The data center wars have begun as farms, water and power are stripped from humans to power AI

Just two months after the COVID-19 vaccine rollout, FDA granted Pfizer
approval to start marketing its drug, Panzyga, for the treatment of Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP), a life-threatening neurological autoimmune condition. CIDP has since been documented as a serious adverse reaction to the mRNA vaccines.
Back in April of 2020, before its COVID-19 vaccine human clinical trials started, Pfizer submitted an application to FDA asking to market its immunodeficiency drug, Panzyga, as a treatment for CIDP. Could data from Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine preclinical animal trials have pointed to neurological issues (such as CIDP) even then, possibly prompting Pfizer’s desire to market this drug for that condition?
Coincidentally, FDA sat on Pfizer’s request to market Panzyga for CIDP for almost a year before suddenly approving it on February 12, 2021. At that point, the COVID-19 vaccine had been rolled out to over 42 million Americans and the V-safe and VAERS data was rolling in. FDA may have seen an early safety signal for CIDP and recognized the need for the drug.
At that point in time, Maddie de Garay had been injured in Pfizer’s clinical trial for ages 12-15, and Brianne Dressen had been injured in AstraZeneca’s adult clinical trial. Maddie and Brianne’s cases would become among the most well-known cases of COVID-19 vaccine-related CIDP.
Rest assured, ICAN’s attorneys are already on the case and have requested all documents FDA relied upon to approve Panzyga to treat CIDP. We will be sure to update you on our findings.​

How Mushrooms Boost Your Immune System Performance
Dear Jimi,

Mushrooms are one of the most underrated foods, in my opinion. Mushrooms are flavorful and versatile. They can be grilled, sautéed, roasted, and eaten raw. And on the nutritional side, they are packed with many vital nutrients.

What is the Science behind Eating Mushrooms and Prostate Cancer?

A study by the International Journal of Cancer, got much attention because of its simple message: more mushrooms equals less prostate cancer.

This study looked at 36,000 men ages 40 to 79 for a period ranging from 13 to almost 25 years. Afterward, the researchers found that men who consumed mushrooms once or twice a week—an average of about 3 ounces per serving—had a lower risk of prostate cancer compared with those who ate no mushrooms. When men ate mushrooms three or more times per week, their risk dropped to 17%.

The researchers noted that mushrooms contain high levels of an amino acid called ergothioneine, which works as a powerful antioxidant and may play a factor in fighting cancer.

Of course, the study only showed an association and not causation, yet the findings still stand out because they included such a high number of men studied for a long period of time.

Also, this is not the first study to show a connection between mushrooms and prostate cancer. Research in the September 2015 issue of Cancer found that taking white mushroom powder helped men lower their prostate specific antigen (PSA) levels. The mushroom powder also reduced the risk of PSA recurrence after treatment for prostate cancer.

What this means for you

So what does this mean? Mushrooms appear to play an essential role in prostate cancer prevention and co-management.

My advice is to enjoy mushrooms both in food and in quality dietary supplements whenever you can. Shiitake, white button, oyster, maitake, and king oyster mushrooms have the highest concentrations of ergothioneine, according to the Japanese study.

I frequently prescribe reishi mushrooms to my patients with prostate cancer. One meta-analysis found that people who added reishi extract to their regular anti-cancer regimen were more likely to respond to chemotherapy or radiotherapy than those who did not take the extract. The scientists believed that reishi may stimulate immune cells and help create a powerful microenvironment that is more hostile to cancer.

Another popular anti-cancer therapy in Japan for immune strengthening is the fermented mushroom extract active hexose correlated compound or AHCC.

CoQ10 Offers Defense Against Heart Disease

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is produced naturally in the body and is found in the energy centers of trillions of cells. Unfortunately, the amount your body makes declines as you age.

CoQ10 is a strong antioxidant, defending the body against aging and chronic ailments that can come with growing older — such as heart disease.

A study conducted in Denmark found that CoQ10 supplementation cut the death rate in half for people with congestive heart failure. The researchers also found that patients taking the supplement had fewer hospitalizations and fewer major cardiovascular events, including sudden cardiac death.

Here are six habits I recommend to strengthen your positive mental attitude and train your mind to work in your favor:

  1. Watch your words. The language you use shapes your reality. Replace “I can’t” with “I’ll find a way.” Your words are a blueprint that your mind works to make real - so choose ones that empower you. Make a list of affirmations you can repeat daily.

  2. Learn from setbacks. Every challenge carries a lesson - often a redirection toward something better. If a door closes, look for the window it has opened. Think of setbacks not as endings, but as pivots guiding you to where you are meant to be.

  3. Practice self-love. Notice your inner dialogue. If you catch yourself thinking, I’m not good enough, gently change it to, I am capable. I can handle this. The way you speak to yourself sets the tone for your entire life. Start paying close attention to your self-talk and practice replacing criticism with encouragement.

  4. Be grateful. Gratitude is one of the fastest ways to shift your perspective. Each evening, write down three things you’re thankful for. You’ll be amazed how this simple practice rewires your outlook over time. The more often you do this, the more your brain begins to naturally focus on what’s going right instead of what’s going wrong.

  5. Stay mindful. Slow down and pay attention. Whether you’re eating, walking, or talking to a friend, give it your full presence. Mindfulness helps you catch negative thoughts before they spiral. Even taking one minute to pause, breathe, and notice your surroundings can bring you back to a calm, positive state.

  6. Choose your company wisely. Surround yourself with people who lift you up, not those who drag you down. Positive energy is contagious - make sure you’re catching the right kind. Think about who inspires you, motivates you, and believes in you - and spend more time with them.
The more you practice these habits, the more natural positivity will feel.

Fast food chains with hidden ingredients (New Investigation)
When it comes to eating, the first thing I tell people to do is read ingredient lists.

This is the #1 thing that everyone should do to truly know what you're eating and to stay away from ultra-processed food chemicals.

But sometimes this is IMPOSSIBLE…
