Vitamin D supplements might have saved thousands of Americans from dying with COVID​

Yeah they found in an article I read several months ago the big numbers of those covid deaths, when they checked those who had died, had very low levels of D, B vitamins and Glutothione. All things we can boost easily by foods or supplements. Glutathione can be boosted by using Whey. Apparently the body uses whatever is in Whey to create Glutathione.

Hemp seeds are seeds that come from the hemp plant, also known as Cannabis sativa. Contrary to popular belief, they only contain trace amounts of THC, which is the psychoactive compound for which marijuana is known. As you know Jimi, I’ve done, and will continue to do education on biological dentistry, because it’s one of the most under-recognized yet biggest contributors to chronic disease…

But what I myself was still completely unaware of until recently, is that poor spinal curvature / posture equals:

  • 250% increased death from atherosclerosis (clogged arteries)
  • 200% increased death from lung related causes
  • 150% increased death from all causes
As I’m typing this right now, it’s at a weird angle on that big orange chair you’ve probably seen me on in videos…

and now I’m thinking about all the time I spend carrying Rocky in a hiking backpack around the house, which unless I’m paying attention usually puts my head way too far forward…

and the fact my spine has always been curved in a bit anyways.

Sooooo yea, with the major dentistry issue behind me, perhaps I’ll tackle the big risk issues brewing on the spinal front next. :)

I read not long back about fuel security issues globally and the impact it will have on supply chains everywhere.
Here today I read we have just 7 to 8 weeks of AddBlue diesel additive left in Oz.
All Diesel vehicles here from 2015 were made to use it in their fuel, without it the engine goes into "limp mode" rendering it near useless. The Govt here is thinking, "derrr really" they might allow trucking companies to switch off electronically and physically bypass the measures that make our Deisel vehicles use it.
It is beyond common sense and comprehension to think that the whole world shut down and dismantlled factories that produced the Urea used to use in the Diesel fuel and was idiotic enough to put all the eggs in one basket relying on 1 country to make it. :facepalm:

Im just an average low educated person. Yet iv always known you dont put all your eggs in 1 basket. What true, real, leader would do that to the country they are governing!?
To me it would be either, 1 An utter one brain cell Moron, or 2 A fake player using the play handbook.

All the hype to get vaxxed, mandates, vax passports, people sacked, lives ruined. Vax deaths, several in our small town now, zero covid fatalaties. Being injected with experimental rubbish, people treated like lepers because they are not vaxed and now this......

They might have different boundaries. It's important to listen to another person with an open mind. Avoid discounting their preferences and feelings. Do not use phrases like, "it's not a big deal!" or "it could be worse".

Wait until the other person is finished speaking, pause and then respond. Respecting other people's boundaries also means not taking them personally.

They have set their boundaries according to their experiences and comfort zone. View their boundaries as their way of helping you to understand them better.

Cut toenails straight across, don't cut them too short, and make sure your tool of choice is a large toenail clipper.

Trimming your toenails may seem simple enough, but it isn't something to be done carelessly. While most people don't need to visit a professional to take care of their toes - people with diabetes are an exception - they need to be sure they're clipping their nails properly to reduce the risk of future foot problems.

You depend on your feet, so make sure you give them the care they deserve.


Trimming Toenails: Technique Is Important

Before you break out the nail clippers, you should understand why it's so important that toenails be cut the right way. The proper technique is necessary to avoid an ingrown toenail or infection.

Ingrown toenails are nails that become lodged in the skin instead of growing normally. They are a primary reason for foot pain, and they can lead to serious infection.

Some nails just naturally grow in, and no matter what you do conservatively, it's not going to address the problem. It needs to be addressed surgically.

But if you learn how to cut your toenails properly in the first place, you may be able to protect your feet from ingrown toenails.


Trimming Toenails: The Basics

Cut straight across: The nails shouldn't dig down on th sides. Guide the clippers straight across the nail of each toe and avoid cutting nails into a curved shape.

Use appropriate toenail clippers. These larger clippers are meant for larger nails, and will be easier to cut toenails with than fingernail clippers. Keep clippers and any other tools you use on your toes disinfected (cleaning them with rubbing alcohol before and after using them will do the trick).

Leave nails a little long. Don't cut nails too short, as it's another reason ingrown toenails occur. It can also leave your toenail susceptible to infection; plus, it hurts!

Cut nails when they're dry, not wet. Wet nails may be likely to tear, bend, or not cut smoothly because they're softer when wet. Cutting dry nails will give you a cleaner, smoother cut.

Make a few small cuts. Don't try to clip each toenail in one shot. Make a few small cuts across your nail.

Try filing. If you prefer to file your toenails (or just to smooth them out after you clip them), don't drag the file or emery board back and forth. Gently move the nail file in one direction across the top of your toenail until smooth and the appropriate length.

Don't cut cuticles. If you want to tame cuticles on your toenails, use a cuticle stick (an orange stick, which you can buy at a beauty supply store, drugstore, or similar store) to push them back. Cutting them can cause bleeding or infection, but pushing them out of the way gives feet a neat look without unnecessary damage.


Trimming Toenails: A Timeline

Everyone's nails grow at different speeds, so there's no set time frame for how often you should trim your toenails. Just keep an eye on how long your nails are and give them a trim before they start rubbing against your shoes and causing pain. Clean, well-cared for, and neatly trimmed toenails mean comfortable, healthy feet. Your feet take a beating during the day, so keep toes in tip-top shape with proper, regular trims to prevent foot problems.

