildup before it hardens.

Reset the engine before it struggles.

And keep your body cleaner than my driveway in January;-)

And as always, Be Your Own Guarantee for your health and life.

Dr. Ryan

P.S. If your energy feels off, weight won’t budge, or inflammation lingers, this webinar connects the dots and shows the reset process step by step.

Register here (if you haven’t already).

A Massive MAHA™ Win, Real Food Is Back with Historic New Dietary Guidelines

By Amy Sapola, Pharm.D., Functional Medicine Practitioner, Contributor, The MAHA Report
On January 7 at 11:00 a.m., the White House released its Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2025–2030, describing them as “the most consequential reset of United States nutrition policy in decades.”
Developed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), with HHS serving as the administrative lead, the guidelines signal a clear break from the nutrition framework that has shaped federal policy for generations.
In a joint announcement, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and USDA Secretary Brooke Rollins framed the update in plain terms: the federal government is returning to health basics by advising Americans to eat real food.
At their core, the new recommendations restore real, whole food as the foundation of national health policy, ending decades of federal reliance on highly processed substitutes.

The way I think of prostate cancer are in three categories which leads to the three regimens:

1. Regimen 01: Active Surveillance - These are men diagnosed with prostate cancer but with a low risk of it spreading and aggressive. I consider this Regimen ideal for those who've been diagnosed with pre-cancer cells, like High-Grade PIN (HGPIN) but not cancer, and also for men with a high genetic or family medical risk of prostate cancer.

a. The goal here is to help men avoid medical treatment for prostate cancer, if possible, and provide nutrients that improve overall health and longevity.

2. Regimen 02: Post Regimen - Men who benefit from nutrients in regimen two have been medically treated for prostate cancer but have not had a recurrence or have a recurrence but not significant enough that requires medical treatment.

a. The goal here is to reduce the risk of recurrence and initial medical treatment for prostate cancer, or if there is a recurrence situation, to slow it down.

i. AHCC can be added to this regimen as well as Agaricus mushrooms (not found in XY Wellness) for further protection.

3. Regimen 03: ADT - Men with more significant prostate cancer on ADT benefit from nutrients from this regimen.

a. The goal here is to integratively help ADT slow prostate cancer progression while providing key nutrients to avoid ADT side effects like memory and cognitive problems, low physical energy, and bone weakness.

i. Hot flashes and cold sweats are common side effects of ADT and can be better managed with the use of Black Cohosh (not sold at XY Wellness) and acupuncture treatment.

I emphasized that diet, exercise, and good sleep complements the right, targeted nutraceuticals.

With regards to diet - what to eat is important but also when to eat is as well. Time-restricted eating, also known as intermittent fasting, is also essential here. One study showed that those who practiced time-restricted eating along with weight-resistant exercises lowered their inflammatory markers (IL-6, TNFa, C-reactive protein), etc., after one year. While the study did not look at prostate cancer, all those inflammatory markers are associated with prostate cancer.

Questions Asked:

Q: I have a big prostate; what supplements cancer reduce its size.

A: I don't know of supplements that can reduce prostate size. None have been studied for that purpose. That said, vitamin D can marginally prostate size, as I wrote in a scientific paper some time ago. Also, a big prostate does not always cause urinary problems, so the size may not matter. Not having urinary problems is the goal, not reducing prostate size if it is not associated with urinary problems. Lastly, drugs like finasteride marginally reduce the prostate size but do not always help with urinary symptoms.

Q: Can I take testosterone supplementation after prostate cancer?

A: You may, but you have to work closely with your physician to do so. Typically, the diagnosis has to be lower-risk prostate cancer, not higher than Gleason 7. In addition, you would have to have an undetectable PSA for about two years before you are considered a candidate for testosterone supplementation.

The nutraceuticals found in each Regimen Kits are the foundational nutrients I believe you need to keep you well at your particular stage of prostate cancer. Sometimes it is okay to add more dietary supplements to the regimens, but consuming the nutrients suggested is most important, according to my research and experience.

That's it for now. Keep up the good work and let us know how we can help.

