*-- Healthy Fall Practices --*

Embrace Seasonal Vegetables: Brussels sprouts, turnips, and mushrooms are some of the vegetables you'll find in season in the fall. Seek out creative and simple ways to cook and enjoy these fortifying foods!

Make a DIY Scrub for your Skin: Since you might have gotten your fair share of sun, salt water, and chlorine over the summer, your skin might feel a bit taxed. Try a gentle sugar scrub (add more coconut oil if you feel that your skin needs extra lubrication).

Protect Your Lips: Apply lip balms regularly that contain natural ingredients such as shea butter, olive oil, and vitamin E. Avoid lip balms that contain petroleum-based, synthetic ingredients.

Prioritize Downtime: After the leisure of summer, you may feel an increased swirl of activities and stress in the fall: kids going back to school or increased work projects. Make it a priority to create downtime for yourself. Take time to cultivate nurturing, grounding activities such as meditation, massages, reading, or whatever makes you feel soothed.

Hi, LaDawn here!

So, you want to cut back on gluten, like what you find in wheat, barley, and rye, or on grains in general. Whatever your reasons for wanting to change your eating habits, you may be wondering what's left when you remove bread, pasta, pancakes, crackers, and all those other delicious grain-based foods. You may even think that you need to purchase expensive gluten-free versions of those foods. Well, you can buy gluten-free substitutes if you want to, but it's not necessary! Here are five delicious foods that do not contain gluten.

Spiralized Veggies

If you don't have a fancy machine to cut your veggies into spiral shapes, you can use a vegetable peeler to get the same effect. Although zucchini is the most popular vegetable to use this way, carrots also work well. All you do is cut your preferred veggie into long, thin strips, cook briefly in boiling water, and top with your favorite pasta sauce.

Corn Tortillas/Tortilla Chips

You may not have thought of this, but corn tortillas are naturally gluten-free, and so are the wonderfully crunchy chips that are made from them. So, although you may have to rethink your PB&J, taco night is here to stay. The same goes for enchilada night, tamale night, and huevos rancheros night, as long as you remember to use corn tortillas, not flour.

Cauliflower Rice

Cauliflower has no gluten and is a healthy vegetable in the brassica family. Once you've processed a head of cauliflower in a food processor and steamed it for a few minutes, it's ready to be served as a rice alternative or combined with cheese and eggs to form a delectable pizza crust. Regular rice is gluten-free, too, but the reason cauliflower rice made this list is that it's super versatile and less calorie-dense than rice.

Three-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

You may be going gluten-free to be healthier, but even healthy eaters want a sweet treat now and then. That's why these last two items are decadent, gluten-free desserts. To make gluten-free peanut butter cookies, all you need is a cup of peanut butter, a cup of sugar, and an egg. You beat the three ingredients together, roll small scoopfuls into balls, place them on a baking sheet, and use a fork to add those cute little criss-cross lines to the tops. Then bake in a medium oven (around 350 degrees) for about 10 minutes. That's it!

Flourless Chocolate Cake

This chocolate cake only has three ingredients: a pound of chocolate, eight eggs, and two sticks of butter. Beat the eggs in a stand mixer until frothy and doubled in volume. In a separate bowl (in the microwave or double boiler), melt the butter and chocolate together. Gently fold the eggs into the melted butter/chocolate mixture, a little at a time. The trickiest part about this recipe is the actual baking part: the best way to do it is to bake your cake in a springform pan in a water bath. First, wrap the outside of your springform pan in a couple of layers of aluminum foil, and then place the whole thing inside another pan containing some hot water. Bake for about 25 minutes at 325 degrees.

As you can see, going gluten-free doesn't mean giving up all of your favorite foods. It also doesn't have to mean expensive grocery runs! With a few tweaks here and there, you can eat gluten-free and not feel like you're missing out at all.

