I had family over yesterday and can only push myself for about 3-4 hours max before all the nerves in my right leg are activiting like I've just been struck by lighting, so I have to take a Lorazepam to calm them down, which of course calms me down and shortly thereafter puts me to sleep... apparently I typed that message as I was hitting the full on lush stage just before falling asleep.

yea, Sugar and Caffeine! I got a Nespresso Pixie espresso maker last year (uses Nespresso pods). I really like the way it make the perfect espresso. I've got a milk whipper that I use for making cappuccino.
