Understanding cancer starts with knowing this truth...
Imagine a woman in the shower soaping up their body. She suddenly feels a marble-sized lump on the side of her breast near her armpit.

That growth did not show up overnight. It's been brewing for years, and studies show it takes about ten years for a lump, bump, or growth to be detected. Tumors start with one deranged cell in the wrong conditions. This one rogue cell starts to divide and grow fast. A mass of these wild cells forms.

I like to think of a tumor as a letter to the body. It's saying "HELLO! Please reconsider your inputs." A tumor is a message saying your inputs are not a match for the human body. Some of these inputs are within our control (food, stress, light, medications) and some are not (aging, chemical exposure, generational factors). The inputs interact with hormones and the hormones carry out their inherent message to the body. The inputs also alter the body's environment and create states of acidity, high lactic acid, and hypoxia. The cell does what it's told, and the degeneration begins.

Chemotherapy and radiation address the cancer on a superficial level. And I'm not saying this isn't needed, because shrinking tumor burden and getting the problem under control is often part of solving the puzzle. However, chemotherapy and radiation do not address the environment that creates cancer.

I sometimes get comments like, "Why are you blaming the patient?" I don't think of it like that at all. I just want to get to the bottom of what's causing the cancer and that requires an objective lens to the way we are living.

Cancer is made of the same stuff you are made of. It's your own cells. Don't blame the body, understand it. It's a magnificent system with feedback loops that are honest. I myself am predisposed to cancer. I can't go back in time and tell my mom to not take a destructive pill, but I can be proactive about my health. Each of us is dealt the hand of life, and how you choose to interpret the events is key to our success in the journey toward health.​

Getting bombarded with notifications and sensational news stories or comparing yourself to others on social media first thing in the morning puts you in a state of anxiety.

This habit makes it harder for you to live in the present moment and as a result, you go through your days feeling overwhelmed and distracted.

Focus on creating a peaceful, relaxing morning routine. Take time to reflect on your thoughts, exercise, and eat a healthy meal.

Engage in activities that help you to set a positive tone for your day.

Article: Detoxification of the Body

Let’s think for a minute about the depth and breadth of our daily exposure to environmental toxins.

It starts when we wake up in the morning on a mattress that may be off gassing synthetic chemicals from the glue and flame retardant it contains, and continues when we step in the bathroom to get ready for the day and apply chemicals to our skin found in our shampoo, soap, shaving cream, facewash, toothpaste, makeup, and so many others products.

Soon after, we walk into the kitchen, grab a glass of tap water and pull something quick for breakfast out of the freezer — more toxic exposure from both of these things.

Before heading out the door to get in our vehicle (which, by the way, introduces more toxicants into the air), we decide to give the kitchen counters a quick wipedown with a kitchen cleaner likely containing antibacterial agents and other chemicals — more toxicants.

What Your Urine Color Is Telling You

Your body is 50%-70% water, and losing even 1% can cause changes in mood, endurance, and bodily functions. But staying well-hydrated isn't simply a matter of downing liquid when you feel thirsty. In fact, once you are feeling thirsty, you've waited too long.

You also need to think about hydration even when you're not sweating.

In everyday situations, drinking water on an empty stomach sends it in and out of you too quickly to provide cells, tissue, and organs with the moisture they need.

You also need to know what your urine color is telling you:

Arthritis Medications Can Increase Heart Risk

Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum, M.D., writes:


A British Medical Journal (BMJ) review of studies including more than 100,000 patients showed that arthritis medications called NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) dramatically increased heart attack death risk. Now another study, called the INVEST study, with over 22,000 patients has confirmed this problem.

The good news? Natural herbal remedies can be far more effective than the medications — without the safety risks and at lower cost.

Many adults suffer from arthritis and other aches and pains. Arthritis NSAID medications such as ibuprofen are in very common use. The use of these arthritis medications increased after research showed that Vioxx increased heart attack risk (it was pulled from the market because of this). Unfortunately, this was like "jumping from the frying pan into the fire."

