Isn't it strange how we'll have conditions that seem to have a reason. Yah, looks like your chronic sinus saved your life.

I'm fine, no ailments. I used the oil of oregano gelcaps when I had eczema in 2018 and was madly trying theories. One of the theories was candida overgrowth, and I read that oil of oregano was good against that (along with avoiding sugar). I did recover, but I attributed the full recovery to taking cod liver oil, though I'll never know if the oregano was a factor.

I do use a lot of lavender essential. I buy it in 4 oz. dropper bottles, sprinkle it on bed linens and towels, rub it on shelves, and into the wood inside the drawers. When you have a lot of cotton, linen and silk, moths want to munch. I keep them at bay with essential oil.

Playing down your problems might stop you from seeking help and as a result, you'll end up feeling worse. We all experience trauma differently.

And your reaction to trauma is influenced not just by external events but also by how you perceive them. Stop telling yourself it's not that big of a deal.

To overcome what has happened to you, take time to think about how it has impacted you and acknowledge that your feelings and experiences are valid.

Focus on taking it one step at a time.

Give these tips a try and see if it really is as easy as 1, 2, 3:

1. Look Outside - Focusing on your screen can cause "near-focus" that cut the amount you blink in half. This will cause dry eyes and even corneal damage. Once every twenty minutes, look outside. Use the window or head to one to look out of it for twenty seconds, blinding once each second. You'll notice a difference!

2. Water With a Twist of Lemon - Your eyes are better some days than others, and it's usually linked to if you're dehydrated or not. If you don't have enough hydration it can cause your corneas to crinkle, distorting your vision. Sip 8 oz of water with a good twist of lemon. Research shows that high citrus and vitamin C slash the risk of eye complaints.

3. Turn Up the Lights - While it helps to have blue light blocking glasses, it can also help to turn up the lights. Looking at a backlit screen in the dark or dim lighting causes your eyes to dilate and take in more blue light, potentially damaging your eyes. So brighten up that room!

The phrase “meditating is good for you” isn’t new information. I am sure you have heard it countless times from your girlfriends, from this community, an ad that just popped up, and hopefully even your doctors. But is sitting still and being quiet all it is cracked up to be? Is there any science behind it, or is it just practiced by a fringe minority of hippie-dippie people?
You are in the right place if you ask those questions, contemplate meditating, or even dabble in it. Read on as we breathe and go deeper into science-based meditation techniques, insight, and tips to empower you to build an actual meditation routine. I will also share mediations I use and how to let your practice flow into all aspects of your day (and rejuvenating sleep!).
Why do I meditate?
First, I want to share with you a few reasons why my meditation practice is at the top of my to-do list every single day.

  • Reduces anxiety and increases sleep. Breast cancer, pandemic life, kids, marriage, careers – all of this can lead to anxiety creeping into every little detail of our lives. Meditation helps me manage my inner self and, therefore, my anxiety, resulting in much better sleep, health, happiness, and healing from cancer.
  • Cultivates creative thinking. When I take a moment to be still, flush out my stress, and truly connect with myself – I tap into my full potential.
  • Heals emotional wounds. Daily meditation helped me get into a headspace where I could start healing the emotional wounds that were part of initiating cancer in the first place.
  • Brings happiness. People who have meditated for years have a larger left prefrontal cortex, the part of the brain responsible for happiness.
  • Changes the brain’s neuroplasticity to promote healing. I have read countless studies about brain scans showing how meditation changes the regions of the brain that support our memory, resiliency to stress, empathy levels, and so much more. Curious? Read on.
  • Calms the Nerve System and stimulates the Relaxation Response. Staying in a fight or flight mode has been shown to increase the spread and growth of cancer, so it is vital to calm down your nerve system every day.

One of the first things you learn when researching a holistic approach to cancer or any chronic condition, is you’ve got to get more oxygen in your body.

And yes, you can get ozone and hyperbaric treatments and so forth, but really just proper breathing can go a long ways towards better oxygenating your body.

(And the way to get more oxygen through breathing is actually NOT to just “take deeper breaths”)

But really I’m thinking about it more on the mental and even spiritual side.

Doing various breath work type exercises can instantly lower your heart rate and get you to focus through any stressful situation.

In various meditations, often you’re focusing on your breath.

The latin root of breathe, is spirare… which where the word “spirit” came from.

(That’s the most important line of this email btw… having trouble finding the words to elaborate on it… but just let that percolate in your mind today.)

It’s where we get the word “aspire - to breathe on.” Breathing heavily to achieve a goal.

“Conspire - to breathe together.”
To plan with others (doesn’t necessarily need to be a nefarious plan as the term is typically used today).

“Expire - to breathe out.” Something’s last breath. No more breath, no more life.

There’s also respire, transpire, perspire, but I’ll let you look into and ponder those on your own if you choose. :)

This truly burns my ass.
I just talked to a friend that was pushed into taking the poison pin. First he had tinnitus, then his joints swollen, then had a heart attack from a major blockage. He for check up and the nurse flipped out because his veins have shrunken down in diameter so far she couldn't take blood and tore his arm up trying, she went to get help and all of them couldn't hit his veins till finally one did, they were all amazed at how much they had shrunken. His veins in his arms, that were normal size for a man now have shrunken since the PP and he can't do hardly anything without it totally wearing him out.:mad::mad::mad:

While it's fun to share your opinions online and engage in conversations with anyone in the world, whenever someone acts in a disrespectful way online, it is a good idea to abstain from responding.

Due to anonymity, people tend to say things they normally wouldn't say in person. They get away with being rude to those who don't agree with them.

Walk away from discussions where you feel the other person has no interest in being rational. You don’t have to engage in pointless arguments that lead nowhere.

Avoid responding in the heat of the moment. It’s not worth it.