Yours in Good Health,

Motherhood Makeover

On this week’s episode of With the Wind, Dr. Paul is joined by Carissa Stanton, M.D., a holistic pediatrician and author of Motherhood Makeover. Together, they explore her journey from conventional pediatrics into a practice built around time, access, intuition, and truly holistic support for families. Dr. Stanton reflects on the pressures facing today’s parents and shares practical insight into creating calmer, healthier homes.

“Once again, it takes a lot of energy to swim upstream… and if you're swimming upstream alone, it feels very isolating. It feels—you feel invalidated and you're unsure. Your confidence wavers. Am I doing this right?”
— Carissa Stanton, M.D.

In This Episode, Dr. Carissa Stanton Shares:

• Why she left the insurance-based system to open a direct primary care pediatric practice in 2020—and what “taking the red pill” meant for her career.
• How modern medicine excels at acute care but struggles with chronic conditions, and why understanding why a child is struggling is essential.
• The intense pressures placed on today’s parents, including the food industry, pharmaceutical industry, school systems, and societal expectations.
• How parental stress directly affects children, and why supporting the parent often transforms a child's symptoms.
• The importance of slowing down, building community, and reclaiming intuition in order to raise resilient children and create a peaceful home.

This Week's Hot Health Tip
One of the best digestion tips we can give you post-holiday season is to be mindful of your chewing. Chewing your food well reduces the amount of air you swallow while eating, which is a common cause of bloating. Mindful eating will also help reduce levels of stress and anxiety when it comes to meal times. Practicing how you eat and slowing down to really savor each mouthful assists the body to function at its optimal level, triggering each process of digestion as it naturally should occur.

Maintain CoQ10 Level to Avoid Frailty

Dr. David Brownstein, M.D., writes:

A study published in the journal Antioxidants looked at frailty among people over the age of 65. Scientists correlated blood levels of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) with physical activity and capacity in seniors and reported that CoQ10 levels were directly associated with lower cardiovascular risk.

Furthermore, high CoQ10 levels were found in people who engaged in more physical activity and had greater muscle capacity.

There was also an inverse correlation with sedentarism, meaning that lower CoQ10 levels were associated with an increase in sedentary behavior — a frailty index marker.

Special: Dr. Crandall Saved His Own Heart With This

The authors concluded the study by endorsing the maintenance of CoQ10 levels in elderly people to avoid frailty.

CoQ10 is a vitamin-like substance produced in the human body. It is a key factor for cell metabolism, energy production, and antioxidant protection. It is also a potent antioxidant that helps prevent oxidative damage by cholesterol. In addition, CoQ10 is a vital component of muscles.

This study showed a direct correlation between CoQ10 levels and frailty in elderly subjects. This should be expected knowing the mechanisms of action and the body’s need for CoQ10.

Statin drugs work by poisoning the enzyme HMG-CoA reductase, which is the rate-limiting enzyme for producing cholesterol. Statins are effective for lowering cholesterol levels. However, downstream from cholesterol is CoQ10.

In other words, poisoning the HMG-CoA reductase enzyme will lower CoQ10 levels, because cholesterol is needed to produce CoQ10 — thereby impairing all the beneficial functions of CoQ10. Not surprisingly, statin drugs are associated with muscle aches and pains, cognitive decline, and neurological issues.

I’ve never been a fan of statin drugs. They have little effect on mortality, and almost no effect on longevity. If you’re taking a statin, I suggest you supplement with CoQ10.

More information can be found in my book, The Statin Disaster.

There's no better time than now to give your heart and mind a little extra nourishment.

I want to share a Sanskrit poem by Kalidasa, an Indian playwright and poet who was active during the 4th and 5th Century AD. It always inspires me to make the most of each day, and I hope it will do the same for you.

Many folks silently starve themselves of the peace and contentedness that is waiting in every moment, convinced that it can only be experienced once a group of external pieces falls into place.

Why can't we be fully alive and activated right NOW?

Without further ado...

Look to this day,
for it is life,
the very breath of life.
In its brief course lie
all the realities of your existence;
the bliss of growth,
the glory of action,
the splendor of beauty.
For yesterday is only a dream,
and tomorrow is but a vision.
But today, well lived,
makes every yesterday a dream of happiness,
and every tomorrow
a vision of hope.
Look well, therefore, to this day.