To your best health,
LaDawn

Neurologists leave lucrative careers after discovering the truth

Hi Jimi,
Not long ago, the mainstream medical system didn’t believe anything could be done to prevent mental decline, brain fog, or Alzheimer’s — but that’s changing fast.
Thousands of studies published in peer-reviewed medical journals are changing the way we understand the brain.
It’s possible to sharpen your mind, increase productivity, decrease brain fog, sleep deeply, and even keep your moods bright — simply with food and lifestyle shifts.
These strategies are so powerful that even the AARP and the Alzheimer’s Association are starting to promote them.
Do you know what they are yet?
This week, for a few more days, you’re invited to our brilliant (and totally free) masterclass, offered by Drs. Ayesha and Dean Sherzai — two of the top neurologists in the world. (If you’ve seen it before, this is your chance to catch it again — and to share it with friends and family!)
Drs. Ayesha and Dean have an incredible story. They left behind lucrative careers in pharmaceutical research to discover and share the truth about brain health.
>> Take advantage of the latest scientific discoveries in the Brain Breakthroughs Masterclass here.
If you have dementia in your family (or you fear it), this masterclass is a must.
You’ll discover the four most dangerous brain health myths that most people still believe.
You’ll also love learning that the majority of the chronic diseases of aging are NOT purely driven by your genes, and finding out what you can do today to prevent your brain from slipping away.
You’ll learn about 10 recent brain health breakthroughs — one of which (all by itself) might give you an extra 11 years of healthy brain function.
>> Grab your seat here.
Your brain weighs just a couple of pounds, but it uses 25 percent of all your energy. Too few people know how to give their brains what they need, which costs them precious brainpower — and memories.
Please don’t wait, because the sooner you know about what Ayesha and Dean will share, the better your chances of staying mentally sharp for life will be.
Yours for lasting and joyous memories,
Ocean Robbins
P.S. As directors of the Alzheimer’s Prevention Program at Loma Linda University Medical Center, the Sherzai’s research has demonstrated that specific lifestyle changes can radically boost your brain’s performance — and could slash your risk of Alzheimer’s disease by up to 90%.

So much has transpired during these uncertain times that has caused people to be scared and worried, leaving the question of what direction to take moving forward.
Because of how common it is to be chronically stressed in our world, many have some degree of adrenal dysfunction, causing unexplained brain fog, weight gain, digestive problems, poor sleep and exhaustion.
Understanding and recognizing how far "adrenal fatigue" has progressed and what stage someone is in can make a huge difference when it comes to treatment and recovery.

Strength Training Burns Fat Too

By Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen, MDs

"Great ideas," declared Thomas Edison, "originate in the muscles." He meant that inspiration comes from hard work.

Well, researchers from the University of New South Wales have a great idea about how fat loss can originate in the muscles, too.

Special: Put This Spice in Your Shoes to Fix Toenail Fungus

For years, the myth has been that you do aerobics to burn fat, resistance training to build muscles. But the researchers found that in addition to improving bone mineral density, lean mass, and muscle quality, strength-building exercise improves body composition in ways previously thought to come only from aerobics.

Their research, published in the journal Sports Medicine, looked at data from 54 studies and more than 3,000 people and found that doing between two and three sessions of resistance training a week for 45 to 60 minutes was enough to convey fat-burning benefits comparable to aerobic exercise.

That gives you some additional workout choices when it comes to aiming for a leaner body composition.

Here are some important strength-training tips:

• Warm up on a bike or treadmill for 10 minutes before starting.

• For resistance exercises that burn fat and build muscle using your own body weight, try "10 Strength-Training Moves for Beginners" at DoctorOz.com.

• Dr. Mike is a fan of stretchy bands because hand weights, used with poor technique, can wreck your shoulders. Check out "Should You Try Resistance Bands for Strength Training?" for the lowdown on benefits and instructions at health.clevelandclinic.org.

• If you use resistance machines at the gym, start low (weight) and slow (motion). To get maximum muscle-building, ultimately, work with a resistance/weight that's 70% of your max capacity.

Hi Jimi,

We wanted to thank you again for joining the Conquering Cancer Summit Spring launch back in May. Today, we are sharing another great learning opportunity about cancer. Our good friend Dr. Eric Zielinski just launch the Hope for Breast Cancer documentary. Please read more about it below.
Pinktober.

A month filled with buying pink t-shirts, shoes and even, backpacks. Running marathons or half-marathons.

There is a LOT of time, money and energy that we dedicate to Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October.

And rightfully so.

Because according to the American Cancer Society 15.2% of new cancer cases in 2019 were breast cancer.

But have you ever thought... does any of this really change anything?

Is buying another [HASH=1731]#pinktober[/HASH] t-shirt going to make a difference?

Is running another half-marathon helping raise awareness?

How is all of this helping breast cancer patients actually get the treatment they deserve?
What else can we do?

Our friend Dr. Eric Zielinski feels the same way, and he did something.

