  • I wanted to share this with you all today.

I had an absolutely *awesome*, wide-ranging conversation recently with my good friend, Ben Azadi, the mastermind behind the super popular Keto Kamp.

I think our discussion epitomizes what, in my opinion, is the next logical step once you’ve questioned what the so-called "experts" have had to say about diet and health over the last 70 years.

If critical thinking, questioning (so-called) authority, personal empowerment, and sovereignty resonate with you, then I think you’ll really enjoy this podcast.

And, it’ll give you a feel for the double-barreled, no quarter asked, no quarter given approach we take with Primal Uprising and Paleo f(x)™.

Check out the full interview, here.

Looking to go deeper? Grab a copy of Primal Uprising.

    And

Make a commitment to attend Paleo f(x)™, 2022.

    Stronger together,
    Keith

Hi, it's Alex.

If there's one thing we need lots in a disaster or a crisis, it is food. We stockpile, sure, but only to have it spoil because we didn't pay attention to expiration dates, and storage conditions...

What if you want a more food? Enough food to feed your family for years to come? A.k.a. for the LONG TERM?

A renewable food supply right in your backyard that's completely HIDDEN from thieves and hungry zombies?

NO DIGGING. Maybe only once in the beginning...

NO WATERING. The food forest will keep the soil moist...

NO WEEDING. Weeds are actually an essential part of the ecosystem!

Did I make you a little curious?

Check out this video presentation below, you'll LOVE it!

Own Your Life,
Alex

Dear Friend,

COVID jab injuries are 'real, not rare' and yet the world seems to be ignoring them. We recently sent out an email with Brianne's testimony about her COVID jab injuries. This young mother has had her world turned upside down due to the injuries she suffered after receiving the COVID-19 shot. You can view her full testimony here.

Brianne is not alone! Tens of thousands of people have been injured or killed by the COVID-19 shot, yet the CDC, the WHO, and the media are completely ignoring them. These victims want to help save others from the injuries they themselves now face. Join them to help make their voices heard.

Real, Not Rare
Real lives affected, with "Not so rare" consequences! Vaccine Injuries deserve healthcare! Where there is risk, there should be choice!

Hey Jimi,

Living with diabetes costs, on average, $16,752 a year.

For cardiovascular disease, that average cost was $18,953 a year.

And that’s just an average!

In reality, costs can get much, much higher.

So the question is… are you interested in saving tens of thousands of dollars?

Because in our upcoming Blood Sugar Revolution Summit, we’re assembling a team of NY Times Bestselling, world-renowned health experts like nothing we’ve ever seen before.

The goal? Well, simple.

They’re all here to help you reverse insulin resistance, gain control of your health, and help you leave heart disease in the dust.

Hi Jimi,

Dr. Osborne here,

I want to share this transformative story with you, because the fact is, there ARE ways to safeguard your health from cancer.

In October of 2018, Annabel discovered she had a cancerous lump on her breast.

This wasn't just any cancer… but a stage 4 tumor that was already spreading throughout her body.

Doctors told Annabel she had about 6 months left to live...

One minute she was living her life, looking forward to her grandkid’s graduation and her own up-coming retirement.

The next? She’s basically told to "get her affairs in order".

Lo and behold, the cancer did not take Annabel’s life.

In fact… today, Annabel is 100% cancer-free.

How?

Well it turns out, there’s a specific type of "water fast" that literally starves cancer cells in the body.

This east-Asian water cleanse not only helped Annabel rid herself of the cancer in her body — but did it so well that a PET scan found zero traces of cancer just 41 days after the treatment.

This is one of the incredible stories, and cutting-edge treatments that will be shared during the upcoming Conquering Cancer Summit. (sign up to watch it, for free here)

Award-winning filmmaker Nathan Crane has gathered 35 of the world’s leading functional, holistic, and integrative cancer doctors.

Together, we will share what’s working today, to not just overcome, but Conquer Cancer once and for all.

Here’s a sneak peak of what else will be shared during the summit:

  • Day 1: The devastating divide in cancer treatment & How it may be harming you (and your loved ones)
  • Day 2: The shocking truth about what's causing cancer (and which can be hiding in your home)
  • Day 3 and 4: The whole truth - The latest natural & conventional breakthroughs beating cancer.
  • Day 5: What to eat to beat cancer - The best & worst foods for fighting cancer
  • Day 6 (I'll be speaking!!): Fasting, Detox, EMF's, Autoimmunity & Cleansing
  • Day 7: The shocking mind-body connection almost every survivor uses to beat cancer (and KEEP it gone).
  • Day 8: Protect & save your furry family members - How to avoid & fight pet cancers.
  • Day 9: Cancer Free - Survivors share their inspiring journeys to conquering cancer.

The free viewing kicks off on Tuesday, November 9th. Get your free ticket to watch this incredible summit.

The first thing to disappear in a crisis
Hey, it's Alex.

We've all seen it: in a major crisis, basic supplies literally fly off supermarket shelves.

And that makes sense: if trucks stop running, no more food will be delivered in grocery stores.

