Yeah, if you're used to "full flavor" cigarettes and switch to an "ultra light", chances are good you're gonna smoke more. Just like a vaper who switches from 18 mg juice to 6 is gonna vape more juice.
But, if a vaper drops his nic a small amount at a time, every few months, chances are good won't vape more.
I suspect the same thing would work with cigarettes if the nic content was reduced say 5% every six months.
