Earlier this week I posted this pic of Cadbury Eggs ingredients on my Instagram:

It’s always a shock to see so many controversial man-made ingredients in candy…and this is one reason I was so sick as a child.

I look back at childhood pictures and see myself gripping candy so no one would take it away from me.

Every holiday I was thrilled because those celebrations ALWAYS revolved around candy.

I sure loved candy when I was younger and I'm sure a lot of children (and adults!) are eating their fair share of candy this week.

Thankfully there are much better candy options available nowadays, and now that I know better I choose to vote with my dollars and support brands who aren’t poisoning us with artificial dyes, and crazy chemicals like TBHQ.

The Toxic Truth about Calcium & Why MAGNESIUM Is A Life-Saver

Did you know that most calcium supplements on the market today are basically limestone? Yes, that's chalk. Conceal it within a capsule, a slickly glazed tablet, or in the form of a silky smooth liquid, and it is magically transformed into a "calcium supplement": easy to swallow, "good for the bones" and a very profitable commodity for both the dietary supplement and mining industries. After all, a sizable portion of the Earth's crust is composed of the stuff

Sayer Ji: GreenMedInfo, and Ian Clark: Activation Products, unveil the toxic truths surrounding the calcium industry and how magnesium is truly a life saver.

Why Substack, and Why Now?

GreenMedInfo serves a global community in over 200 countries, with an active subscriber base of nearly 400,000 engaged readers.

To meet the demand of this widespread interest in natural and evidence-based health, we currently send between 150–175 million emails per year — an extraordinary number that reflects both the scale of our outreach and the love our community has for trusted, independent information.

However, just sending those emails costs over $145,000 a year — and that doesn’t even include the costs of content creation, tech infrastructure, editing, research, or support. As you can imagine, this is no longer a sustainable path forward for our independent, grassroots platform.

📦 Why Substack, and Why Now?

Substack offers an integrated publishing platform that includes:
🌿 Email delivery
🌿 Robust content hosting
🌿 Reader-friendly design
🌿 Built-in community engagement tools

Transitioning there will allow us to eliminate significant infrastructure costs, focus our energy on content and connection, and preserve our independence — free from corporate, pharmaceutical, or political influence.

That’s why we’re encouraging you to sign up on our Substack now, even as you continue receiving GreenMedInfo.com emails for the time being. This simple step helps us prepare for a smooth and sustainable transition.

*Video* Eat These For A Strong Spine
mail
For over 25 years, I’ve been helping people find relief from pain that just won’t quit.

Neck pain, back pain, arthritis, bulging discs, sprains, strains—you name it, I’ve seen it.

And I’ve watched those problems spiral into bigger ones.

Pain makes it harder to move, so people stop moving.

Then the pain gets worse, and the cycle continues.

It wears people down—physically, mentally, emotionally.

And I totally get it.

When it hurts to move, the last thing you want to do is work out.

But you can still make progress, even when you can’t exercise like you want to.

One of the best ways?

Focus on what’s going into your body.

Food Fixes for High Cholesterol

By Tricia Cooney Bresnahan

While the body needs some cholesterol to build healthy cells, high LDL cholesterol, often called “bad” cholesterol because it collects along blood vessel walls, raises the risk for heart attack and stroke. Medications can lower cholesterol levels, but they often have unwanted side effects, including digestive issues, muscle pain, fatigue, and headaches.

Lifestyle changes, including diet, can lower LDL cholesterol. Eating more fruit, vegetables, and in particular, beans, is an effective way to lower cholesterol, says Dr. Chauncey Crandall, world-renowned cardiologist and director of preventive medicine at the Palm Beach Cardiovascular Clinic in Florida.

Editor’s Note: Discover This Superfoods Bible – Boost Your Health!

“Beans are the miracle drug that can lower cholesterol,” Crandall tells Newsmax’s “Newsline.”

A study published in The Journal of Nutrition found that adults with elevated LDL cholesterol who ate a cup of canned beans – a daily rotation of black, navy, pinto, and dark red kidney and white kidney – for four weeks experienced a decrease in total and LDL cholesterol.

Special: Doctor: All Multivitamins Are Not the Same

And Arizona State University researchers found that eating a half-cup of pinto beans daily resulted in an 8% decrease in LDL cholesterol.

Plant sterols, naturally occurring compounds found in plants, help lower cholesterol by interfering with the body’s ability to absorb cholesterol.

Editor’s Note: These 4 Things Happen Right Before a Heart Attack

Naturally occurring compounds found in plants, plant sterols help lower cholesterol by interfering with the body’s ability to absorb cholesterol.

Fiber binds to cholesterol and as it exits the body, the cholesterol goes with it. You don’t absorb it, explains Crandall.

Special: Weird Trick Makes Your Brain Younger, Renowned Expert Says

Foods rich in plant sterols include vegetable oils, almonds, walnuts, pistachios, avocados and berries. And high fiber foods include the miracle beans, as well as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and nuts and seeds.

“God has given us all the medicines to stay healthy. So, if we eat anything that's really natural, grown on trees, or something out of the ground, even something that swims through the sea and the rivers, those are things that will work in us,” says Crandall.