That's when you start eating into your stockpile... praying things will go back to normal, so you can buy fresh food once more.

But SHTF events have the nasty habit of staying longer than they are welcome. I'm talking YEARS...

What's a prepper to do?

The answer is simple: grow your own groceries!

Check out this video made by Dan Sullivan on his take of the best automated food supply...

Watch it now - because no garden grows over night, and there's a learning curve (as with anything).

If you're waiting for the Big One to hit to start thinking about renewable food supplies - you're already too late!

Do yourself a favor and watch this urgent presentation NOW:

This will save lives.

Making the Most of Your Doctor Visits

By Chauncey Crandall, M.D.

The battle for heart health isn’t easy. One of your primary partners in this challenge should be your doctor, who, ideally, is there not only to treat symptoms, but also to give you a specific plan to follow and continuing guidance and support along the way.

A good doctor is not only a healer, but can be a mentor, friend, and even cheerleader as you fight heart disease or other medical problems.

Unfortunately, that kind of scenario has mostly gone the way of doctors making house calls. Changes in the medical insurance industry over the past several years have eroded a healthcare system that was once the envy of the world.

Special: Coronary Heart Disease: 5 Tips to Reduce Your Risk

Here are a few tips for helping patients make the most of their doctor visits, since shorter appointments at the doctor’s office are now the norm. Here’s how to be fully prepared to take advantage of the time you will be able to spend with your physician.

  • Fill out forms ahead of your appointment, if possible.
  • Arrive at your appointments at least 15 minutes early.
  • Bring a list of medications you take, including both prescription and over-the-counter drugs, noting the dosage and how often you take them.
  • Bring your current health insurance card.
  • Bring a prioritized list of your concerns.
  • Maintain a personal medical file that includes information about visits to other doctors. Whenever you undergo a medical test, request a copy and keep it in your file at home.

Hey there! Dr. Sterling here!
Tight Hip Flexors seems to be today’s buzz word in gyms around the country. Yoga & pilates studios are busier than ever, filled with people just like you, trying to stretch their hip flexors to reduce pain, but with no lasting benefit.

And if you really don’t know what it means to have tight hip flexors, then you are wasting your time with the stretching you have been doing. Yes, stretching is good … it’s GREAT! But if you are not addressing all the muscles related to having tight hip flexors, then you will continue to suffer.

To really get to the root of stretching tight hip flexors and finally relieving the pain you are having, you will need to strengthen your core and your glutes as well.

To do exactly this, to truly stretch tight hip flexors and alleviate what is unnecessary pain in your life all you need is a few new stretches and exercise that will loosen your tight hip flexors once and for all!

How amazing would it be … how amazing would it feel to have better mobility, less pain and less risk of injury just by simply including these simple stretches into your day?

What Are Tight Hip Flexors?

The hip flexors are an entire group of muscles in and around the hips that helps to move your legs and trunk together. So when you lift your legs, or when you are bending over to pick something up, you are using your hip flexors.

Your Hip Flexors Include the following muscles:

* Iliopsoas
* Tensor Fasciae Latae
* Rectus Femoris
* Sartorius

Okay, so these are all really big words, however these all have a massive impact on your daily movements and ultimately your quality of life!

When these muscles are working together in a healthy way, they allow you to flex at your hip joint as well as stabilize your spine. And when any/ all of these muscles are tight … you end up living with pain that you shouldn’t have to!

Do I Have Tight Hip Flexors?

Obviously if your muscles just feel tight that is a clear indication that they are in fact, tight. So what do you do? You STRETCH them of course!

And what is the result? Not a whole lot or at least nothing that seems to have any real impact or lasting effect as far as improving things.

Other signs that you have tight hip flexors can include any or all of these …

* Tightness and aching in your lower back, particularly when standing
* Poor posture; pain & difficulty standing up straight
* Tightness and pain in your neck
* Pain in your glutes

Do This Simple Test To See If You Have Tight Hip Flexors

Still not sure? This one simple test will determine if you have tight hip flexors …

Lying on your back on a table or bench, pull one knee up toward your chest and hold it there. Let the other leg relax downward over the edge of the table. It helps here to have someone hold that leg for you so you can do it slowly.

If your hip flexors are find you should be able to fully extend the thigh so it is parallel to the floor and bend your knee to 90 degree without the thigh rising up.

Any Difficulty With These Movements Indicates Tight Hip Flexors.

This Is What Is Causing Your Tight Hip Flexors!

Honestly … sitting is the number one cause of tight hip flexors. Let’s be honest, we are a society that does more sitting now than ever before. Our jobs and much of our day can be spent sitting in front of a computer, in meetings and driving.

All this sitting is causing that iliopsoas muscle to shorten creating very tight hip flexors with painful results. Add to this a weak core area and you really do have a recipe for disaster.

Even high calibre athletes suffer from tight hip flexors. Seriously! None of us are immune to having tight hip flexors however, there is something that we can do about it to correct this problem and live pain free and with greater mobility and less risk of injury.

How?

