Dear Friend,

In my historic interview with Neil Degrasse Tyson, we concluded that the debate over COVID-19 vaccines could be solved by the CDC releasing the Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD) data.

At the Informed Consent Action Network we are, first and foremost, advocates of transparency—and as our name indicates—we seek to inform you with accurate data about the safety of medical procedures, pharmaceutical drugs, and vaccines.

We also strive to hold our health agencies accountable—as they have a huge responsibility to protect our health and preserve our way of life.

Now we're starting a petition campaign demanding the release of critical vaccine data from the CDC.

The VSD contains health billing codes and vaccine information for millions of Americans, including thousands of unvaccinated children.

Independent scientists and the public should be given access to this deidentified data to compare health outcomes between unvaccinated and vaccinated children.

Few studies have been conducted on the health outcomes of vaccinated versus unvaccinated children.

Yet for the few studies we do have, what we see is unvaccinated children have lower rates of chronic health issues.

This is especially concerning given that the CDC acknowledges that over 50% of children now have a chronic health issue, up from around 12% in the 1980s.

So, what happened to our children?

The Institute of Medicine believes a comprehensive study can be conducted using VSD data.


The CDC itself even drafted a white paper in 2015 on completing such a study using the VSD.

The bottom line: It is way past time to let the scientific data speak for itself. No more cover-ups, no more lies.

Looking for a surefire way to lose weight or stay trim? Don’t hold your breath—quite literally.

Over 80 percent of fat loss happens when you exhale, said a study from the University of New South Wales School of Biotechnology and Biomolecular Sciences.

  • Fat cells store a combination of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen called triglyceride. To shed fat, the body unlocks the triglyceride molecules through oxidation—a process that breaks the molecules apart when they come in contact with oxygen through inhalation.
  • Twenty-nine pounds of inhaled oxygen is needed for the body to oxidize and exhale ten pounds of fat. For every ten pounds of fully oxidized fat molecules lost, 8.4 pounds leave the body through the lungs as carbon dioxide. The remaining fat becomes water, flushed through urine, sweat, and other bodily fluids, noted the study published in the British Medical Journal.
  • At rest, a 155-pound person releases around 6.7 ounces of carbon dioxide per minute over twelve breaths. In one day, 17,280 breaths accumulate to 0.44 pounds of exhaled carbon. Raising the metabolic rate through exercise increases carbon loss sevenfold.
“These results show the lungs are the primary excretory organ for weight loss,” say Andrew Brown and Ruben Meerman, authors of the study. "None of this is obvious to people because the carbon dioxide gas we exhale is invisible," adds Meerman, author of Big Fat Myths.

“The exhaled carbon can only be replaced by eating food or consuming beverages. Keeping the weight off simply requires that you put less back in by eating than you’ve exhaled by breathing,” the authors advise.

Breathing is one the vital elements of Spring Forest Qigong, says Qigong Grand Master Chunyi Lin. “Simple adjustments in your breathing can have an immediate effect on your health.”

Chunyi recommends breathing as slowly as is comfortable for you. Aiming for three to six breaths a minute is ideal. That’s between 5 and 10 seconds for each inhale, and 5 to 10 seconds for each exhale.

  • “When you slow down your breathing, your oxygen intake increases substantially,” says Chunyi. “Science shows that people who breathe fewer breaths a minute are on the whole healthier and live longer with greater vitality than those who breathe more rapidly.”
Practice “Breathing of the Universe.” This healing movement from Chunyi’s Five Elements Self-Healing course balances Qi energy inside and outside of the body. It also helps heal knees, legs, tendons, ligaments, productive organs, and the lungs and skin.

Here’s how to do it:

  • Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Relax your body. Gently rest your tongue against the roof of your mouth. Wear a smile.
  • Bring both hands facing each other in front of the Lower Dantian, or naval area. Keep a space between both hands and between your hands and body.
  • Focus on your lower dantian and take a deep breath.
  • As you inhale again, bend your knees, drop your body a little, and move your hands open to the sides, letting your elbows lead the movement. Bend your knees only to a level comfortable for you.
  • As you exhale, bring your hands toward each other, but not touching, and bring your body back up, without locking your knees.
  • Use your whole body to breathe as you continue the movement. As you inhale, feel energy coming in joyfully through every cell and every pore of your body and collecting in your Lower Dantian. Notice what it feels like.
  • As you exhale, visualize all the extra energy in your body, any pain or sickness, changing into smoke and joyfully shooting out of your body to the ends of the universe. (Or imagine the extra energy turning into beautiful butterflies and leaving your body.) Notice what it feels like.
  • Notice the Qi energy as you do this movement. Notice sensations and feelings in your hands as you bring them together and move them apart. Notice the feeling of Qi energy between your hands.
  • The more you can feel the Qi, and the more you can feel the joy, the more benefit you will gain.
“If you wish to lose weight, bend your knees a little bit more,” says Chunyi. This pumps energy from the feet up through the bone marrow and internal organs. “At a 35-degree angle, or 45 degrees, you will help strengthen your physical body faster.”

You can practice the movement for as short as 2 or 3 minutes or as long as you’d like.

