Fucking rep was an ass though... Finally got it all back up, have them reset the card in their DSLAM and move me over to a different set of IP's and then remove the stoopid 'walled garden' the first ass accidentally put into place on my accounts.. All he would say after trying to make me reflash the firmware on everything was "Load balance routers arent supported." Ok, it worked for over 2 years just fine. "Well, I can see your modems are connected so its not on our end" Ya, I told you that they were connected and synched 2 hours ago, but I cant actually get an IP from your DHCP servers and get on the internet! "Tech will be there Friday sometime before 5:31pm". Asshole...

The next guy couldnt even get in to my account, "You have an account number and not a phone number?" Ya, I have 2 lines under one account. "Ok, can you tell me your modems serial number?" I guess, dunno why though but first one is xxxxxx... "Thats NOT a Westell 7500.." Excuse me? I'm looking at the model number right now! "The serial number doesnt come up as one.. " Well, trust me, they both are 7500's "Hum, you say a 9 digit account, huh? I dont even know how to get into an account without a 10 digit phone number.." G'bye.. I'll call back and get someone who isnt a moron.. (click)

Call back and get a lady who listens, then says they dont handle 9 digit accounts? What? Get put on hold for 20 mins. Hang up.

I play around and then call again. Lady understands what I have, and what I am doing. She resets the card and changes IP's. Boom, I get proper IP's. Go on the Net and get slammed into a Wall Garden (both lines).. She takes a few minutes, removes the Gardens and resets again.. BAM! back up and running.. How simple was that? If the first ass would have just done that like I asked in the first place, I wouldnt have spent 4 hours being fucking frustrated ..

I hate first level support. Anytime I get on the phone with a support rep, I politely let them know that I worked technical support for database server systems for 20 years and that they need to jump directly to the technical stuff assuming that I know what they are saying, or they need to transfer me to 2nd level.

If they can't handle that I tell them to transfer me to a supervisor. Normally if I'm on the phone for more that 15-20 minutes with a support person it's because there is a significant problem or I'm waiting on call backs after they resolve things on their end.

One of the benefits of asking for a supervisor when it is clear they can't help me is that after they have my basic account info and description of my issue and I have their operator id, is that they have to transfer me or risk getting in trouble.

My Sonys are almost nine months old but I'm still using them in my mechs.
At the price I got those Samsung for I'm gonna buy a few more pair as soon as I can.
But my son in law hit me up for money today. My daughter lost her job so the money he got paid went for rent.
Tells me my granddaughter needs diapers and wipes. So i'm more than happy to send my kiddos some money even if it dips into my already small vaping account.
Good kids trying to be responsible adults. I'm honored and pleased to help them any chance I get.
And now I'm gonna head out the door so I can send them some money.

So how much time do you spend sparring during your training?

Well the actual class part is about an hour and a half...then after usually 45 minutes to an hour 6 nights a week...so I have jiu jitsu for 1.5 hours and then muay Thai for 1.5 hours then mma sparring for 45 minutes to an hour 6 nights a week