This poem reminds us that the past and the future dwell only in our minds, and in truth, all that we ever experience is this present moment. "Look well, therefore, to this day..."

A shaman friend once advised me, "Don't let the illusions of your past or future rob you of the infiniteness of your present." This is now written on an internal sticky note, somewhere in the back of my mind :)

Magnesium: Major Factor in Hypertension

Dr. David Brownstein, M.D., writes:

Approximately 75 million people in the United States over age 20 have high blood pressure.

After age 55, it’s estimated that Americans face a 90% chance of developing it.

The “good” news is that a doctor can diagnose high blood pressure (also called hypertension) in just a few minutes. All too typically, the doctor will then prescribe an antihypertensive medication and advise the patient to take it for the rest of his or her life. In fact, this drug treatment is often not needed.

Special: More Than 50% of Older Americans Fail to Get Enough Magnesium

Conventional doctors rarely concern themselves with the underlying cause of elevated blood pressure. More than 95% of cases are simply labeled “essential hypertension,” meaning there is no known cause.

Many times, the cause is a mystery because nobody has bothered to search for it. My experience has clearly shown a direct relationship between low magnesium levels and hypertension — and lack of the mineral is a huge factor in the spread of this risky condition.

Another thing I have discovered is that even if blood tests show normal magnesium levels, the vast majority of patients with hypertension will significantly improve by supplementing with magnesium.

Magnesium helps to relax the smooth muscles of blood vessels, resulting in less resistance to blood flow, which helps to lower blood pressure. The mineral also reduces nerve and muscle excitability. In addition, magnesium helps optimize circulating levels of the hormones norepinephrine and serotonin, and levels of nitric oxide.

Nitric oxide is a powerful vasodilator — a substance that opens blood vessels for better flow. It is interesting to note that nearly all synthetic anti-hypertensive medications work to reduce blood pressure by a similar mechanism. However, all of those drugs are associated with severe adverse effects.

Diarrhea, the only adverse side effect of magnesium, is easily solved by lowering the dose. Studies have clearly shown the benefits of magnesium. One found that 625 mg per day caused a significant decline in blood pressure.

That effect of magnesium was similar to the best anti-hypertensive medications. The initial workup for anyone with high blood pressure should include testing magnesium levels (red blood cell and/or hair mineral levels) and a trial of oral magnesium — before using medications.

Diuretics, the most commonly prescribed anti-hypertensive drugs, accelerate magnesium loss and lead to deficiency. In addition, lack of magnesium hinders the use of potassium in cells. But oddly enough, diuretic drugs also lower potassium levels.

Hey there,

Looking younger was once thought to be a luxury that only women who had access to plastic surgery and costly professional treatments could enjoy.

So while the rich and famous stayed ‘ageless’ — the rest of us just learned to accept our lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin as an inevitable part of life.

But now, a game-changing discovery is finally leveling the playing field, as more and more women learn to fight back against their body’s “aging switch.”

Yes, you read that right. According to experts, not only is it possible to slow down the appearance of aging — it turns out, most women can easily do it themselves.

That’s why the latest anti-aging trend isn’t plastic surgery or expensive creams, but a simple daily ritual that takes less than a minute to perform.

(In fact, if you’ve noticed one of your friends looking suspiciously more youthful and rejuvenated in recent months — there’s a good chance they’re already doing it at home.)

But what makes this approach so effective, and how does it work?

Well, even though the technique itself was relatively unknown until recent years, the wheels were set in motion many years ago — when scientists first began studying a hormone called DHT.

You see, DHT molecules occur naturally inside the body. But as their production increases over time — tell-tale signs of aging, such as thinning hair, loose skin, and wrinkles, usually aren’t far behind.

(Meaning: it’s not so much our age that determines our appearance, as it is the presence of this one hormone.)

Now, at the time, this discovery was pretty groundbreaking. After all, theoretically, it meant that visible aging could be stopped by simply blocking the body’s production of DHT.

The only problem? For a long time, no one really knew how to help the body do this — at least not without medical intervention.

