Lately I've gotten some challenging feedback about an aspect of my personality. It’s a part of me that I’ve struggled with since I was a child. At first it was hard to hear, but I've taken the lessons to heart, and in this week's vlog I share the key things to keep in mind whenever we are faced with an aspect of ourselves we don’t like.

Tired Of Being Needy? Today Is Your Independence Day...In September!

How much control do you have over your life? How much control would you like to have?
When you're sick, do you say? "I have a bladder infection...I need to go to the doctor."
I think if I typed that sentence in to a translating app it'd likely say "I need to go sit in a waiting room full of sick people for an hour so that I can pay a nice man $150 to give me a pharmaceutical that will damage my gut flora and set up a perfect environment for a Candida overgrowth so I can come back later and get a different pharmaceutical for that."
Is that really what you need?
What if I told you that there were countless herbs IN YOUR BACKYARD that would do just as good a job of ridding your bladder of bacteria and would do so while also nourishing you and making the good-guy bacteria in your gut really happy?

What Is a Sepsis Infection?

By Dr. Mike Roizen, MD

When Madonna was found unresponsive and had to be intubated at the intensive care unit, she seemed to be contending with sepsis — a life-threatening infection. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that every year, at least 1.7 million adults in the U.S. develop sepsis and nearly 270,000 die from it.

But what is sepsis exactly?

It’s a bacterial, viral, or fungal infection often associated with a dysfunctional immune system, widespread inflammation, blood clots, or leaky blood vessels, which can lead to severely low blood pressure and potential organ damage.

Special: This Gut Health Secret Is Key to Your Body's Immune Challenges

People age 65 and older (Madonna is 65) and those with a compromised immune system who have recently had surgery, have a chronic condition such as obesity, or have an infection of the lungs, urinary tract, skin, or gastrointestinal tract are most vulnerable.

Symptoms include fever, chills, rapid breathing and heart rate, rash, confusion, and disorientation — making it easy to mistake sepsis for some other illness.

In the intensive care unit, doctors may administer antibiotics and fluids, drugs to support heart and blood vessel function and prevent blood clots, and in some cases insert a breathing tube or perform surgery to excise the infection.

Although the risk of death increases every hour treatment is delayed, about 80% of patients recover from sepsis — most with no residual problems.

However, sepsis can leave a person with cognition problems and make them more vulnerable to developing other infections.

If you or a loved one has those symptoms and are at risk, get to an emergency department ASAP.

Jim, how do you cope with stress?

Do you take a walk outside in the fresh air and sunshine? Go for a drive? Play a video game? Take a nap?

There are so many amazingly simple, healthy ways to deal with stressful situations or a high-stress lifestyle.

Including, I’ve discovered, deep breathing exercises.

Research shows that deep breathing (a.k.a. diaphragmatic breathing) can reduce the stress response, curb oxidative stress, lower blood pressure, and trigger the release of relaxing neurochemicals.

It also increases oxygen intake to ensure all of your organs, tissues, and internal systems get the oxygen they need to function better.

Next time you’re feeling overwhelmed or stressed, try one of these easy yet highly effective breathing exercises:

Abdominal breathing – Sit somewhere quiet, dark, and pleasant, in a comfortable chair. Place your right hand on your belly and your left hand on your chest. As you inhale, focus on filling your lungs without moving your upper chest or abdomen. The only movement should be in your diaphragm. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouths, trying to sustain a 6- or 8-count on both the inhale and exhale. Sustain this breathing for 10 to 20 minutes.

Breath focus – This technique combines deep breathing with relaxing visualization techniques for maximum effect. Sit or lie somewhere comfortable and close your eyes. Draw in a deep breath, filling your abdomen and chest as much as you can. As you’re inhaling, picture the air infusing your body with relaxation and peace (however it works to visualize that for you). Feel it spreading throughout your body. When you exhale, visualize expelling all the tension and stress, relaxing every muscle in your limbs, torso, and face. You can pair this with a mantra—for example, “I breathe in peace, and breathe out anxiety and stress”—if it helps. Continue for at least 10 minutes, though you can try for up to 20 minutes at a time.

Progressive muscle relaxation – Lie down on the floor (on a Yoga mat or blanket) or on your bed. Extend your legs and let your arms relax by your sides. Inhale through your nose, and as you do, tense the muscles in your feet. As you exhale, release the tension in your feet and feel the muscles relax. On your next inhale, tense the muscles in your calves, then relax them on the exhale. Keep moving steadily upward, tensing muscles on the inhale and relaxing them as you breathe out. Keep going until you finish off with the muscles in your face, then finish with a few minutes of deep breathing in a fully relaxed state.

