It's kind of you to recommend that.

On the whole my desk chair is comfortable, but by the time I'm griping about needing a hiney break at 6-7-8 in the evening, I've been sitting here working since 4-5-6 in the morning, then playing in the evening, with only an occasional coffee break. I just need to get up and stretch, kick, bend down and touch the floor, get moving, then move to my big chair for a while.

It isn't a healthy life, desk life.

Thanks.
i too am a gamer and spend about 10 hours a day in my chair. so long as i got my bubba keg of coffee and a full-ish tank of e-liquid. i'm pretty set. i just play until i get hungry enough to go eat something. then i'm thinking beer-30 and a shot of booze followed by bedtime. YMMV!!

I'm not a gamer. By "playing" I meant playing this thread (the music game), and playing around on the computer, watching YouTube vids, reading blogs, stuff I can't really do much during work hours.

Recently our bear had a scare
After more than nine years
Of health and good cheer
Sickness caught him unaware.

Never one to give in,
Bear took it on the chin
Turned orange drinking carrot juice
And soaked in epsom for the daily sluice

He was sick of being sick
He was tired of being tired
One day he woke feeling better
Just in time for garden weather.

We don't know what it was
Too late to be the holiday goo
Too early for the April Fools flu
It's gone now because

Mrs. Bear took care, and
His friends stayed aware
With love and prayer
For the health and good cheer of the bear

@Jimi, you've been through enough exhausting illness lately. It's time to make your recovery stick. Your friends @gopher_byrd, @SnapDragon NY, @2WhiteWolves, Bliss Doubt and the ninjas would like to treat you to a spa weekend at a beautiful resort in the heart of nature. People have come from far and wide. Some got here after dark last night.

And now we can be together all weekend. All the best people are here, friends you know, and friends you haven't met yet:

A top priority is this time honored shamanic healing ritual:

The sports concierge at the resort secures fishing licenses for guests.

After a day of activities, fun and fresh air, a group massage is already booked, for sore muscles, tired bones, and lingering ailments. Won't this be fun?

Those who desire can get their nails and claws trimmed, their teeth and fangs filed, get facials, haircuts, softening treatments for their paws and pads, have their ears hosed out, whatever the health and beauty conditions call for.

The spa snack bar serves guests 24 hours with tempting treats. If this doesn't scare the b'jeebers out of you when you first lay eyes on it, you might enjoy this mild guacamole, with crackers, cuke slices and pepper lips for dipping.

Next how about some shots? The good kind, herbed almond milk creme fraiche, fruit juice, creamy oatmilk tomato soup, all vegan, all organic.

Good thing.....
On my walk decided to go a different direction and happy I did. The neighbours horsies were by the fence. It's been years since petting a horse and finally got the chance. That's first good thing.
The second one..... Turned around to go the other direction, go down the hill, walked to the bridge, looked at the stream, turned around to head back up the hill and made it back onto the driveway right before a big dump truck comes speeding by. It was a close one, lol, yes, it takes a lot of bravery to walk on the gravel road. The drivers do do NOT SLOW DOWN !!!!

This is the continuation of the horsies....

The poor horsies looked horrible!!!! Their manes were riddled with tangles all matted, they looked like they haven't been groomed for a very long time. Their backs full of dried mud and their tails are the same as their manes, flies were already bothering their eyes, it was so sad to see them this way. I truly hope their hooves are not in bad shape. So, it might be the last time I pet them, just can't stand to see them this way :(