But then, a plastic surgeon in California uncovered something truly shocking: women can actually help their bodies reduce the effects of this skin-aging hormone naturally.

Moreover, he figured out a sneaky trick for doing this without any professional treatments, creams, or lifestyle changes.

His do-it-yourself tutorial has already been viewed, shared, and tested by thousands of women worldwide — and for the most part, the transformations they report are quite extraordinary.

(The most common effects women seem to notice are firmer-feeling skin and fewer wrinkles, however, some have also reported thicker-looking hair and increased energy as well.)

That said, everyone’s body reacts differently, so your results may depend on a variety of factors — and you will need to repeat the ritual daily in order to see its full effect.

However, if you’re interested in looking significantly younger without the cost and hassle of seeing a professional, this science-backed “shortcut” is certainly worth trying at home.

Periodontist Dr. Al Danenberg was diagnosed with incurable bone marrow cancer (multiple myeloma) in September 2018 and given 3 to 6 months to live. His oncologist wanted to start chemotherapy the next day, but Dr. Al rejected chemo and instead focused on natural methods to help his body heal.
While Dr. Danenberg has since passed on, he survived most of his remaining years with an outstanding quality of life, shocking his oncologist and maintaining such good health that his gut microbiome diversity was in the 97th percentile.
In this episode, filmed in March 2023, Dr. Al discusses his diagnosis and why he believed his cancer stemmed from toxic exposures in dental school in the late 1960s and early 1970s. He emphasizes that all cancers are diseases of lifestyle, and that there are very few wild animals with cancer and very few primal societies with gum disease, tooth decay, chronic diseases, or cancer.
Dr. Al also explores a few somewhat shocking oral health ideas, including why dental plaque is actually healthy! He backs this surprising claim with three critical roles plaque plays in the mouth: it acts as a gatekeeper, allowing minerals from saliva to remineralize teeth; it contains chemical buffers that keep pH at ~5.5 to prevent decay; and it produces hydrogen peroxide that kills pathogenic bacteria trying to invade.
I know you’ll enjoy this episode with the late Dr. Al Danenberg.
In this podcast, Dr. Al and I discuss:
  • His cancer diagnosis, which he believed stemmed from toxic exposures in dental school: free mercury and daily ionizing radiation…one study found that dentists in his age group have significantly higher levels of multiple myeloma than the general male population

  • A 300,000-year-old **** sapiens jaw from Morocco that had all its teeth, no decay, and no periodontal disease, but plenty of calcified plaque between the teeth, proving healthy plaque is not the enemy

  • Healthy dental plaque does three critical jobs: allows minerals to strengthen teeth, buffers pH to prevent decay, and produces hydrogen peroxide that kills pathogens

  • Disease starts in the gut, not the mouth—dysbiosis causes systemic inflammation that changes the oral microbial community, creating gum disease and tooth decay

  • 92% of US adults have gum inflammation aka gingivitis. Dr. Al believed this was connected to the high rates of gut dysbiosis and metabolic dysfunction—unhealthy plaque driven by unhealthy guts

  • Dr. Al believed that if you have gingivitis (inflammation/bleeding but no bone damage), you may be able to cure it yourself—change your diet, heal your gut, and gingivitis goes away without treatment

  • Chlorhexidine, essential oils, and xylitol destroy the oral microbiome…they're indiscriminately antimicrobial, killing good bacteria along with bad (just like alcohol hand sanitizer impacts the skin microbiome)

  • Dr. Al was a proponent of not using toothpaste! Just use a soft-bristle brush with water and Himalayan salt—the bristles remove unhealthy plaque while leaving the protective pellicle so healthy plaque regrows

  • Fluoride is unnecessary and potentially harmful. Instead, prevent tooth decay by eating foods that prevent pathogenic bacteria overgrowth, work toward a healthy gut, and avoid acidic foods/drinks

With my wife’s Metabolic Reset Webinar coming up Thursday, this felt like perfect timing.

She’s gonna show you exactly how to clear out toxins, restore balance, and help you feel lighter and more energized.

(If you haven’t signed up for it yet, head here.)