He is sharing his full-length feature documentary - Hope for Breast Cancer that goes beyond the tokenism and actually empowers cancer patients with hope and the tools they need to make a personalized care plan.

The best part is…

→ You can watch it on-demand all month...

… this documentary features the story of Angela (Angie) Rouech Lima, a young mom, who was diagnosed with cancer in 2017.

Angie was accepted into a non-profit sponsorship program that funded one year’s worth of non-toxic therapies (including travel to a off-shore clinic), and the film shares Angie’s story as she navigates the world of cancer treatments to choose an integrative approach to beat breast cancer.

Her journey is raw, real and... let me warn you, it will make you tear up more than once.

Sure, we can buy all the pink in the world but unless we do something that gives cancer patients the tools they need to create a personalized, non-toxic and integrative approach to beating cancer, nothing’s going to change.

The Hope for Breast Cancer film is a step in the right direction.

Whether you or a loved one has cancer, when you hear Angie’s story, you’ll not only find the hope you need but you’ll also get the tools you need so you can create your own journey with confidence and clarity.

It’s time we did more to help breast cancer patients actually beat cancer.

To your continuous learning,

Your DrSummits Family
P.S. The Hope for Breast Cancer global screening is available on-demand all month.

Make sure you don’t miss out on hearing about Angie and her journey with cancer.

Be Part of the Largest Organic Gardening Contest

$50,000 Cash, Bitcoin, Ford EV, Small Farm Among Prizes in Organic Gardening Competition
Enter for Your Chance to Win!
Johnny Appleseed Organic Seeking Video Entries from Nation’s Best Growers
Organic gardeners throughout the United States will have the opportunity to compete for prizes including $50,000 cash, a Bitcoin (one Bitcoin current cash value is $65,000), a new electric vehicle or a small farm in the first-ever Johnny Appleseed Organic Invitational.

Presented in partnership with Mother Earth News, the contest is intended to showcase the skills of the nation’s top organic growers and provide a platform for them to share their knowledge. Video entries will be accepted through Nov. 30, 2021, with finalists selected in December and the competition itself set to take place from Jan. 1 through Nov. 30, 2022.

Entry videos should explain the entrant’s gardening experience, and why they would like to be considered for this amazing opportunity.

“Everyone acknowledges that organic food is healthier and better tasting, but there’s a pervasive myth that truly sustainable growing practices can’t produce an abundant enough yield to feed American families,” said Jeff Meyer, founder of Johnny Appleseed Organic. “The Johnny Appleseed Organic Invitational will prove that we can provide for everyone while producing food in a responsible, ecologically friendly manner.”

Growers selected for the competition will be among the most talented and experienced gardeners in the country and will compete from home as permitted by their local growing season. It is free to enter the contest and no purchase is required.

Contestants will receive points for their placement in each competitive category, with a cumulative winner determined at the end of the contest. Categories include:
Enter for Your Chance to Win!

  • Heaviest tomato (as determined by certified scale)
  • Hottest pepper (Scoville scale)
  • Most beautiful flower arrangement in a 65 gallon grow bag (determined by social voting)
  • Heaviest sweet potato in a 65 gallon grow bag (as determined by certified scale)
  • Heaviest squash (any variety, as determined by certified scale)

Each competitor chosen for the invitational will receive $1,000 in cryptocurrency, and the overall cumulative winner will receive their choice of grand prize options including $50,000 cash, one Bitcoin (one Bitcoin current cash value is $65,000), a brand new Ford F-150 EV, a Kubota tractor with attachments or a restricted deed for a small farm at the Johnny Appleseed Organic Village, a sustainable living development nestled within the Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge near Folkston, GA.

We are now officially classed as subhuman not deserving help if we get sick. This is what we are now hearing on a regular basis from them.
A year ago the mantra from them was "We are all in this together, every single one of us. Im (premier Andrews) saying this to every single Victorian out there. We all will get through this together)
Oh really, he now says things like "I say this to all you unvaccinated people out there in Victoria, you have no privelages, you will not join in with us who are. From now on all unvaccinated workers in essential work who refuse to get vaccinated will be stood down.
Let me make this clear, you will have no privelages, we dont want you around us and you wont be joining in"
Now previously essential workers were police, firefighters, drs, nurses, etc those type of things. Food suppliers. Actual essential ones.
But Dan the premier here decided to redefine it and rewrite the rule books.
He decided that all essential workers had to be vaccinated or lose their jobs.
Business's found with unvaccinated workers now face a $5000 fine for each breach.
So what has Dan now told us are essential workers?
Basically everyone is now an essential worker. Even a farmer on his own property in the bush must comply, a fisherman out in a boat catching fish, toy shops, cafes, movie theatres, you name it.
Im now officially an outcast!