Research has also shown that arthritis NSAID medications cause over 16,500 U.S. deaths a year from bleeding ulcers, added to a doubling of heart attacks/vascular disease (the number one killer in the United States).

Now the INVEST study has shown that in adults who already have high blood pressure and heart disease, being on arthritis NSAID medications more than doubled their risk of heart attack.

Here are some common medication questions:

Should I stop the aspirin I'm taking for heart disease?

Absolutely not. For those with known heart disease, taking one aspirin a day is a very good idea and does not carry the same risks.

I've been on arthritis medicine for decades. Is the risk reversible?

Fortunately, although this needs to be studied further, the research we have suggests that the answer is yes; the risk can be reversed as the person comes off the medications. I say this because this same risk can occur with very short-term use of ibuprofen immediately after a heart attack (within 37 days). This suggests that the heart attack risk is not increased by causing increased blockages in the arteries, but rather by changes in blood clotting and perhaps blood vessel spasm. These types of changes go away soon after the medication is stopped. So that is encouraging.

Should I stop the arthritis medication and just be in pain?

No, it is not healthy to be in pain.

Do not change any medications without your physician's approval. What you can do in the interim is take simple measures to decrease your arthritis pain. That way, during your next visit, you can let your doctor know that the arthritis pain is much less and ask if you can stop the medications, using them only if needed. Your doctor will very likely say, “Of course.” If not, let them know your concern based on the studies we noted above, so they can explain to you why you still need the medication.

Hello Jimi,

A couple of weeks ago I interviewed Dr. Isaac Eliaz for one of my Wednesday Night Facebook Live Q&A.

Dr. Eliaz’s “Survival Paradox” theory really resonates with me. It helps explain so many underlying layers of the fibromyalgia syndrome. Especially fibro flares!
According to the “survival paradox” our bodies are designed to protect itself from potentially harmful invaders. Our bodies and the trillions of cells that make up or body are interconnected. Anytime a potentially harmful substance is encountered it triggers an immune, “survival” reaction that increases inflammation.
In times of stress, when our cells feel threatened, the “survival paradox” helps us protect ourselves from danger. However, if the “stress” is never turned off, the body continues to feel threatened. Chronic stress and feeling threatened triggers inflammatory chemicals, sabotages cellular energy, and leads to chronic fibro flares.


The “survival paradox” helps explain why those with fibromyalgia and similar conditions get sick and why they often stay sick.
I’ve treated hundreds of fibromyalgia patients over the last two decades and have seen first hand how stress and the “survival paradox” affects their ongoing health.
It is not unusual for me to work with a patient, help them overcome their fibro symptoms only to have them “flare” and contact me a few years later.
Normally, this chronic flare they are in has been triggered by chronic or acute stress that they aren’t managing correctly. We did everything right together including correcting their blood work (eliminating/normalizing inflammatory markers) only to have them flare after a stressful event or series of events, a few years later.

Why?​

I believe it has to do with the “survival paradox” and an out of control galectin 3 response.


Whether we stub a toe, or are exposed to dangerous bacteria or toxic threats, the immune system unleashes a cascade of inflammatory proteins called cytokines, which orchestrate the repair process. This is supposed to be a rapid response that addresses the problem and then recedes—and it’s all driven by master alarm protein.
Unfortunately, stress, toxins, processed diets, lack of sleep and inactivity,and our fast-paced lifestyles can keep our alarm system on high alert and contribute to unhealthy inflammation that never turns off. In the cases of an acute infection, an overactive inflammation response, driven by galectin-3, can lead to a deadly cytokine storm, where vital organs shut down due to overwhelming inflammation.
When inflammation continues, you get what’s known as “inflammaging”—chronic inflammation in the body that accelerates the aging process and fuels a wide range of degenerative diseases like autoimmune disease, cancer, heart disease, and more.
Over time, the constant flow of galectin-3 and related cytokines and other inflammatory proteins can seriously damage cells and tissues. As long as your body perceives a threat, it will respond with inflammation.