So today, I’ll share something most people never connect to pain — especially back pain.

Grocery shopping!

You read that right.

Almost everyone thinks pain comes from posture, age, or moving wrong.

But the food you bring home matters more than you think.

Most people shop without much thought — and end up eating foods that fuel inflammation instead of healing.

When your body is constantly inflamed, your spine, discs, and joints pay the price.

In this video and blog post, I break down 7 common grocery mistakes that can make pain worse.

You’ll see why some everyday foods quietly drive stiffness, soreness, and irritation.

And more importantly, what to look for instead.

I first shared this warning in 2024… and now there’s legal action underway.
Women in the US are suing Pfizer over Depo-Provera, a birth control shot linked to brain tumor risks. So far, 1,300+ lawsuits have been filed, with court hearings testing whether Pfizer can avoid liability by blaming the FDA.
Meningiomas may be benign, but they can still cause serious issues—seizures, headaches, vision or hearing loss, and surgery isn’t risk-free.
Pfizer says they tried to warn the FDA, but was it enough?

Your doctor hands you three prescriptions: an antidepressant for the depression that won't lift, a statin for your climbing cholesterol numbers, and an antibiotic for yet another infection.

You fill them. You take them. And slowly, the side effects accumulate.

The antidepressant flattens your emotions. The statin triggers muscle pain that makes your morning walk feel like punishment. The antibiotic wipes out your gut bacteria, leaving you vulnerable to the next infection—and the next round of antibiotics.

This is the reality for millions of people taking SSRIs, statins, and antibiotics—three of the most prescribed medication categories in modern medicine.

These medications account for billions in pharmaceutical spending and affect millions of lives. While they can be life-saving when truly needed, they also come with significant trade-offs:
  • SSRIs cause sexual dysfunction in up to 80% of users, emotional blunting, and withdrawal symptoms that can last months
  • Statins trigger muscle pain in 10-25% of users, deplete CoQ10 (weakening heart function), and can affect memory
  • Antibiotics reduce gut bacterial diversity by 25-40% after just one course, weakening immunity and fueling antibiotic resistance
But here's what your doctor probably never mentioned: for many people with depression, elevated cholesterol, or frequent infections, natural alternatives perform just as effectively as pharmaceuticals—sometimes better—with fewer side effects and superior long-term outcomes.

I'm not talking about wishful thinking or marketing hype. I'm talking about rigorous clinical trials showing:
  • Saffron works as well as SSRIs for major depression—without sexual dysfunction or emotional blunting
  • Plant sterols reduce LDL cholesterol by 8-10%—without muscle pain or CoQ10 depletion
  • Elderberry shortens cold and flu duration by 2-4 days and significantly reduces symptom severity
  • Aged garlic extract lowers blood pressure comparable to some medications—reducing cardiovascular event risk by 16-40%
For many conditions, these natural approaches offer effective solutions that address root causes while supporting overall health.

That's exactly why we've created our comprehensive guide: The Natural Medicine Cabinet Part 2: Proven Alternatives to SSRIs, Statins & Antibiotics.

We reveal the hidden side effects of antidepressants, cholesterol medications, and antibiotics that millions take daily, and expose which natural remedies have solid clinical research backing them.

This isn't about rejecting medications that save lives or making changes on your own. It's about discovering that gentler options exist and having the knowledge to make informed decisions with your healthcare team.
The choice isn't natural OR pharmaceutical—it's understanding when each is appropriate and having the knowledge to decide with professional guidance.

This Week’s Recipe:
This Week's Recipe: Immune-Boosting Elderberry & Mushroom Elixir

This week I'm sharing a powerful immune elixir that combines elderberry—clinically proven to shorten illness duration by 2-4 days—with medicinal mushrooms (reishi and turkey tail) that teach your immune system to respond more intelligently. This warming blend includes raw garlic (shown to reduce cold frequency by 63%), ginger for its antimicrobial properties, and a touch of honey. It's the perfect preventive tonic during cold and flu season, proving that building immune resilience is more effective than fighting infections once they start.

P.S. Ready to support your mood and stress resilience naturally?
If you've been experiencing anxiety, chronic stress or low mood—the kind that might have your doctor reaching for an SSRI prescription—our MagBiotic offers a gentler alternative that works with your body's natural pathways.

