1-Minute Test Shows You Your Body’s Vitality

Hi Jimi,

Take 1-minute and try this out… It’s something called the Body Oxygen Level Test and it provides incredible insight into your body’s energy levels and overall health status.

Ready?

Here’s how to do it…

  1. Take a normal breath in through your nose and allow a normal breath out through your nose.
  2. Pinch your nostrils shut and hold your breath.
  3. Count the number of seconds until you feel the FIRST definite desire to breathe, or the first stresses of your body urging you to breathe. (Don’t push your body to your absolute breath hold LIMIT – just until the first desire to breathe).
  4. Release and resume normal breathing. Your breathing should be normal and calm. (If you’re breathing hard, you held too long).
How many seconds did you get?

Here’s the bottom line:

  • A healthy, vital, energetic body should be able to hold for at LEAST 40 seconds.
  • If you got LESS THAN 25 seconds, it indicates dysfunctional breathing and a body in poor health (low energy/vitality).
You may not know it, but our BREATHING habits are a major key to health and high energy levels.

And dysfunctional breathing (which the majority of people have) is a major cause of chronic low energy levels, and chronic anxiety.

How Much Fat Does the Body Need?

The growth in popularity of the low-carb, high-fat keto diet raises questions about how much fat is healthy and how much the human body needs every day to thrive.

The body uses fat for many health functions, including processing fat-soluble vitamins like A and E. According to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, healthy adults should get between 20% and 35% of their calories from fat.

To calculate a more personal daily range of fat grams, the American Council on Exercise suggests a simple formula. For the minimum amount, multiply your weight (in pounds) by 0.4, and for the maximum, multiply it by 0.5. For a person weighing 140 pounds, that's between 56 and 70 grams of fat each day.

Special: Dr. Crandall Saved His Own Heart With This

What kinds of fats a person eats matter, too. Most should be from mono- and polyunsaturated fat foods. Limit saturated fats and avoid trans fats altogether.

Here’s a guide to help in identifying types of fats:

Monounsaturated fats: olive, canola, peanut, safflower, and sunflower oils; avocados; peanuts and most nuts.

Polyunsaturated fats: fatty fish such as trout, herring, and salmon; walnuts; flax, pumpkin, sesame, and sunflower seeds; sunflower, corn, and soybean oils.

Saturated fats: butter, lard, coconut and coconut oil, cocoa butter, palm oil, and palm kernel oil; meat, poultry, and full-fat dairy.

Trans fats: typically, partially hydrogenated oils found in packaged goods from non-dairy creamers to some microwave popcorn.

You have probably seen the headlines: Residues of the well-known weed killer glyphosate (Roundup) have been discovered in a range of staple food products sold in grocery stores — even including some organic products.



And recently, the CDC found that more than 80 percent of urine samples collected from adults and children in the U.S. contained detectable levels of glyphosate.





Pesticides such as glyphosate are everywhere, and there is no way to completely avoid them. But you can safeguard yourself.

Each of these ingredients supports pesticide removal from the body in a unique way:

It's not easy and it can make you very uncomfortable. But it can also help you trust each other more deeply.

True connection happens when you're open to allowing yourself to be who you truly are.

Let go of controlling how they see you. Don't worry about constantly maintaining an "ideal image" of yourself.

Be open about your feelings. Make time to have honest conversations about important aspects of your relationship.
