The Giant Cancer-Fighting Salad
The Giant Cancer-Fighting Salad Recipe

  • 1 handful of leafy greens: kale, spinach, Swiss chard, watercress, arugula, parsley
  • 1 handful of broccoli or broccoli sprouts
  • 1 handful of cauliflower
  • 1 to 3 purple cabbage leaves, torn into smaller pieces
  • 1 red, yellow, or green pepper sliced
  • 1 to 2 slices of red, yellow, or green onion
  • 1/2 leek, sliced, washed, and rinsed in a colander
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1 handful of raw, unsalted almonds or walnuts, whole or chopped
  • 1 to 3 tbsp sunflower hearts
  • 1 to 3 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup legumes, sprouted (garbanzo beans, lentils, mung beans) or cooked beans (black, garbanzo, kidney beans)
Finish by topping it off with some sauerkraut or kimchi, and Chris’ homemade vinaigrette.

To make the vinaigrette:

  • Add 1 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil to your salad
  • Add 1 tbsp organic cold-pressed flax oil to your salad
  • Lightly drizzle organic apple cider vinegar to taste (another super healthy fermented food!)

Dr. Crandall: Vitamin D More Critical Than You Think

You probably need more vitamin D — even if you live in sunny Florida.

Vitamin D, often called the “sunshine vitamin,” is vital for bone health, immunity, heart health, and overall wellness. While we can get it from sunlight, egg yolks, and certain fortified foods, many people — even in sunny states like Florida — are deficient.

“Half the people here in Florida are low in vitamin D,” says cardiologist Dr. Chauncey Crandall, director of preventive medicine at the Palm Beach Cardiovascular Clinic in Florida. “They avoid direct sunlight, use sunscreen, or simply stay indoors.”

A study published in The BMJ found that vitamin D can reduce the incidence of heart attack by nearly 20%. More than 20,000 men and women, ages 60 to 84, took 60,000 international units (IU) of vitamin D or a placebo monthly. After five years, the rate of heart attack was 19% lower and the rate of coronary revascularization (treatment to restore normal blood flow to the heart) was 11% lower in the vitamin D group compared to the placebo group.

Vitamin D is also important to our mental health. “Higher doses of vitamin D are associated with less depression in many people, and people that live in countries where there isn't a lot of sun have a higher incidence of depression,” says Crandall. By taking vitamin D you may be able to reverse depression, according to Crandall.

Aim for 1,000 IU to 2,000 IU of vitamin D daily, especially if you don’t get regular sun exposure, Crandall tells Newsmax's "Newsline."

Crandall advises his patients to prioritize a healthy diet and active lifestyle first. "Supplements should fill specific gaps, not replace good habits," says Crandall, editor of the popular newsletter Dr. Crandall's Heart Health Report.

Consistency matters. Whether you get vitamin D from the sun, food, or supplements, make it a daily habit for maximum benefit.

"I am ready to kill, blow up, or do whatever is necessary, and I don't care if I die.

The corruption has gotten out of control," a young man recently told me.

He went on. "I am ready to lay my life down, but I don't know who to shoot".

One thing I'm certain of is that violence is not the solution.

In fact, I am betting that's exactly what they want you to do.

They want war.

They want division.

They want us fighting each other.

I know we are all feeling frustrated.

I, too, am so tired of the Governments and Corporations running amok.London and the UK are descending into madness.

Canada is on a serious downward spiral. Washington, DC, and L.A. are being federalized, and there is a list of cities we are told will quickly be next. It's happening everywhere.

I am completely fed up with the situation.

But what can be done?

I believe there is always a way.

Our creator would not leave us empty-handed.

There is always something you can do!

For example, we know that a famine may be coming.

And there is the saving grace that you can grow food in your backyard with your own hands.

You don't need a military-industrial complex to feed you.

You can make your own medicines without the Rockefeller death-cult medical system.

An army of dedicated programmers has created ways to circumvent the surveillance network using Linux and degoogled phones.

You can bypass the digital currencies' mark of the beast CBDC system with physical silver, Theta tokens, cryptos, seeds, tools, skills, and other valuable assets.

But I want to do more!

I am excited to find that there is another huge saving grace provided for us in this realm.

The Law.

I am speaking about The Law that comes from God, the Universe, Nature, however you want to describe it.

The Law supersedes everything.

All the man-made laws and various legal systems are still subject to The Law.

And that is our saving grace.

You can learn to operate and live by The Law and successfully navigate the human-made legal system.

We've been indoctrinated, and it keeps us from connecting with our own true power.

Especially from knowing and being able to use The Law.

They've created word games, mind blocks, and intimidation tactics to keep us dumbed down, docile, and subservient.

I always felt I was in some kind of gray fog or maze, and I avoided anything to do with the legal system.

I knew it was a sham, but I didn't know how to navigate it.

I certainly don't want to spend years studying court cases, the UCC, the CFR, and the myriad of tiny details when trying to navigate the legal system.