Lab-Grown Meat Gets Green Light From FDA​

The FDA completed the first pre-market consultation for lab grown meat with "no further questions", effectively giving it the green light for human consumption.

If lab-grown meat provided planetary and nutritional advantages, then this would be a great thing. But it provide neither, so it is not.

Many people believe that lab-grown meat will benefit the planet by reducing the number of animals being fed grains in feedlots, and it might very well do that, but there is more to the story.

I would encourage any plant-based advocates of lab-grown meat to listen to what Dr. Zach Bush, an advocate of a plant-based diet, has to say about lab-grown meat.

I agree the Covid Cabal is on the run, but as soon as our country signs onto that Global Pandemic Treaty, you know they've got a new "pandemic" to perpetrate on us, and so called "vaccines" ready to be mandated, and with that treaty signature even places like Texas and Florida won't be able to slough it off. The federal government can do military interventions against us to make sure everybody gets the lethal injection. It's in the works.

The consumption of one boiled purple potato a day for six weeks was found to significantly decrease inflammation, something neither white nor yellow potatoes were able to accomplish.
The same was found for oxidation, but much faster. Within hours of consumption, purple potatoes increased the antioxidant capacity of study subjects’ bloodstream, whereas white potato starch appeared to actually have a pro-oxidant effect.

Been excited about this for quite some time, Jimi!!

When talking about various at-home therapies, healing devices, etc., I always say that a sauna was the first thing we got after the diagnosis, and still the first thing I’d get today….

HOWEVER, whenever ozone comes up, I always say “if I had known then what I know now…”

an ozone generator would have been one of the first things we got after Ryder was diagnosed.

And for a similar reason as to why we love the sauna, you just get SO MANY benefits that it’s hard to say it helps with this but not that… because it covers SUCH a broad spectrum!!
  • Increases oxygen in hypoxic cancer cells
  • Improves overall cell function
  • Reduces inflammation
  • Improves blood circulation
  • Assists in detoxification

Again going back to doctors incorporating it into their practice, this is something we talk about a lot in just getting your own device.

Would you rather pay a hundred (or several hundreds) of dollars per treatment, or just get a unit of your own and “pay it off” the first few times you use it?

There’s a guy here in town I see advertising almost $100 a session for 15 minute ear insufflation when someone is feeling like they’re starting to get sick!!

(Which I didn’t mention it in the beginning… but “early stage cold or worse reversal” is a VERY big benefit to having an ozone generator around to use whenever you want!!)

You should aim to eat at least two cups of leafy greens each day, Jimi.



Not only are these vegetables packed full of vitamins and minerals, but they are also great low-carb snacks that can offer a slew of health benefits.



So… which is the best?



Kale and broccoli are some of our absolute favorite dark-green, nutrient-dense veggies. In the battle of the leafy greens, let’s find out which is truly the best choice for you.



🥬 Kale



  • Higher levels of Vitamin K, which supports protein activation, bone and artery health

  • Higher in antioxidants


  • Very low-carb food


  • A dense source of fiber


  • Increased levels of iron, magnesium, copper, and manganese


  • Raw kale contains sulforaphane, a phytochemical that has anticarcinogenic properties that protect cells from damage.


🥦 Broccoli



  • Higher levels of Vitamin C (the highest density is in the stem!)


  • Also a very low-carb veggie


  • Also extremely fiber dense


  • Raw broccoli also contains the phytochemical sulforaphane, which protects cells from damage.


If it’s kale versus broccoli, kale comes out ahead, but eat both for nutritional variety.



There are so many great ways to enjoy kale and broccoli, beyond the traditional approach of steaming, roasting, or adding kale to smoothies (although we love those classic methods, too!)



Try using broccoli as a substitute for rice, or enjoy kale chips instead of potato chips. Consider steaming your broccoli stems, and then freezing them to add to smoothies for a fresh fiber boost.



Kale can also be a great replacement for basil in pesto, or you can even mix juiced kale with fruit juices to freeze into a nutrient-rich popsicle!