Happy Friday, my Friend!

Thought: “Beyond mountains, there are more mountains.” - Haitian proverb

Tip: Before you eat breakfast (or your first meal of the day), do 30 minutes of low-intensity activity, like taking a walk or yoga. Especially after having some coffee or tea, this can help you feel better and burn more fat. And if you can do it outside in the sunshine, the benefits will be exponential, supporting better sleep, circulation, mood, energy levels and more.

Encouragement: Do your best, forget the rest!

Intermittent Fasting Benefits Diabetes, Heart Disease
By Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen, MDs

On-again, off-again romances may seem hard on the heart, but sometimes an intermittent affair ends up fueling a healthy relationship. Take Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin, who dated off and on from 2015 to 2016, then happily tied the knot in September 2018.
Intermittent fasting turns out to deliver happy endings, too — especially for people who are having a rocky time managing their diabetes or heart disease.
Special: Everyone Who Believes in God Should Watch This. It Will Blow Your Mind
A study in the journal Endocrine Reviews reveals that if you consistently eat your calories within an eight-to-10-hour window (say from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., or from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.), you can prevent and manage metabolic and cardiovascular conditions effectively.
That schedule also improves sleep quality, say the researchers from the Salk Institute for Biological Studies.
In contrast, eating at random times disrupts your body's internal clock, making you prone to chronic diseases.
And you can step it up even more. If you combine intermittent fasting with a plant-based diet, you're supercharging your ability to reclaim your health, and then stay healthy.
This has never been more important. A new report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shows that in 16 U.S. states, at least 35% of residents have obesity, and it affects 22.4% of kids ages 2 to 19.
Luckily, it's easy to implement intermittent fasting, and a plant-based diet can become second nature if you add a serving of fruit and two servings of veggies to each meal.
That'll be the start of a long, happy relationship with your health, as you clear your arteries and stabilize your glucose level.

Hi Jimi
If you or a loved one has ever been diagnosed with cancer, you know that the treatments can be quite challenging (and extremely confusing) to navigate.

You have no idea who to trust, who to believe, or what to do.

That is why... Angie Lima is my new hero.

I just finished watching her story in the award-winning Hope Against Breast Cancer film (voted the 2020 Most Inspirational Documentary).

Full disclosure: I cried as I watched Angie’s healing journey unfold. And I really got choked up when she first got the news that she had cancer.

She was playing with her adorable 3-year old daughter as she shared this, and I couldn’t hold back the tears.

But the real reason Angie is my hero is... she gave me hope.

She showed me how choosing natural (non-toxic) therapies for cancer doesn’t have to be confusing or challenging and should definitely NOT be a one-size-fits-all approach.

She inspired me with her courage, in the face of a cancer diagnosis, and with her bold and graceful confidence when she chose to not follow the status quo.

You see, Angie customized her own cancer-healing protocol and (as you may have guessed it), she used a myriad of all-natural therapies.

Yes, she is my hero and I can’t wait for you to meet her too.

Her healing story was captured on film, and my friend and film director Dr. Eric Zielinski is giving you an all-access pass to watch the global screening right here.

Watch her story on-demand this weekend.
image

When you see Angie’s story unfold, you’ll find hope and encouragement for your own health and wellness journey as well.

Whether you or someone you know is fighting the good fight against cancer or you’re simply interested in knowing more about non-toxic, integrative therapies for cancer...

This is ONE documen

Hi Jimi,
Your brain weighs only three pounds, but it’s fundamental to everything you do — yet few people know how to care for their brains or how to keep memories from getting lost forever.
It’s not something you’ll learn at the doctor’s office, and since this information is so new, you didn’t learn it in high school health class, either.
You may be surprised to learn the number one way to increase brain connections and preserve memories.
It takes just minutes a day…
It can contribute to staying in a good mood all day and sleeping easily at night, while also increasing your productivity…
This same activity can help you lose weight…
Do you know what it is?
>> Find out when you join the Brain Breakthroughs Masterclass.
I’m thrilled to host this masterclass with Drs. Dean and Ayesha Sherzai, two of the top neurologists in the world.
As directors of the Alzheimer’s Prevention Program at Loma Linda University Medical Center, the Sherzai’s breakthrough research shows that you can radically boost a brain’s performance.
These breakthroughs are all-natural and quick, and some of them will leave a giant smile on your face!
What’s more, these same tips could slash your risk of Alzheimer’s disease by up to 90%, even if you have a family history.
In the Brain Breakthroughs Masterclass, you’ll discover the most significant lifestyle factors when it comes to preserving memories, as well as:

