It's Sunday afternoon, and I wanted to reach out before visiting my twin 4-year old niece and nephew, and watching a little Detroit Lions football.
We're heading into a big holiday week here in the US with Thanksgiving. And, we have more holidays coming the rest of the year.
(Plus, don't forget about my 4-year Superhuman Brain Masterclass anniversary celebration by releasing my
1-Day Brain Training Event on December 3rd...

)
Let's keep this simple thought in mind - now, throughout the rest of the year, and into 2023.
Daily healthy living does NOT need to be hard, boring, overwhelming or depriving...
... including and especially around the holidays, attending parties, special events, and everything in between.
When you treat it as such, you can get seduced by the ease of saying...
- "It's just this ONE time."
- "It's the holidays, loosen up."
- "Just live a little."
And that one-time turns into a chain reaction of justifications.
Listen, I'm not here to rain (or snow) on your parade and festive cheer.
Heck, I'll absolutely partake in my mom's world famous, homemade Christmas candy.
(mmmmmm... the peanut butter balls are my favorite!)
But, I'm doing it intentionally and fully accept any consequences that may come with it.
So, if you happen to be seduced or caught in an avalanche of justifications, simply shift your focus back to the simple everyday lifestyle solutions.
Shift your awareness from
"what you want NOW" to
"what's MORE important to you."
And remember the basics demand your utmost attention especially this time of year.
And, as always,
Be Your Own Guarantee for your health, life, and holidays.
