THE MEDICINE WE SEEK IS AVAILABLE IF WE CLAIM OUR POWER AND DECIDE THAT WE ARE WORTHY.
Hey Jimi
This morning I was scanning Facebook when I came upon a post from an acquaintance that was sharing her New Year reflections.
She shared how 2021 was the hardest year for her in many ways but how much stronger she is as a result.
She had some positive stuff in there and then finished it off by saying “I don’t want to be negative but I am finding it hard to believe that 2022 is going to be easier”.
The last part really struck me.
I have been reading many posts on social media around the fears around what 2022 might bring.
Because I believe people are starting to realize that uncertainty is the norm.
For the last few years, I have been dabbling in kundalini meditations and breathing exercises.
One particular teacher, Guru Jagat (who sadly passed away this year), had been talking for years about this new era that we are moving into, the technological era.
Time and time again, she would talk about the importance of the nervous system to be able to handle the speed in which life would soon become.
This really stuck with me.
In 2020, I noticed that some friends of mine had moved back to Bali (I lived there in 2019), when I asked them why they moved back they shared that astrologically things would not calm down until 2023 and they preferred to be in that environment.
I then have heard other astrologers mention similar things.
I took that in.
Ok, so let’s be honest….
No one can predict the future.
None of this stuff is hard facts but I have been reflecting on what I feel in my own body, life and inner truth.
I sense resiliency, health and a new way of Being is what is needed for our future.
This morning while eating breakfast, I was thinking about the fact that everyone wishing for things to go back to the way they were is wishful thinking.
Never in life do things return back to “normal”.
The fact is that what we are experiencing now is NOW and that is all we have.
The question is, however, whether or not you are prepared and resilient enough to handle the pressure of not knowing.
The constant uncertainty that comes with change and transformation.
A life moving externally at hyper-speed.
The toxic burden from our environment.
The world in which we have been living is not sustainable.
Change is inevitable.
We humans have prioritized growth, consumption and control above all else.
You can see the impact that has on our environment. Our planet. Our home. Our mama.
We have lost soil micro-diversity.
We have toxic water sources.
We are losing species of animals daily.
Our air quality is degrading.
We have created mass amounts of waste in the name of convenience.
And this is trickling into our own health and state of Being.
We are told that our value is dependent on what we produce and achieve.
We are told it is selfish to prioritize ourselves and health.
We have normalized numbing out on screens, booze or drugs to handle the pressure of this constant growth and demand.
We have normalized looking externally to authority figures to tell us what is right versus listening to our inner authority that connects us to our truth.
We are sick, inflamed, depressed, anxious and exhausted but keep powering through because it’s the “only way”.
No matter if you are awake to this or not, it affects all of us.
Because although we are responsible for ourselves, we are also all one.
Me. You. Us.
2021 was not a horrific year for me.
It was painful but liberating. (That pretty much sums up healing in general.)
I feel more myself than I have ever in my adult life.
But for a short blip in time, I lost sight of my purpose.
Why what I offer to the world is important.
But this morning, I remembered.
My work is important because it is foundational in thriving in this technological era.
It is crucial to the health of our planet.
When we stand firmly in our inner knowing and worth that we deserve to feel better and take the committed action to transform that reality for ourselves, we have ripple effects.
We heal our health, our relationships, our future and our past.
We heal our planet.
When we stop relating to ourselves as something to be controlled, manipulated or ignored so that we can have more, our choices transform and so do our relationships.
Its microcosm, macrocosm.
It’s only our health.
And it’s also OUR HEALTH.
Really, without it we have nothing.
What good is all the money, success, things, travel, relationships etc….when we don’t have our health…US….to enjoy it.
This morning I was reminded that my work is bigger than just helping someone get to the root of their high functioning anxiety, chronic fatigue, autoimmune diagnosis or gut problems.
By leading people through this process, I also give them an opportunity to transform their lives.
Our world needs more leaders that are physically healthy, with resilient nervous systems and standing in their personal sovereignty.
I am on a mission to work intimately with 50 individuals this year.
And impact many more.
That’s why I have decided to make some changes in how I run my business.
I am going to be offering more short term affordable programs throughout the year that will allow you to pick and choose topics that you want to laser focus on.
I, also, am offering financing for 2-3 years on my transformative 12 month signature program, so that it is a no brainer decision to prioritize and highly invest in yourself in 2022.
My prediction for 2022 is that it will not be easy if you continue to try to go about things the way you always have.
But it has the potential to be freaking amazing if you are up for a wild ride of transformation, coming home to yourself, releasing all forms of toxins, cutting things and people leaching your energy, standing in your worth, re-mothering yourself, and learning how to heal within the chaos surrounding you.
It has the potential to be a year of coming home to ourselves.
Happy New Year!
Together we rise. Let’s do this!
