I made a couple of bottles of Ghost pepper hot sauce yesterday. I found a few peppers still growing chopped them up with some tomatoes, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and onions and cooked everything until soft. Ran it through the Ninja blender and bottled them up.

yeah i'm going to have to take a hard pass my tummy can't handle super hot things anymore. even medium hot salsas are risky for me anymore. :(

New Year, same me, lol. Sorry people but I'm not changing for anybody, I am who I am and you just have to live with it. My only resolution this year is to be the best version of myself that I can. Because I am an expert procrastinator, I'll start the year by being the best procrastinator I can and do as little as possible today.🤣 The rest of the "best version of myself" can wait until January 2.:cool:

The best way to celebrate new years eve. Just another day for me too but I celebrate EVERY day that I wake up