  • A single vegetable that could halt mental decline by 11 years.
  • The inexpensive superfood that can add up to 7.5 years of healthy brain function.
  • Which proven diet plan that can slash Alzheimer’s risk by 53%.
  • A remarkably simple daily activity that can reduce dementia risk by 40%.

Hi Jimi,

Not long ago, the mainstream medical system didn’t believe anything could be done to prevent mental decline, brain fog, or Alzheimer’s.

But that’s changing fast.

Thousands of studies published in peer-reviewed medical journals are changing the way we understand the brain.

It’s possible to sharpen your mind, increase productivity, decrease brain fog, sleep perfectly, and even keep your moods bright — simply with food and lifestyle shifts.

These strategies are so powerful that even the AARP and the Alzheimer’s Association are starting to promote them.

Do you know what they are yet?

This week, you’re invited to this brilliant (and totally free)

Masterclass, offered by Ayesha and Dean Sherzai, MD — two of the top neurologists in the world.

>> Take advantage of the latest scientific discoveries in the Brain Breakthroughs Masterclass here.

If you have dementia in your family, this Masterclass is a must.

You’ll discover the four most dangerous brain health myths that most people still believe.

And you’ll love learning that the majority of the chronic diseases of aging are NOT purely driven by your genes. Find out what you can do today to prevent your brain from slipping away.

You’ll also learn about 10 recent brain health breakthroughs — one of which might give you an extra 11 years of healthy brain function.

Drs. Ayesha and Dean have an incredible story. They left behind lucrative careers in pharmaceutical research to discover and share the truth about brain health.

>> Grab your seat here.

I highly recommend this Masterclass. The brain is the least understood (and most complex) organ. Too few people know how to give their brain what it needs, which costs them precious brainpower — and memories.

It’s so important to attend this Masterclass so you can start using these brain breakthroughs today.

Please don’t wait, because the sooner you know about what Ayesha and Dean will share, the better your chances of staying mentally sharp for life.

Dr. Pedram Shojai

P.S. As directors of the Alzheimer’s Prevention Program at Loma Linda University Medical Center, the Sherzai’s research has demonstrated that specific lifestyle changes can radically boost a brain’s performance — and could slash your risk of Alzheimer’s disease by up to 90%.

Elderly Women at Greater Stroke Risk Than Men

By Chauncey Crandall, M.D.

It has been suggested that elderly women with the heartbeat irregularity known as atrial fibrillation (AFib) are at a higher risk of stroke because they are less likely to be taking an anticoagulant that can reduce blood clots.

Special: 5 Stroke Warning Signs You Should Call 911 Immediately

Researchers at the McGill University Health Center in Montreal decided to test this theory by analyzing the records of 39,390 men and 44,115 women hospitalized with newly diagnosed AFib. They analyzed risk factors, stroke rates, and whether or not they had been put on the anticoagulant warfarin.

The researchers found that even for the women who were actually more likely to be taking warfarin, their stroke rate was still 14% higher than the men.

In the study, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, the researchers said it is still unknown why elderly women are at higher risk of stroke than elderly men, but they need to be strongly targeted for other anti-stroke therapies.

When I log on to social media, there’s one common theme I run into every single time.

OK, besides politics… (It is that time of year again… right?)

We’ve all seen them. The memes, the quotes, and the pictures about pandemic "gain".

They call it the "quarantine fifteen."

Even when you’re not hunkered down physically...

you’re hunkered down emotionally.

The news feeds are about unemployment, the most recent businesses closed, and a worrisome economy.

The latest is that there are supply chain shortages that will affect Christmas for all of us! (Remember the empty shelves??? - they say it’s coming again!)

It's the perfect recipe for:

  • Overeating
  • Emotional Eating
  • Binging
The What We Crave, Emotional Eating Summit addresses all of these and more… and I’ve arranged for you to watch for FREE right here.

Look...