This innovative formula combines three clinically proven ingredients that target the gut-brain axis:
  • Affron® Saffron Extract - Clinical trials show it works as effectively as SSRIs for depression, improving mood and reducing anxiety in as little as 4 weeks—without the sexual dysfunction or emotional blunting
  • Magnesium Glycinate - The most bioavailable form that calms your nervous system, supports neurotransmitter production (including serotonin), and helps your body manage stress at the cellular level
  • Bifidobacterium longum 1714 - A psychobiotic strain clinically shown to reduce stress, lower cortisol levels, and improve mood by supporting the gut-brain connection
Unlike SSRIs that can cause emotional blunting, sexual dysfunction, and difficult withdrawal, MagBiotic works with your body's natural mood-regulating systems—addressing the gut-brain axis that's fundamental to emotional wellbeing.

Dear Jimi,

I hope your weekend is treating you well so far :).

Most of us were taught that aging is a slow, unavoidable decline.

Less energy. More inflammation. Brain fog. Chronic symptoms that are brushed off as “normal.”

But the science tells a very different story.

Researchers now estimate that over 90 percent of how we age is influenced by lifestyle, environment, and daily habits, not genetics alone. That means biological age is flexible.

This is exactly what the Health & Longevity Summit 2026 is focused on.
For three days, leading experts in longevity science, medicine, and nutrition will explain how aging actually works inside the body and what you can do to slow it down and, in some cases, reverse early damage.

You’ll learn:
  • How inflammation and gut imbalance accelerate aging
  • Why one-size-fits-all nutrition often fails
  • What centenarians and long-living populations get right
  • How modern tools like microbiome testing and metabolic data personalize health.
What I appreciate about this summit is that it bridges cutting-edge science with real-world application. These are not abstract ideas. They’re practical frameworks you can use right away.

And it’s completely free to attend.

You can save your spot here:

👉 Register free here

If you care about feeling strong, clear-minded, and resilient not just now, but decades from now, this summit is worth watching.
Have a sunny new day, Jimi.

Greetings,

Even after treatment ends, many cancer survivors carry a quiet, heavy worry.

Your scans may look good.
Your doctor says you’re healthy.
You’ve done everything “right.”

And yet… the fear never completely goes away.

You might notice:

✖ Your mind racing before appointments
✖ Tension or tightness that never leaves your body
✖ Fatigue, brain fog, or restless sleep
✖ Feeling “on edge” even when there’s no immediate threat

If this sounds familiar, please know this first: you’re not broken, and you’re not imagining it.

There’s a hidden factor that many people are never told about, one that can quietly keep your body in high alert and increase the risk of recurrence.

That factor is chronic, low-grade inflammation.

Inflammation can stay elevated for months or years after treatment due to stress, fear, and the physiological impact of cancer and its therapies.

It not only fuels symptoms like fatigue, pain, brain fog, and sleep disruption,

But research shows it’s linked to higher cancer risk and poorer outcomes for survivors.

So when you think, “Why can’t I relax? Why don’t I feel like myself?”

It’s not about doing more or trying harder.

It’s about giving your body the tools to finally calm the internal fire and reclaim a sense of safety and balance.

That’s exactly why our good friend, cancer survivor, thriver, and renowned cancer health coach Melissa Merchant, is hosting the Cancer Smart Anti-Inflammation Challenge.

Inside this 5-day challenge starting next Monday… Melissa will be live on Zoom to show you step-by-step on how to:

Calm inflammation, the underlying driver that fuels anxiety, fatigue, and fear of recurrence

Restore energy, clarity, and balance without pushing yourself too hard

Understand how food, movement, stress, and sleep influence inflammation and overall wellbeing

Build small, daily habits that support recovery, prevention, and long-term health

There’s no cost to join, and every session includes a live Q&A so you’re not navigating this alone.

=> Go here to save your spot for the Cancer Smart Anti-Inflammation Challenge

If your mind and body still feel on edge, this is your chance to understand why!
Yours in health,

The Conquering Cancer team