Equal in and out – This is an easy technique that you can do anywhere, anytime. You can do it lying in bed, or in any chair—in the office, on the bus, on an airplane, pretty much anywhere you feel the need to de-stress. Focus on your inhalation, breathing in through your nose for a count of five. Then exhale through your mouth and sustain the breath out for a count of five. Keep breathing at this equal in and out count. Try extending it so you breathe for six seconds, then seven, and work your way up to ten seconds in and ten seconds out.

Modified lion’s breath – Sit in a comfortable chair. Inhale through your nose, filling your belly and lungs fully. On the exhale, open your mouth wide and expel the air with a “HAH!” sound. Repeat this for 5 to 10 minutes.

Give these five breathing exercises a try the next time you’re feeling stressed, and I promise you’ll walk away from your breathing session feeling a great deal more relaxed and at peace.
Yours in good health

Science confirms turmeric as effective as 14 drugs:

https://greenmedinfo.com/blog/science-confirms-turmeric-effective-14-drugs

You just need to be sure you have a good, fresh, uncontaminated brand.

The article says July 2022, but I received it in my in-box on September 26 because of my email subscription to GreenMedInfo.

My friend's son was getting horrid skin tags all over his chin, feeling very depressed about it because he makes his living as a DJ at weddings and parties. He felt he looked ugly and was afraid people wouldn't hire him anymore. He would freeze them off but they just came back. Then a friend of his suggested turmeric, and it worked, permanently. The tags went away and never came back.

Plant-Based Bacon: An Eggplant Bacon That Sizzles with Flavor

When you click the link, the recipe says you can use either eggplant or zucchini, but I can tell you zucchini doesn't work nearly as well as salted, drained eggplant. It really turns into bacon. I just use bacon salt (a brand which doesn't contain one molecule of any animal product, only flavoring).

Evidence known since almost immediately after the HPV vaccine started to be mandated for school kids, horrid neurological damage, lifelong pain, paralysis.

The sad thing is that adults can make their own decisions, so if they want to keep hammering themselves with Covid shots and 50 boosters, like boobies, fine. They're getting the Darwin effect. But children have these decisions imposed on them.

I wish they had that around here, I'd like to check it out.

It shouldn't be that hard to find in the spices section, but the organic one from San Francisco Salt, I doubt you'll find, but you can buy it online. Two pounds for 19.00, but it will last the rest of your life!

Del’s lawsuit against the CDC over the travel mask mandate has been pending ever since August 2022 after a federal judge in a related case granted the nationwide injunction preventing enforcement of the mandate. Recently, with the COVID-19 national emergency ending and with it the CDC’s travel mask mandate, Del has agreed to end his lawsuit against the CDC but only after the agency has expressly promised, in writing, that it has no plans to reinstate the mask mandate.
Lead Counsel, Aaron Siri, Esq. details CDC's response to ICAN lawsuit here:

Back in March 2022, after the White House and Congress both dropped their mask mandates, but CDC persisted in requiring masks on planes, trains, and buses, Del Bigtree announced that, with the help of ICAN’s attorneys, he had filed a lawsuit against the CDC. Watch Del’s original announcement here. That same month, ICAN’s attorneys separately filed a similar lawsuit on behalf of 17 members of Congress.
After a federal judge in Florida instituted a nationwide injunction against enforcement of the travel mask mandate in another case, the Congress Members helped support that lawsuit by filing a brief in the appeal in that case before the Eleventh Circuit.
While everyone was waiting for a decision, on April 10, 2023, President Biden signed H.J. Res. 7, which ended the COVID-19 national emergency and ultimately led the Eleventh Circuit to end the case as moot—meaning there was no relief for the court to grant because the plaintiffs had already gotten what they wanted: the end of the mandate.
Now, Del is pleased to announce that as part of ending his lawsuit, the CDC expressly agreed in writing that “defendant Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has represented that it is not aware of any present intention, plans, or discussions by defendants regarding reinstituting the mask mandate on aircraft.” And with that confirmation from the CDC, he agreed to resolve his case against the CDC. This is a win for all.
Rest assured ICAN will bring you any updates on this issue as they occur. Thank you for ensuring ICAN can continue its efforts to protect civil liberties.

Dear Friend,
For a long time, scientists believed that neurons could not divide or repair themselves with age, but we now know this is not true — research has shown that the brain can regenerate itself, even in older people!
When it comes to healing any type of brain disorder — as well as improving your cognitive function, brain fog, memory, and mood — it is crucial to address inflammation and oxidative stress within the brain, as well as toxins such glyphosate.
Numerous studies link environmental toxins to neurological diseases, cognitive problems, and other brain-related issues. One review showed a clear association between air pollution exposure and cognitive impairment and decline. Other studies connect both indoor and outdoor air pollution with significant reductions in cognitive abilities.
The best approach for detoxifying your body and brain is to use holistic-based solutions that help bind and trap toxins so they can be safely eliminated.