It turns out to be a whole lot simpler than I thought.

I've been absolutely delighted to read the comments from many of you who have taken the journey out of the maze.

I'm a bit behind you, but I'm working to catch up.

There is a bevy of options for teachers and schools making unbelievable claims.

I'm sure there are many good ones, and I also feel that there are many that are designed by the system to entrap you.

Back in the late 1990s, we were among the first to warn about the dangers of Monsanto’s Roundup Ready GMOs, crops including corn, soy, canola, and sugar beets genetically engineered to be soaked in glyphosate. We said it was going to kill people for Monsanto’s profit, without benefiting farmers.
We were right.
In 2015, the International Agency for Research on Cancer determined that glyphosate is a carcinogen. That was the evidence tens of thousands of Roundup-exposed cancer victims needed to win jury verdicts. So far, Bayer has paid out nearly $11 billion and has just allocated $1.37 billion more for the deaths and illnesses it’s caused.
Farmers might be compensated for the non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, but they’re not getting anything for the economic losses caused by Roundup-resistant superweeds. Instead, Bayer just expects them to pour more poisons on their fields.
In 2015, Monsanto got permission from the U.S. Department of Agriculture for dicamba-tolerant GMOs and soon started selling seeds for crops that can grow while being sprayed with glyphosate and dicamba. Now, Bayer sells GMOs resistant to five herbicides, including 2,4-D, quizalofop, and glufosinate!
Healthwise, dicamba is probably just as bad as glyphosate. It is linked to cancer and other potential health issues, including neurotoxicity, kidney and liver damage, birth defects, and respiratory illnesses. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) doesn’t require companies to test product formulations or pesticides used in combination, so who knows what the toxic cocktail we’re exposed to actually does to our health!
Just like glyphosate, dicamba is a disaster for the future of food. Roundup Ready GMOs caused an explosion in herbicide use—we’re exposed to more glyphosate today than any other chemical in the history of humanity. Farms and food are soaked in it, but if dicamba is ever used like this, we’re in for an even worse apocalypse.
Dicamba is said to be “drift-prone” and likely to damage “off-target” crops and plants. This doesn’t do justice to the devastation dicamba wreaks. Dicamba is diabolical. Since the dawn of industrial agriculture, there has never been such an intense and prolonged period of crop losses due to pesticide damage.
Bayer let the disaster happen, knowing that many farmers would buy its new GMOs just to protect themselves from their neighbors. What actually happened was even worse. When Bayer pitted farmer against farmer, dicamba disputes got so out of control that one provoked a murder!
Dicamba destruction has hit vegetable growers, vineyards, orchards, and nurseries, as well as cotton and soy farmers, but the damage hasn’t been restricted to farms. Trees, native and ornamental plants, backyard gardens, and natural areas are also suffering. Between 2017-2019, there were as many as 140,000 separate instances of crop damage caused by dicamba. In 2018 alone, an estimated 4 percent of soybean farmers were affected, with 15 million acres of soybeans damaged by dicamba drift.
In 2020, a jury in Missouri ordered Bayer to pay $265 million to a peach farmer whose orchard was destroyed by dicamba. The same year, Bayer agreed to pay $400 million to settle crop damage cases with other farmers.
This crisis has caused the courts to force the EPA to block the use of dicamba, but the EPA has repeatedly bent to Bayer’s political pressure and proposed its reapproval, in 2020 and now again in 2025. Support for dicamba has been bipartisan, under Obama, Trump, Biden, and now Trump again.

International Public Health is Sick: Who Can Heal It?​


Professor Odour, what a name.

He equates a public health scheme with "efforts to create conditions that promote the overall well-being of populations. It therefore entails measures such as the provision of clean water, efficient waste disposal systems, and even road safety."

He's wrong. Those are utilities and public infrastructure. When you start to talk about "public health" you should get suspicious of governments attempts to control us. When Bill Clinton came out with his "tracking and tracing" scheme, he congratulated himself saying "really this is the first public health program we've ever had on a national scale".

I'm on the email list of my city council district rep. When I got an email about an upcoming council meeting on the subject of public health, I replied to say that the best way government can guard public health is to stay out of our lives, do their jobs, uphold the law, keep yardtards from blowing waste into the storm drains where it pollutes our water source, keep trash picked up on schedule, enforce against the use of poisons, etc., and leave it to us to decide what goes on between us and our doctors.

I've about had it with government and health, maybe because I'm old enough to remember when government wasn't interested in knowing my temperature, locking me down, restricting my interaction with others, putting a diaper on my face.

During a lecture that I gave at a recent integrative oncology conference, I encouraged the audience of clinicians to be far more prescriptive with clear exercise recommendations to their patients.



In other words, not simply recommend getting exercise, but to specify how much per day, how many days per week, what types of exercise, and the intensity level. Clarity triggers action and activity, which lead to great results.