Insane fast food time capsule, plus food production secrets for wartime survival
Mike Adams
I have an insane video for you today of my "fast food time capsule," featuring fast foods I purchased in 2014, all still perfectly preserved to this day without using any preservatives or drying techniques at all.
It turns out that these fast food samples from 2014 did not mold or rot. They did not decompose. They look exactly the same in 2025 as 2014. Full video in today's broadcast
Plus, we have an interview with Marjory Wildcraft on "wartime food production" survival skills to help you produce more food and home-grown medicine even as multiple layers of warfare are initiated against us (domestic uprising, international tariff wars, supply chain wars, food / famine warfare, depopulation warfare, chemtrails warfare, etc).
Find it all plus a powerful new music video in today's broadcast here.

PS: Exciting news: Our ultra-clean Organic Moringa Leaf Powder is finally back in stock. Moringa plants are incredible at absorbing nutrients—but also heavy metals like lead from the soil, which is why most raw lots we tested failed our strict lab standards. After a long search, we’ve secured a rare, certified organic source that meets our purity criteria. Given how tough it was to find, we recommend stocking up now before this batch runs out. 🌿 Grab yours while supplies last.

Hi Jimi,
Have you ever read the scripture "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom...?"
And have you ever wondered what it really means to fear the Lord?
Some people bristle at the notion that we should fear God, and many are perplexed by it.

Even Kanye West expressed his confusion about it in a recent interview saying, "If God is love, why should you fear Him?”

That's a good question Kanye...

And it inspired me to do a deep dive into scripture to find the answer.

In doing so, I gained a much deeper understanding of what it means to fear the Lord and the incredible blessings and rewards for those who fear Him. What I learned was AWESOME, and I can't wait to share it with you!

If you bump into Kanye, thank him for me.

Hello ,

Today I want to give some love to a springtime staple that’s so much more than a salad filler—spinach! 💚

Spinach is rich in magnesium, a mineral that many women don’t get enough of, and one that plays a key role in hormone health.

Magnesium supports restful sleep, helps reduce stress (by calming the nervous system), and even supports healthy blood sugar—all things that impact hormone balance in a big way.

This leafy green is also packed with:

💚 Iron – supports energy and vitality

💚 Folate – important for healthy cell function and reproductive health

💚 Antioxidants like lutein and zeaxanthin – which protect your cells and support detox pathways

Spinach supports estrogen metabolism and promotes gut health—two things I talk about often when it comes to balancing hormones naturally.

Try this quick and nourishing recipe to get more spinach on your plate this week:

Garlic Lemon Sautéed Spinach

Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp ghee or olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 6 cups fresh spinach (baby or regular)
• Pinch of sea salt
• Squeeze of lemon juice (about 1 tsp)

mail
Directions:

  1. Heat ghee or oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t let it brown!).
  3. Add spinach and toss to coat. Sauté for 2–3 minutes, just until wilted.
  4. Season with sea salt and finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
🌱 Serve it alongside your favorite chicken or fish for a simple, nourishing, hormone-friendly meal.

Ready to bring more hormone-loving foods into your weekly meals?

I’ll keep sharing simple ways to nourish your body—so keep an eye on your inbox each Friday.

And if this one inspired you, I’d love to hear from you!

You can always reply and let me know how it’s going or what you’re trying in your kitchen.

Love,

Robin xo

FACT:

You’ve Drank YOUR OWN Urine Since Birth!

Although this information is not often considered or spoken about, the amniotic sac that a baby lives in for 9-months is made up of almost entirely urine. The fetus drinks the mother’s urine up until developing kidneys, at which point, the amniotic sac will be filled with the baby’s urine. From then on, the baby will consume its own urine until the day it is born.

Keto Diet May Help Control Type 2 Diabetes

By Chauncey Crandall, M.D.

Recent research from India suggests a ketogenic diet may benefit people with Type 2 diabetes by improving blood sugar control.

It's still up for debate whether it's this specific diet that causes improvement, eating fewer carbohydrates, or simply the fact that people lose weight on the diet.

Dr. Genevieve Lama said that when people lose weight, their blood sugar levels go down. And it doesn't take a huge weight loss to make a difference. Losing just 5% of your weight has an impact on blood sugar levels. Plus, a low-carbohydrate diet is known to reduce blood sugar levels.

Special: Fight Fatigue With This Doctor's Secret Weapon

During digestion, carbohydrates are broken down into simple sugars. The hormone insulin allows the body's cells to use this sugar for fuel. In Type 2 diabetes, the cells aren't as sensitive to insulin.

That means more insulin is needed to do the same job. But sometimes the body can't keep up. If that happens, blood sugar levels rise.

Simple carbohydrates like white bread, sweets, and sugar-sweetened beverages quickly raise blood sugar. That's why a diet that limits these foods can help manage blood sugar levels. On a keto diet, people often don't have grains, breads, or cereals. Sometimes even fruits and vegetables are restricted.

There is also concern that a diet high in fat and animal products might increase the risk of heart disease. Lama said she thinks the keto diet would be difficult to maintain for a long time because it's so restrictive. And she had concerns about the high fat in the diet, as well as the loss of certain healthy carbohydrates.

"I generally tell my patients to eat low carb, but not no carb. And to get a feel for what they think they can maintain as their lifestyle. If you can't maintain it, it really just makes you feel defeated. It's more realistic to lose weight gradually and keep it off," she said.