Grilled Pineapple Mango Smoothie
(full recipe in this email below)
It's Memorial Day Weekend, so we are sharing the perfect summer smoothie to kick off your weekend plans. 🍍🥭
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups grilled pineapple (4 slices)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup mango chopped (if grilling, don't chop until after it has been grilled)
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 juice from an orange (approx 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 medium frozen banana
Directions:
  1. Day before: Sprinkle cinnamon on the sliced pineapple slices (and mango halves if grilling) and grill directly on the rack of your grill or BBQ. Once grilled on both sides for 6 minutes, set aside and let cool. (see notes).
  2. Making the smoothie: Put all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into two glasses.
Note: Store the grilled pineapple in an air-tight container until you are ready to use the pineapple for your smoothie. Why not grill slices or halves of mango as well?

Most of the time, atrial fibrillation (AFib) happens simply because the heart is aging. But that doesn’t mean it’s inevitable. You can do a lot to prevent it by reducing key causes.

The best way to avoid atrial fibrillation is to prevent or reverse high blood pressure and diabetes through diet and exercise. For every 10 pounds lost, you can expect to give up one blood pressure medication.

The best diet for losing weight is a plant-based eating plan rich in fruits, vegetables, and non-meat sources of protein like tofu, beans, and legumes. Non-fat dairy products are good as well, along with organic eggs. Eat mostly egg whites, with an occasional yolk.

Clinical trials have found that magnesium helps prevent atrial fibrillation. Foods that are rich in magnesium include whole grain bread, oatmeal, beans, legumes, kale, spinach, and mesclun.

This test actually reveals the size of the heart, and shows whether or not it is weakened or enlarged. It’s also important because it shows which treatments are most likely to be successful.

If you have atrial fibrillation, you should also be checked for sleep apnea. Wearing a sleep mask called a CPAP can make this condition disappear, along with the high blood pressure and AFib that it can cause.

By taking these steps to reduce your risk of atrial fibrillation, you will help ensure that your heart maintains its healthy beat for the rest of your days.

" to host a global presidential-level summit on vaccinations, before the UN General Assembly in September, bringing together leading forces from the public and private sectors from around the world (...) and commits to taking the necessary measures to close gaps in vaccine supply and correct deficiencies in funding and capacity in the distribution and distribution of vaccines, as well as to create demand."
It took only six weeks for Biden to comply with the claim. In parallel with the United Nations General Assembly, President Biden is currently hosting a virtual summit with representatives from 100 countries, where the president announced just that. And he urged the other countries to follow the example of the United States, as reported by Die Tagesschau, for example.
Do you now understand the power of these actors, when all it takes is for them to write an open letter to the president, and he complies with their demands within six weeks?
Vaccinate 70% of the world's population

Furthermore, in the open letter it was demanded:
"To get the heads of state and government in the world, before or during the summit, to commit to achieving the goal of vaccinating 70% of the world's population by mid-2022."
Die Tagesschau reported in his article on Biden's vaccination summit:
«As an organizational framework, Biden introduced a transatlantic vaccination partnership. 'Today we are launching a partnership between the EU and the US for a global vaccination offensive,' he said, in order to have closer cooperation. The goal is to have vaccinated 70% of the world's population by September next year."
Within six weeks, Biden (and also the European Union) pledged to fully comply with the requirements set out in the letter.
This is another good piece fleshing out the role of the WEF (World Economic Forum) network and the many people involved.

New Study Ties Daily Multivitamins to Memory Boost

Millions of American adults take daily multivitamins, even though the pills have not been shown to prevent ailments like heart disease or cancer and experts say it’s better to get nutrients from food.

The latest research looks at whether taking a daily vitamin can have an effect on memory.

The study found multivitamins may boost memory function in some people, by the equivalent of three years of normal, age-related memory loss.

Doctors Agree: Harvard Study Says This Pill Improves Quality of Life After 50

While the study isn’t comprehensive enough to warrant broad recommendations to take vitamins, it provides important information about their use, said Adam Brickman, the Columbia University professor of neuropsychology who led the study.

“Well-designed research studies are showing that there might indeed be some benefits” to taking multivitamins, he said.

Further study is needed to determine exactly which nutrients might make a difference.

Here’s what to know about the new research published Wednesday in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

Researchers at New York's Columbia University and Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston tracked more than 3,500 people over age 60 for three years.

The participants were randomly assigned to take a daily multivitamin or a dummy pill. They were evaluated annually for three years with internet-based exams that measure memory function.

One test gave participants a list of 20 words, one at a time, for 3 seconds each, then asked them to type all of the words they remembered immediately and after 15 minutes. The exam measured the function of the hippocampus, an area in the brain that controls learning and memory, Brickman said.

After one year, participants who took daily vitamins had better memory function, moving from correctly recalling 7.10 words at the start to 7.81 words.

Participants who got dummy pills went from recalling 7.21 words to 7.65 words.

About 60% of U.S. adults and about 35% of children take daily vitamins, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The pills are part of nearly $56 billion Americans spend each year on dietary supplements.

U.S. dietary guidelines recommend that Americans should get their nutrients from food, unless they have specific needs or are advised to take vitamins by a health care provider.

Vitamins can provide missing nutrients in the diet, but taking high amounts can result in side effects ranging from stomach upset to serious heart and liver problems.

The new study shows that vitamin pills may provide missing micronutrients, especially in the diets of older adults, said Robert Hackman, a research nutritionist with the University of California, Davis, who was not involved in the research.

About a third of adults older than 60 fail to get adequate vitamins, minerals, and fiber from food alone.