Slow Down the Great Reset by rejecting WHO's IHR amendments, passed using a loose consensus procedure 16 months ago

SEP 29
In January 2022 the USA put forward a dozen new amendments to be considered by the 194 members of the WHO at its annual meeting in May 2022. These proposals essentially would have given the WHO more centralized power and speed up the adoption of new treaties and amendments to existing International Health Regulations. While the EU nations and other US allies came forward to support them, there was considerable pushback and most of the amendmentswere withdrawn and not put to a vote in 2022. But some remained, and were adopted without a vote after back room negotiations.
These amendments to the existing International Health Regulations reduced the time for new amendments to go into effect from 24 months to 12 months. The initial proposal was to reduce the time period during which nations could issue a formal opt-out to new amendments from 18 to 6 months. That did not fly, so a compromise was reached, giving nations 10 months to reject future amendments before being bound by them. Any amendments adopted next May will come into force 12 months later and will have a 10 month period during which nations can opt out.
However, the amendments passed last year to do this are still subject to the old rules, giving nations 18 months to opt out of them. Those 18 months will be up December 1, 2023.
Nations that opt out of the May 2022 amendments by December 1 will not be bound by future amendments until 24 months after adoption, and will have 18 months to reject future amendments.
Is this complicated or what?
The Great Reset planners are trying to move forward with their CBDCs, Digital IDs, 15 minute “smart” cities, pandemic treaty (currently being referred to as an “accord”) and the IHR amendments, and many other schemes over the next few months. In the current proposed version of the treaty (the Bureau draft) the WHO Bureau has shortened the time for the treaty to go into effect to only 30 days after the 30th signatory nation signs on—which could be next July, or about 9 months from now! But with so many egregious and unpopular proposals in it, expect the WHO managers to make major changes in the next proposed version, due out late in October.
Any opportunity we have to throw a wrench in the works will be good! The eleven nations that formally rejected the UN’s proposals last week are those most likely to reject the IHR amendments at the WHO.
If you have any useful connections with officialls or influentials with any of these nations, please consider contacting them about this!
See James Roguski’s substack. Feel free to contact me if you want to help with this at [email protected]. Those nations are:
  1. Belarus
  2. Bolivia
  3. Cuba
  4. Democratic People’s Republic of Korea
  5. Eritrea
  6. Islamic Republic of Iran
  7. Nicaragua
  8. Russian Federation
  9. Syrian Arab Republic
  10. Venezuela
  11. Zimbabwe
Thanks for helping out. Reread this once or twice more as it is very confusing!

Standing up for our right to free speech with a feeling of defeat and negativity could jeopardise what we wish to achieve. Many of us complain about the erosion of free speech, censorship and other people’s silence on important topics, but how much does that improve matters? Complaining definitely raises awareness of the problem, which is the first step to sorting it out. Without awareness nothing can be done. Pointing out what is wrong may also rally likeminded individuals and groups around a common cause or campaign. But negative thoughts and statements only go so far in resolving the issue. Being more optimistic about the future and the outcome of our battles can move us closer to our desired goals. Cultivating a sense of gratitude for what is going well, while remaining focussed during the fight, can also assist us.

Optimism

As difficult as it may be to summon at times, a glimmer of optimism can support us in achieving the future we wish to see. Shining a light during times of darkness and illuminating our path ahead. The free speech landscape is continuously narrowing under new laws, online censorship and societal changes. The trajectory of which leads us to a potential future steeped in sanctions for simply expressing what we believe. A world of social credit systems, de-banking for voicing our opinions, being outcast from our groups and having our freedoms curtailed. As bleak and depressing as this future dystopia sounds, pointing out the real danger of it manifesting is necessary. Many people have no idea that we are moving in this direction as a society, and therefore have no concerns at all. However, focussing our attention on the problem must be balanced with actively creating a range of solutions. In order for us to bring about these solutions we will require at least a dash of optimism. Cultivating a belief that our efforts to defend our hard won civic freedoms will eventually bear fruit. Knowing, on an intuitive level, that we are going to win. Visualising with absolute clarity the future we each wish to see.

There are excellent reasons why a more optimistic outlook on life is better than a pessimistic one. If we adopt a pessimistic attitude, and enter the realm of depression, we can easily jeopardise our health. Our immune system can weaken and levels of cortisol and other stress hormones begin to rise. Stress hormones attack white blood cells, which are a crucial part of our immune response. When cortisol levels increase, our ability to respond effectively to infectious diseases decreases, and our ability to fight various cancers is reduced. Optimism, on the other hand, creates a buffer against the probability of experiencing depression. Not only does optimism reduce stress, it also increases dopamine levels. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that makes us feel happy, motivated and more confident to take risks. Optimistic people are happier, have more productive relationships and they cope better in challenging situations.

