the top 3 things you need to know when selecting your supplements (for future reference):

1. Avoid Synthetic or Artificial ingredients and fillers.

Synthetics are made from derivatives of coal tar - a known carcinogen found in cigarette smoke.

Supplements that list nutrients individually, such as vitamin C, or use chemical names like ascorbic acid, are almost certainly synthetic..

Also avoid fillers that end in "ide" or "ate" such as acetate, bitartrate, chloride, dioxide, gluconate, hydrochloride, nitrate, stearate, and succinate.

2. Only consume whole food supplements.

By ‘whole food,’ we mean the highly concentrated amounts of a particular food or herb that your body will recognize, process and absorb better (real food).

But, a word of advice...

3. Make sure your supplements are made with organic ingredients.

Since whole food supplements are high concentrations of plants, herbs, and even funguses like mushrooms…

You have to make sure they are organic, otherwise, you’re just ingesting high concentrations of pesticides, insecticides, and herbicides.

I became familiar with Salicinium when I read Suzanne Somers' book, Knockout, Interviews with Doctors that are Curing Cancer. In her book, she interviews Dr. Forsythe who has amazing success rates using Salicinium in conjunction with Poly-MVA.
Salicinium is a glycome or sugar-based molecule. Cancer cells gobble it up. Once inside the cancer cell, the glycome stops the production of the enzyme the cancer cell uses to hide from the immune system. The cancer cell now becomes exposed and the body can dispose of it.

Sometimes we just want to really indulge in a “sweet” tasting cookie or cake. We tend to want to characterize the various microbes that live within us as being “good or bad.”
But in reality, context is critically important.
Most would probably say that across the animal kingdom, being infected with the parasite that causes toxoplasmosis would be bad thing.
We certainly know that in humans, toxoplasmosis can be a life-threatening infection, although it is certainly quite common.
Indeed, according to the CDC, toxoplasmosis is considered to be the number one cause of death attributed to foodborne illness.
More than 40 million Americans carry the toxoplasma parasite, but in fact, very few have symptoms because the immune system is able to keep the parasite from causing significant illness.
But again, if we look at context, is there ever a circumstance in which being infected by this parasite might be a good thing?

What is the Human Microbiome?​


Each of us has an internal complex ecosystem of bacteria located within our bodies that we call the microbiome.

The microbiome is defined as a “community of microbes.”

The vast majority of the bacterial, viral, fungal and other species that make up our microbiome live in our digestive systems… our gut.

Our individual microbiomes are sometimes called our “genetic footprints”.

Why?

Because microbes help determine our unique DNA... hereditary factors... predisposition to diseases... body type... our body “set point weight,”... and so much more that make us... us.