H.R. 550, commonly referred to as the Immunization Infrastructure Modernization Act of 2021, was passed last Thursday, December 2nd by the U.S. House in a 294-130 margin vote.

All present Democrat members voted in favor of the bill, and were joined by 80 Republicans (with an additional 130 opposing).

With a $400 million price tag, this bill, per its text, would use taxpayer funds to develop "a confidential, population-based, computerized database that records immunization doses administered by any health care provider to persons within the geographic area covered by that database."

The bill's primary sponsor, Democrat Congresswoman Anne McLane Kuster of New Hampshire, has publicly stated that the primary purpose of H.R. 550 is to "remind patients when to receive a recommended vaccine," but the truth is we all know better than that.

Should it become law, this bill would make it easier for the federal government, by way of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), to collect data and track Americans based on their vaccination status by giving state and local governments the ability to share people's health data

And let's be honest: The only true purpose that could serve is to further discriminate against those who are unvaccinated and to exclude them from the general functions of society -- something we're already beginning to see happen now, both in the United States and around the world.

I want to highlight some emerging data regarding COVID, kids, and D3.

First, eventually it is going to be obvious to everyone that vaccination to this everchanging virus is a “whack-a-mole” strategy. What is critical, whether you are vaccinated or not, is mounting an immediate immune response to a new variant.

Antibodies are overhyped because that is how vaccines work, but here is something to consider. An antibody response to a new virus, or variant like Omicron, take about 10 to 20 days to happen. More critical in determining how severe the infection will be is the status of other aspects of immune function.

The reason why kids have been spared so far in this pandemic is their immune system is generally more responsive. And the truth is that this pandemic is NOT one of the unvaccinated, it is a pandemic primarily of the obese and/or unhealthy.

That is the truth and for some reason our health experts have not expressed that truth. Maybe because it is not “politically correct.” But the numbers show it to be true nonetheless.

O.K., I digress. Here is what I really wanted to get to, we are seeing the same association with low vitamin D3 levels and more severe COVID in children as we see in adults.

At this stage of the pandemic, there is no excuse for that.

Low blood levels of 25(OH)D3 in children are associated with markers of low immune function coupled with higher levels of inflammation.

I cannot express strongly enough on the importance of preventative D3 supplementation to everyone, including children, during this pandemic.

For children under the age of 5 years old, I recommend roughly 50 IU per pound, per day. For children 5 to 9 years old, I recommend 2,000 IU per day. For children 9 to 12 years old, we recommend 2,500 IU per day. For children over 12 years old I recommend the adult dosage of at least 4,000 IU per day.
However, these are only guidelines. The key is to supplement at a daily dosage that will produce a blood level of 50 to 80 ng/ml. And the only way to know what that dosage is exactly is through testing.

Trust is undoubtedly a very important element of a loving, fulfilling relationship. Bad past relationship experiences can leave us closed off, limiting our capacity for trusting others and finding fulfillment in a relationship.

Rebuilding trust takes time, so don't be too hard on yourself. Keep trying. Remember your worth.

Take little steps each day to make peace with your past and open your heart to the love and people around you.

Here’s a fun fact for you: Humans are the ONLY mammals that don’t make their own vitamin C.

Interesting, right? Vitamin C is so important that literally, every other mammal has the ability to create its own.

More than just a boost to the immune system, it plays a critical role in many of the body’s functions and is a powerful antioxidant. It also aids in tissue regeneration, the absorption of iron, production of collagen and so much more.

Since we have to depend on outside sources to supply vitamin C, it’s very easy (and very common) to be deficient.

And an unaddressed vitamin C deficiency can lead to a variety of diseases. It could even be fatal. Catching it early on is crucial.

With that said, here are 7 signs you’re deficient in Vitamin C...

1. You get sick more often than most people you know


Vitamin C keeps your immune system up and running. When you don’t have enough, your immune system weakens and you start catching every little thing that comes your way.

2. You bruise easily (and wonder what you could have run into)

A lack of vitamin C leads to weakened capillaries, so even a minor bump creates a bruise.

3. Your skin is dry or scaly

Vitamin C deficiency is often the culprit behind chronic dry skin and even those annoying small bumps on the back of arms or thighs. This is because vitamin C is so closely linked to collagen.

4. You have brittle hair and nails

In the grand scheme of things, hair isn’t a very important part of the body. That’s why nutrients like vitamin C are sent to more essential areas first, and hair just gets the leftovers – if there are any.

5. Nosebleeds are a regular occurrence

This happens for the same reason bruising does. Inadequate levels of vitamin C equals weakened and fragile blood vessels.

6. Your joints are swollen and/or sore

This critical vitamin plays a key role in fighting inflammation, which as you may know is the cause of conditions like arthritis. One study showed that people low in vitamin C were 3 times more likely to develop arthritis than those who ate a C-rich diet.

7. Cuts or burns seem like they take a long time to heal

Collagen is the tissue that binds a healing wound, and it can’t do so properly without vitamin C. This fact has been known since 1937 when doctors noticed spontaneous breakdown of surgical wounds in patients low in vitamin C.

If you identify with one or more items on this list, there’s a good chance you need more vitamin C in your diet.

And if you don’t address this deficiency now, it could morph into serious conditions like high blood pressure, stroke, gallbladder disease, cancer and more.
