i class myself as a distant friend of jimi and i would do anything to help him. some people get the wrong impression when they read my posts, but thats their right as my views are my right. i have cancer and 2 years ago i had a severe heart attack, that coupled with 2 brain anyrisms plus the death of my family when i was 7 means i have looked and tried everything. religion i hate and that is my reasons why, if people take offence then its fine, i have my views about their beliefs also.
i have tried through my various illnesses so so many diets, meetings, beliefs etc etci normally dont reply to these posts as people sometimes take it the totaly wrong way, however i care not but put up with it,
some of your posts i agree with 100%, these are, eating right, sleeping right,moderate exercise, fruit and lots of water. but through the years i have found that the one thing that helps the most, is pure belief in yourself and only you know your own body. your thoughts and nobody elses voices will be the thing that is the most important step you can take, please trust me, i have been through so so mch that i sometimes wonder why i am here, (as do a lot of others lol), i wish youself and every person on this planet, the best of health, yes even those i disagree with. face your problems full on, ask yourselves how come i am still here? then walk outside, breathe in, dring some cols water and remind yourself that it is you fighting your body, it is you getting through life, it is you feeling the pain. people can write about it but text books dont let others know what that pain feels like? if you have had it you know, if you have not had it you cannot possibly know.

Well this was not at all on my radar Jimi until the other night, when we were having one of our member calls and Dr. Darrell Wolfe was fielding questions…

and one of our members told him about the weird reaction she got to ozone treatments

and from that he somehow deduced that she was probably on her way to osteopenia, which she confirmed she already had

(Crazy stuff happens like this all the time in our calls by the way, couldn’t think of a more valuable resource for expert guidance on a healing journey…

which is why Teddy and I created it. :) Reply and let me know if you want more info on it!!)


so he then went into how he’d go about fixing the osteopenia, and then that led like a quarter of the people on the call to state they wanted help with that or osteoporosis

so I figured I should probably take that as a sign that bone density is something more people than I thought need help with and talk about…

Yes it should of but just wait they are tryin to get back to the mandating it all. Today on the noon news they said in Chicago you NOW haveta have proof of vax to go into any business, not quite sure when they will enforce it but with the way that NO ONE stands together on things anymore. They have come to realize that too so there is always danger of these HITLER like mandates to come. I guess the SHEEPLE haven't took into consideration that this is an EXPERIMENTAL VACCINE, how can ANYONE in a free country condone mandating an experimental vaccine? Just CRAZY.

Diet Science #1 - This Single Diet Reduced C0V!D Severity by 73%!

Results There were 568 C0V!D cases and 2316 controls. Among the 568 cases, 138 individuals had moderate-to-severe C0V!D severity whereas 430 individuals had very mild to mild C0V!D severity. Ignoring Great Advances in Natural Medicine

Beyond the more obvious problems with the medical establishment is the fact that traditional medicine totally ignores the tremendous benefits of natural therapies — especially for treating chronic conditions.

It’s true that modern medicine has made tremendous strides against acute illnesses such as heart attacks, strokes, and trauma. But it has little to offer in treating conditions such as:

  • Autoimmune diseases
  • Cancer
  • Arthritis
  • Diabetes
  • Infections (especially viral infections)
  • Chronic fatigue syndrome
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Neurodegenerative diseases
In fact, preventive medicine is all but ignored by the modern medical establishment.

As I have written before, traditional medicine is always the Johnny-come-lately when it comes to innovations in medicine. For example, natural medicine has been promoting and studying the importance of intestinal probiotics for almost 75 years. Yet only recently has traditional medicine recognized that the gut’s microorganisms play a major role in health and disease.

Of course, when the elites of traditional medicine finally do wake up to an innovative idea that was previously promoted by natural medicine practitioners, they like to claim it as their own discovery — despite the fact they not only ignored the idea for decades, but even ridiculed it.

Another example is the idea that a person can have an intolerance to a food substance without experiencing a typical allergic reaction. This theory was rejected by medical “experts” for decades. Now it is part of the conventional wisdom.

And then there’s “leaky gut” — an impairment in the gut’s normal barrier that allows components of food to directly enter the blood. For a long time, traditional medicine treated the condition as just another fad dreamed up by the natural medicine practitioners. That is, until leaky gut was proven beyond all doubt to be a real medical condition.

To this day, traditional physicians still laugh at the use of high-dose vitamin C to prevent the “cytokine storm” caused by influenza, even though the treatment has been proven to be highly effective. High-dose vitamin C can also prevent death from widespread bacterial sepsis, which kills around 300,000 people a year.

Traditional treatments for severe sepsis fail in 80% of cases, but when high-dose intravenous vitamin C is added to those treatments, the mortality rate falls to 15%.

Despite the effectiveness of high-dose vitamin C having been proven in clinical studies of large numbers of septic patients, it is still not the standard care for such patients. But that’s only because pharmaceutical companies can’t make money off high-dose vitamin C therapies.

Manage Menopause With Natural Health​

Sleepless nights of sweat-soaked sheets and cranky days! What is happening?! Forgetfulness, desert-dry vagina, arguing about the littlest of things…this is not how you used to be. Am I going nuts?! Before we dive in, let’s go over the 4 stages of menopause:
  1. Perimenopause – This is the “before” stage. It is a 3-5 year period when your estrogen and hormone levels begin to drop. It usually starts in your late 40s. Signs of it could be irregular menstrual cycles, hot flashes, insomnia, vaginal dryness, and so forth. There is still a chance you could get pregnant.
  2. Early menopause – This could be caused by events such as a hysterectomy (uterus removed) or an oophorectomy (ovaries removed).
  3. Menopause – While every woman is unique, most start menopause in their late 40s/early 50s and stay in it for 1-3 years.
  4. Postmenopause – This stage begins once you officially reach menopause – 12 months after your last period. Unless you intervene, your hormones will forever stay at the same constant low. The good news is that you no longer experience some of the unbearable side effects of periods such as PMS or cramps. The bad news is you are at a much higher risk for certain illnesses caused by the decrease in hormones.

I’ve been thinking about you, since we haven’t been in touch much lately. How have you been?