If your current coping skills consist of a casual walk to the kitchen opening the fridge door and looking for "what sounds good", or opening the cupboards more often than you need to, or endless "stress baking"... then this is for you.

I just talked to my long-time friend, Errin Smith. She told me that her "What We Crave Summit" covers every angle of emotional eating, sugar addiction, and how to turn things around.

She discovered that the answers aren’t what you think they are.

When it happens to us, we think we’re weak, or lack willpower.

And it turns out that willpower has NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!

Learn the truth behind what’s going on in the brain and the body that drives eating -- from stress eating to outright uncontrollable food addiction.

Check it out here.

Mike
The SugarFreeMan

PS: Errin is just like us gang she has been there and has the tee shirt… Check her out here. (and I’m speaking on the event too!)

My friend Dr. Eric Zielinski feels the same way, and he did something.

He is sharing his full-length feature documentary - Hope for Breast Cancerthat goes beyond the tokenism and actually empowers cancer patients with hope and the tools they need to make a personalized care plan.

The best part is…

You can watch it on-demand now...

You know I see people alone in their cars as im going fishing or detecting, the nearest town 50ks away, on a single lane bush road where you both have to move over with two wheels in the gravel and two on the bitumen as you pass each other and they are wearing surgical masks! Imagine the fear they must be living in to wear a mask driving through the bush miles from anything! I see that everytime I go out.

Hi Jimi,

Anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness in the U.S., affecting 40 million adults age 18 and older, or 18.1% of the population every year.

That's according to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America.

There's a lot we need to know about mental health. Learn more here. <=

On top of that:

  • Women are twice as likely to be affected as men when it comes to generalized anxiety, panic disorder, and phobias.
  • Anxiety disorders affect 25.1% of children between 13 and 18 years old.
  • Anxiety is as common among older adults as among the young.
And a survey of nearly 33,000 US college students by Boston University reveals that the prevalence of depression and anxiety in students continues to increase and is now reaching its highest levels.

"Half of the college students in fall 2020 screened positive for depression and/or anxiety," says Sarah Ketchen Lipson, a Boston University mental health researcher and a co-principal investigator of the nationwide survey.

If you're anxious, fearful, have phobias, or experience panic attacks, you want a solution.

If you're stressed and overwhelmed, you want relief.

If you're a practitioner, you want solutions for your clients and patients.

Fortunately, Trudy Scott's Anxiety Summit 5 offers nutritional solutions.

Discover nutritional solutions for anxiety at the complimentary and online Anxiety Summit 5! <=

Trudy is a food mood expert, certified nutritionist, author of The Antianxiety Food Solution, and your host of The Anxiety Summit 5.

You'll often hear that "all disease begins in the gut," and, indeed, gut issues are often a root cause of anxiety. In fact, addressing gut health is part of the growing field of nutritional psychiatry.

Trudy has interviewed exceptional practitioners, who will share gut-brain and nutritional solutions, such as:

  • How to fix your gut (so you can fix your brain)
  • The best way to use GABA for quick relief of physical anxiety & stress-eating
  • Vagus nerve activation for gut/brain health, methylation & B12 polymorphisms
  • Tips for improving bile production for hormone balance
  • Ways to use tryptophan to ease worry & ruminations & reduce carb cravings
  • Top amino acids to end sugar addiction (no willpower required)
  • Fasting, floatation therapy & bacteriophage therapy
  • Using herbs & probiotics to improve digestion & promote GABA/serotonin
  • Endorphin support for emotional eating & the trauma freeze response
  • And many more!
At this event, you'll hear from experts on parasites, mitochondrial health, a compound called PQQ, and much more.

One of the fabulous things about Trudy is that she's a research geek, so she will always discuss the latest research and the practical aspects, like how to use a castor oil pack and how to make delicious herbal teas to improve your digestion.

She's here to help you by sharing that wisdom.

Be sure to mark your calendar for day 1 and join us from November 8-14, 2021!

I'll see you online at The Anxiety Summit 5 when you register now! <=

4 Stages to a Heart Attack
It's commonly known that heart diease is one of the leading causes of death in the United States, which has led to a lot of misinformation. Learn more about the facts and myths of heart health in today's sponsored message by Gundry MD...

---------

For years, we’ve been told high cholesterol can be a warning sign for potential heart attacks.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States. Naturally, many people are searching for ways to keep their hearts healthy, which has led to cholesterol medications becoming a multi-billion dollar a year industry.