Within the context of our free speech, and expressing controversial or politically sensitive opinions, optimism can be a powerful ally. Staying focussed on our goals, and feeling confident that we will attain them, will help us navigate our way on our quest. Particularly during times when we are attacked by others for voicing our opinions.

Gratitude

As a free speech advocate, and having been attacked for being one, I have found myself slipping into pessimism at times. Reputational damage, harm to my livelihood, smears in the press and other negative consequences of speaking my mind, occasionally take their toll. Many of us who have publicly commented on controversial topics have been attacked and subsequently incurred losses. When this happens, our survival instinct kicks in. We wonder how we will overcome our challenges, how we will pay our bills and meet our family commitments. Things which we may have previously taken for granted without much worry. Our urgent need for survival can then lead to desperate thoughts and actions. I am not immune to this myself and is one of the reasons for me writing The Hero’s Voice. I would like my experience of having my free speech attacked to be of value to others. Being honest about how difficult it is, but also how important and enlightening it can be.

Author and professor of psychology, Dr. Robert Emmons, is regarded as the world’s leading expert on gratitude. His research has revealed that expressing gratitude improves our feelings of self-esteem. His research also shows less obvious outcomes. For example, expressing gratitude can lead to a strengthened heart, a more robust immune system and decreased blood pressure. Dr. Emmons’ research also demonstrates that our academic intelligence expands and our capacity for forgiveness increases when we say what we are thankful for.

I find that I feel immediately uplifted, lighter and more relaxed when I have listed the things for which I am grateful. My negative self-talk recedes and I appreciate the things which are going well in my life. During this time of upheaval, as a result of speaking out, making the effort to be thankful for what is going well has helped me enormously. This has then enabled me to become more optimistic and therefore work out a way to solve my problems.

A light in the darkness

“If we realise that we live in a powerful world full of energy, and that energy is a creative energy of the universe, and our power is the spiritual power of aligning ourselves, then we are very powerful” Vandana Shiva

Going against the grain and voicing our opinions about controversial and politically sensitive subjects can get very dark. It invites attacks and smears. Our lives may become difficult if we get marginalised by friends, family and colleagues. We may worry about our finances and work opportunities and wonder how we will cope. These are all valid concerns and inevitable consequences if we are in a minority of people speaking out. In my case, I was the only headteacher or school principal out of more than 20,000 to voice my concerns about lockdowns, masking kids and the vaccine rollout to children. I was easy pickings for those who disagreed with my views. I then incurred a range of losses, including all of those listed above and more. But going very deeply within myself to find optimism, and listing the many things for which I am grateful, has helped. This has then inspired another journey, which Vandana Shiva captures so well in her quote above. A spiritual dimension to the free speech quest and discovery of The Hero’s Voice. The feeling that I am on the side of light and love in a great battle against darkness. Really looking hard for the sparks of light within me. Making connections with likeminded individuals and opening myself to helpful synchronicities along the way. Perhaps this is the true purpose of these turbulent times? To align with the divine and for each of us to express our individual truth. Eventually creating the future of freedom we each want for our children and for ourselves. Either way, fostering a sense of optimism and gratitude may open doors which are hard to find when we feel pessimistic and defeated. Traits which we discover while on our quest and which pave the way for the outcome we desire.

Hi Jimi

We just had thousands of amazing women and men like yourself show up for the Toxins Exposed webclass…

If you missed any part of the presentation, we’ve made the replay available for the next 72 hours, meaning this may be your only chance to hear about this cancer detox blueprint.

>> Watch the replay HERE before it disappears forever (expires in 72 hours)

During this airing, Nathan and Dr. Flavin shared some pretty incredible insights:

  • Discover why research estimates that 95-99% of cancers are NOT genetic. (And what really causes you to get cancer).
  • How the CDC discovered that the average American’s body could be hiding up to 200 toxic chemicals that cause breast, lung, and kidney cancer.
  • How C went from a hopeless stage 4 cancer diagnosis, to naturally putting her cancer into remission. (As supported by her latest doctor’s visit!)
  • Why estimates show that up to 50% of American adults could end up with a cancer diagnosis in the near future.
  • How to naturally get your body to stop making cancer. (Without chemo, radiation, or surgery)
But the only way you’ll get this potentially life-saving information… is by watching the replay of Toxins Exposed.

So we’ll keep the window open for just a few more days, but after that, it’s going offline…

>> [Expires in 72 hours] Watch the Toxins Exposed replay here.

Yours in health,

The Conquering Cancer team
