This kid obviously had issues and I’m of the opinion that too much emphasis is put on the guns and the mental health aspect is always ignored. School is now a babysitter for most parents.
And video games and such as baby sitters as well.
Very few interpersonal skills are taught by parents now.

Computers and cell phones occupy every kid now a days . Gone are the days you could go out and play till 7 at night and your parents didn’t worry where you were . I think that’s just crazy ! If you are institutionalized you can’t get Medicare if you are in the community you can get medi care for treatment . This is why institutions have emptied and are closing it about the money . Unless you have private insurance your on the streets and your caretaker or parents problem .

You can only get medicare if on disability from SS or over 65.
Medicaid IS used in institutions.
And if a minor child it IS the parents responsibility to take care of them not mine.