==> These 10 SIMPLE stretches will loosen your sore, tight hip flexors, strengthen your core and allow you the freedom of pain-free movement
To your health,

Add Some Intensity to Your Walks
By Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen, MDs

In a 2019 NBA game against the Utah Jazz, LeBron James dribbled the ball past the half-court line and then just walked around a bit before remembering he should be dribbling. "That's the worst I've ever done," he admitted. But the refs didn't call traveling (they rarely do).
It seems the NBA has decided a bit of a walk is good for the game.
We've always said 10,000 steps daily is good for your game too. But a new study may be confusing you about walking's health benefits.
Special: Back Pain & Sciatica – This Odd Stretch Can Kill Back Pain
The study in the European Heart Journal says bouts of moderate to vigorous exercise that are more intense than the effort needed to walk 10,000 steps over the course of a day can triple your heart-lung fitness level. That's huge.
But despite what many headlines imply, that doesn't mean that walking (however you do it) isn't of great health benefit. The lead researcher even says, "Higher steps were associated with higher fitness levels in our study ... I would not want to dissuade people from following their step counts."
So walk on. And for intensified benefits, add intensity to your walk(s) with interval training that totals 10,000 steps in one, two, or three walking sessions a day. Aim for 5-10 minutes of moderate speed with 100-129 steps/minute; at least 2-3 minutes intense speed of 130-plus steps/minute, and 1-minute slower pace (if needed). Repeat over and over.
And remember, 10,000 steps daily is still the level to aim for to get maximum protection from chronic diseases and premature death.

At the end of the day, you only have yourself. Of course, we need other people in our lives for love, care and support, but you're the only one who can actually heal yourself.

No matter how close, another person can't really understand everything that goes on in your mind. That's why it's important to create reasonable expectations in a relationship.

Try to be more patient when people close to you can't quite understand your perspective. Cultivate your inner voice, which in turn will help you to communicate your needs to your loved ones.

QUALITY

One of the things that helped me get through my cancer diagnosis as well as I did was positivity. So many people say it when they don’t know what else to say and without giving it weight or really considering what it actually means to “stay positive” and how. It’s not surprising then that many cancer patients roll their eyes when they hear this. Even with my natural tendency to lean towards the positive, I have definitely done my fair share of feeling annoyed and dismissive at hearing those words.

Some days it feels easier, but others it feels downright impossible, and I have had a few days like that this last week. The anger, the resentment, the bitterness, the frustration all creep in at the same time, sometimes triggered by something but other times it’s out of nowhere, and I’m left acting and feeling like someone else entirely.

For many of us, cancer is not just life changing for the duration of treatment or because of the lifetime we will now spend looking over our shoulder, but because it alters how we approach our health, for life. I will spend the rest of my life having to be more careful than many about what I eat, how much I exercise, how much I drink, and how I manage my stress, and yes, while most of the time I can look at this positively and say that this means I will likely avoid other health issues my peers may have to deal with, some days I just don’t care about that; some days I just want to say “F**k it” and get that Happy Meal, forget about exercising ever again, and sit on the couch binge-watching tv shows instead. Some days I’m just angry and deeply annoyed that thinking about cancer and its best friend, fear, will be my companions for life.

But then, I think about quality over quantity, and I remember that I would rather have a life of any length that is full of joy and love and hope than a guaranteed long life of negativity or even just mediocre feelings. With the fear and anger and resentment, cancer has also brought so much quality to my life. Even if cancer ends up making it shorter than I would like, it has pushed me to step into a life I couldn’t even have dreamed of before and to become the person I didn’t even know I wanted to be, and having a shorter life of that quality is much more desirable to me than a long life of anything less than that.

You may still be feeling the licking flames of fear, fury, and frustration. It’s okay to give those feelings space, but try not to let them consume your life, because they have a way of taking both quality and quantity from our years. Do what you can to focus on the positives that do exist in your life and also in your experience with cancer.

Knowingly and consciously catch yourself when those flames start to ignite, and douse them with the cool, clear, calming waters of your faith in yourself, your ability to heal, and the knowledge that on the horizon there are a million untold ways your life could change for the positive. Focus on the quality, and the quantity will become just a little less important. And if cancer gets its power from our fear of time lost, in this way, you can rob cancer of some of its hold over your life. Courage over comfort, quality over quantity.

Happy Healing ❤️

Mental Health Monday

“Just stay positive!” is something we hear all the time when it comes to cancer, so much so that it has become the stereotypical advice people seem to give when they don’t know what else to say to you. As a result, I feel like positivity has gotten a bit of a bad rap and is often the last thing many of us want to hear. What does “staying positive” even mean, and does it really help that much? These are the questions I’m answering in a new MHM two-parter. The first part is up now, and it answers questions about whether positivity supports physical healing, whether it aids our belief in and achievement of our healing goals, and what staying positive really means, to me anyway.

Next week, I will dive deeper and address questions about the links between positivity and the improvement of our mental health, our healing, and our quality of life as well as how we can make use of positivity and work to embrace positive thinking more of the time.

For now, check out part one on the Solis YouTube channel here
