Been doing some digging on the IPV and might have come up with a solution.
Are you in 'Mobile On' mode?
The Mini can be used to charge other devices by holding in both the + and - button. That redirects all power to the USB port. Exiting 'Mobile' mode is done the same way...

And I might, MIGHT have found a solution to my problem. There are two vaping modes- PMW and DC-DC.
It's my understanding that DC is best for low ohm because it mimics a mech without regulation while the PWM mode performs better at +1 ohms by engaging full regulation ...
Might have had mine set wrong.
Putting it through the paces now.
Will let ya know.

I like it so far. It starts out a little slow but its setting up the beginning of Saul's career years before he ever met Walter White.

The writing is really good, that's what I appreciate. Some people might not like that and say why are we spending so much time developing character but that's what I love. Michael McKean (Lenny and Squiggy / Spinal Tap) has a great part as Saul's paranoid, eccentric older brother for example.
