I am in the market for s new mechanical mod and am stuck. Very stuck. I'm between a SWITCH MOD AND CAP KIT, A RIG V2, SUBZERO SHORTY COMBO, and a BROADSIDE. Someone please help because I want to get it tomorrow, I'm leaning towards a broadside because it's made by or with the Hotwires guys so it can handle low low builds and is cheap and nice. Also, leaning towards a switch v2 because they're beautiful. SOMEONE HELP!

Can't speak about the Broadside but personally love the Shorty combo out of the others. Great button design with the best voltage drop around and you get an amazingly rda to go with it.

Hey guys
Im new to the forum but Ive had a couple years experience with these mods and have traded mods for a while. IMO the kennedy ruby 2 post is one of my favorite mech mods ive ever had. It has all the qualities I want in a mech mod- big build deck, great bottom airflow, very low voltage drop due to its one piece design of atty an mod, very simple but hearty button, and beautiful design. The prices of them are going down a bit, especially on eBay.
Hope this helps

I agree with you, the ruby is a thing of beauty and very clean all in 1 mech+atty. But unfortunately the only time I can recommened the ruby is to experienced users, because you have to build directly on the mech mod without a ohm meter.

Me, for a tube mod I'm a big fan of the Oros V2

i have all of those tubes the broadside is the best.
rig v2 is shit. switch and soi are good but broadside kills them.
if you have the bread i recommend the rogur jmarkdesign.net
or crossbones, hanged edition both are the hardest hitting tubes ive ever tried.