Did you know that for men with prostate cancer there is a 61% lower risk of mortality and a 57% reduction of recurrence when exercising three hours a week or more? Well, now you do. Let’s discuss how to proceed.





What results are you aiming to achieve?



The outcome that you seek from the Integrative Roadmap as a whole and from exercise, in particular, is to avoid prostate cancer progression, reduce the risk of premature mortality from all causes, and live even better as you age. Isn't that a worthy goal for you? If so, this is how I would look at your exercise regimen.



Just get moving if being sedentary is your baseline. Everyone goes through periods where they become less physically active. That's not a big deal, but get moving today. Brisk walking at least three hours a week on pavement or a treadmill works. Brisk walking is defined by walking 3.0 to 4.0 miles per hour (mph), which is somewhere between a regular walk and a jog. This will increase your heart rate, and even cause you to sweat within five to ten minutes. Do this for 30 minutes six times per week, which adds up to three hours per week.





What if you can and want to exercise more?



If you're in a little better shape and want to sensibly improve your fitness level, then go for up to six hours a week. Six hours a week of exercising with moderate to high intensity has been shown to be optimal.



As an alternative to simply adding more hours of brisk walking, try High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) three times per week. Research suggests that a HIIT routine may slow down or reverse prostate cancer. A HIIT routine could consist of five minutes of warm-up on a treadmill, followed by two minutes of a brisk walk, then followed by two minutes of something between a jog and the fastest you can run, and then finally back to a brisk walk for two minutes. Repeat the two-minute walk / two-minute jog-run cycle five to eight times per session, and try to do this HIIT routine three times a week.





What about weight resistance or strength training?



All men benefit from resistance or strength training for longevity purposes, as, the stronger one is physically the longer one lives. For men on ADT, resistance training is critical to preserving muscle, maintaining strong bones, and preventing metabolic syndrome – a condition that is common when testosterone is eliminated from the body.



Resistance training is easy to do. Bodyweight exercises like push-ups, weights like barbells and kettlebells, and resistant bands are all great options. Try a variety to keep it interesting. Do six to twelve repetitions maximum to build or keep muscle, stay physically strong, and keep body fat down during ADT. Doing no more than twelve reps helps to avoid injuries.



Lastly, if you enjoy activities like tennis or golf, keep at it, and simply add these exercise recommendations atop your sporting time. You will start to notice improved performance.

One vegetable I’ve been leaning on a lot lately is purple cabbage.

It might look simple, but don’t let that fool you, it’s one of the most nutrient-rich veggies you can add to your plate.

Here’s what makes it special:

Zesty Ranch Slaw

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 room temp egg
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup avocado oil (like Primal Kitchen)
  • 1 tbsp dill weed
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Slaw Ingredients

  • 1 purple cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 red onion, minced
  • 2 large carrots, shredded
  • 1/4 cup organic raisins (no added sugar)
  • Optional add-ins: nuts, seeds, chopped dates or figs, or ripe avocado

How to Make It

  1. Shred your cabbage and carrots, and mince the onion.
  2. To make the dressing: place the egg, vinegar, and oil into a tall jar. Blend with an immersion blender until creamy (about a minute), slowly pulling the blender upward as it thickens.
  3. Add lemon juice, herbs, and salt. Blend briefly until combined.
  4. Toss the dressing with your cabbage, onion, carrots, and raisins. Mix thoroughly (hands work wonders here!).
This slaw keeps well in the fridge for several days, so you can enjoy it again and again.

But according to that Nature study, boosting NAD by taking its precursor, nicotinamide riboside (a form of niacin or vitamin B-3), may help repower the mitochondria and protect aging organs and the brain.

The researchers reported that mice with heart problems have lower NAD levels — as do humans with heart diseases.

Furthermore, they said that giving mice more nicotinamide riboside improves their heart health by restoring NAD levels.

And even more amazing, once the mice had more fuel for their mitochondria, they became Mightier Mice.

The NAD boost also improved memory impairment, which is very encouraging.

Regular Dental Checkups Help Promote Heart Health

Heart attack prevention and treatment has dramatically improved heart health for millions of Americans over the past 30 years, with statistics showing that both the rate of hospitalizations and the death rate are now at all-time lows.

Yet heart disease remains the leading cause of death in the United States, killing about 695,000 people each year.

One part of a heart prevention plan includes getting regular dental checkups.

If you put off going to the dentist, you could be setting yourself up for heart disease — and an eventual heart attack. Evidence is mounting that gum disease can cause heart disease.

In a recent study, researchers from the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health analyzed the impact of tooth loss in large studies of middle-aged adults who didn’t have heart disease when the study began.

They found that people who had lost two or more teeth had a 23% higher risk of cardiovascular disease than those who had lost no teeth. Other studies have found that gum disease is a source of the type of inflammation that fuels the development of heart disease.

The best way to prevent gum disease is to see your dentist regularly for checkups and cleanings. In addition, follow these steps at home: Brush your teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste; floss once a day; eat a well-balanced diet; and don’t use tobacco.