But what if we’ve been misled?

That’s the contention of one of America’s leading heart experts, Dr. Steven Masley, author of The 30 Day Heart Tune-up.

Masley calls this widespread belief that cholesterol causes heart attacks a “myth.”

“Over half of people who die from heart problems have perfectly normal cholesterol levels,” Masley says. “We’ve just been looking in the wrong direction this whole time, and a lot of people have paid a very steep price because of it.”

Dr. Masley has spent the last two years conducting extensive research on heart health from every conceivable angle: what foods to eat, what to avoid, and what are the absolute most essential nutrients everybody needs to support their heart health.

He has distilled all of this essential information into one quick, to-the-point video, just released online, free for anyone who is interested.

“I’ve spent so many years trying to save people whose hearts had given out on them, and been pretty successful doing so,” Dr. Masley says. “But I thought, ‘wouldn’t it be great if I could help so many more people not even get to that point?’”

In his video, which can be accessed here, Dr. Masley busts some of the other myths associated with heart disease, as well as some very common foods that should be avoided at all costs - including one that is heavily marketed as “heart healthy”!

This particular twist has created a bit of a stir online, as many viewers are shocked to learn this food they thought was making their heart healthier may actually be setting them up for a catastrophe down the road.

“I can’t believe it. I’ve been eating this stuff since I was a kid,” commented one watcher of Dr. Masley’s video. “It just goes to show the lengths these companies will go to sell you stuff. This should be illegal!”

But this video is not all doom and gloom. Dr. Masley also reveals 5 key nutrients that are incredible for heart health, and should be in everyone’s kitchen at all times.

By consuming these 5 nutrients daily, Dr. Masley claims, not only can you give your heart the best possible support, you can also lose weight more easily, maintain higher levels of energy and focus, and experience fewer body aches and pains.

To watch renowned heart expert Dr. Masley’s free heart health video, simply click here.

Are You Confused About Carbs?

By Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen, MDs

Carbfusion (carbohydrate confusion) seems to be everywhere. On one hand, they get criticized because they raise your blood glucose and fuel inflammation. On the other, they nurture your gut biome, helping control insulin levels and tamping down inflammation.

So what’s the truth about these frisky nutrients, and how can you get the benefits and dodge the damage?

Special: How to Flood Your Body With Heart-Healthy Nitric Oxide

• Sugars added to foods are easily digested and cause spikes and dips in blood sugar glucose, increase insulin resistance, and lead to weight gain, inflammation, heart disease, and diabetes. They show up in many packaged foods, baked goods, snacks, and beverages. Sugars found naturally in fruits and vegetables do not spike blood sugar and inflammation. They are not considered a health hazard.

• Fiber is the stringy stuff that holds plants together — a nondigestible carb that comes in two forms. Soluble fiber absorbs water and forms a gel that slows digestion, increasing absorption of nutrients. It’s in oats, legumes, edible plant skins, and nuts. Insoluble fiber repels water and is found in veggies, fruits, nuts, and seeds, wheat bran, and whole grains. It provides bulk and helps move food through the intestines. The sugar that fiber contains isn’t absorbed in the small intestine.

• Starch is a carb that can be resistant and good for you, or refined and do as much damage as added sugars. Refined starches are in potatoes, most bread, regular pasta, cereals, snacks, and baked goods. That starch turns quickly to sugar as you digest it. Resistant starch is another ballgame. It is found in plantains, beans, peas, lentils, whole grains, and cooked and cooled rice. Resistant starch resists digestion in the small intestine and ferments in the large intestine, nurturing your good gut bacteria.

A plant-based diet automatically gives you healthy carbs, as long as you don’t fill up on french fries and white pasta while neglecting whole grains and fresh veggies and fruits of all colors.

You want five to nine servings a day of produce, including beans, leafy greens, and orange and red/orange veggies and fruit.

Nuts, berries, and seeds are also important sources of healthy carbs.

Within weeks the rules for me, according to the words I saw spoken by our dictatorial state premier yesterday in a public address, will be I can only enter a supermarket or chemist.
Im excluded from every other shop or place of public meeting.
But....if you are special you get special privelages, like tennis stars.
The stadiums will be full capacity of those double vaccinated watching unvaccinated tennis players play.
I guess its ok if the unvaccinated can entertain us. Smacks of the past doesn't it with race hate. Hated the certain race but they were ok and tolerated if they entertained them.
Like a performing pet.
