26650 mechinal mod help

So I purchased a 26650 mod a couple of weeks ago and it works great but just today it stopped firing and I checked all the connections no juice in the 5/10 connection removed the firing button checked the spring and everything then put my battery on the charger and it is showing up at 0.0 volts and it won't charge when just 2 hours ago it was fine. The Erie thing is that every 40 seconds 1 or two bars will flash for a second showing its charging but the volts will still stay 0.0 and I'm so confused to what's going on any one have an idea to what the problem is

What mech and what battery?
Sounds like you have a cell failure.

Your charger could be an issue not making contact while charging, a bad cell and a possible short in the mod.

Tons of things but looking more like the battery could be a counterfeit or just bad.

Okay, thanks for the help I'm pretty sure it's the battery now, I actually just ordered a new E-leaf 100 watt box and a pair or efest 18650's for it what's your thought on those products?

I'm using an efest battery in my nemesis clone. The one thing to watch out for with efests is the amp rating. My battery says 30A on the sticker, but when I googled testing info I found out it starts to drop off around 20A. I also have another efest battery which I'm not currently using, rated at 20A but again tested out to only around 10A. I'm not using that battery because its a button top and doesn't fit in my mod quite as well as I thought it would.
