Tests on school lunch samples revealed:

95.3% of the school lunch items contained carcinogenic, endocrine disrupting, and liver disease-causing glyphosate.

74% of the samples contained at least one of 29 harmful pesticides.

Veterinary drugs and hormones were found in 9 school lunch samples at levels up to 130.76 ng/g.

100% of the school lunch samples contained heavy metals at levels up to 6,293 X higher than the EPA’s maximum levels allowed in drinking water.

The majority of the samples were abysmally low in nutrients.

Dear Friend,
What is it about the fall and winter that make us want to stay in bed and sleep more? We all know that with the colder weather and shorter days, the tendency to feel fatigued and want to crawl in bed is high.
Experts say our basic sleep needs don’t actually change between the seasons — in fact, too much sleep can be just as damaging to certain areas of your health as not enough sleep.
The main reason people may feel tired and sleepy during the winter is a change in melatonin production. Melatonin is our master sleep hormone, and it acts like a “reset” button for the body’s internal clock system (aka circadian rhythms).
During the darker days and longer nights of winter, melatonin production can increase, and levels may rise earlier in the day, causing daytime sleepiness and triggering imbalances in our sleep cycles and natural circadian rhythms. This might make it harder to fall asleep or wake up at the usual times.

Your funds are mostly what has supported DoorToFreedom.org so far, along with a great crew of volunteers, and I hope you will check out the website at this time and give me comments back. We have a lot of great content now, as well as our 2-minute articles.
A next step is to create some additional simple bulleted documents about the WHO and get them translated into several languages, to be used for briefings.
We will have a large Zoom call for organizations that want to work with us early in November. Tell me if your organization is interested in joining the call.
I did lose about 100 overall subscribers since yesterday, which I suspect is due to the Israel-Gaza post, while I have gained some paid subscribers. Now I understand better why so few pundits have been willing to talk about the ways Israel seems to have allowed the attack to happen, or how Israel may have deliberately bombed a hospital where thousands of Gazans sought safety: they fear losing their readers and support.
To me, this is more reason to condemn all violence, particularly when it is deliberate violence against civilians… which, by the way, is illegal under the rules of war, at least those of the US. Not that the US obeys. But meeting violence with violence simply begets more violence, as everyone knows. So why are we cheering for one side or the other when both are attacking the innocent? Why aren’t we calling for a ceasefire while we sort out exactly what happened? Why is withholding food and water from Gaza okay?
There is a wonderful phrase, “The fog of war” that encapsulates the fact that while people are fighting, all you will hear about the conflict are spin and lies. So I call for a ceasefire and a deep investigation of WTF actually happened and is happening. That is where I stand. The old testament called for an eye for an eye. That was thousands of years ago. Are we no more civilized now?

… Exacerbated by, but also preceding, the COVID-19 pandemic, there is increasing appreciation of the value of mental health and its contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including Universal Health Coverage (UHC). Mental health conditions – including anxiety, depression and psychosis, as well as neurological and substance use disorders – account for a quarter of all non-fatal disease burden, and more than 700 000 people die as a result of suicide each year.
Despite progress in some countries, people with mental health conditions, including those with psychosocial disabilities, continue to experience discrimination and human rights violations across the world. WHO works to promote a rights-based, person-centred and intersectoral approach to mental health policy, planning and legislation, and to enhance access to evidence-based, quality care for people with mental health conditions.
I’d love to know what a rights-based, person-centred, intersectoral approach might be, and I can’t wait to see the evidence base for the WHO’s mental health care. My guess is that this is part of a plan to drug up those of us naysayers, just like the Soviets did. This was done to two of my doctor colleagues in Canada and Switzerland early in the pandemic: both were given forced antipsychotics. But they could also provide amphetamines and then call us psychotic or delusional.
After all, my medical board was insistent that I see their neuropsychologist to get a mental health diagnosis that they could then use to hang me. Instead, they had to use weaker bogus excuses like failing to follow the telemedicine rules that the governor had revoked. Less convincing.​

Among the many WTF symptoms of perimenopause that we were never warned about, trouble sleeping tops the list for most of the women I coach.

How the electric company tried to con me into a smart meter today

After I had already filled in their form AND notified the town manager they were not allowed on my property to touch the existing meter​

The utility company (in this case, Versant) owns the meter but I own the house it is attached to and the land it is on.
So when we were informed the meters would be changed out to a smart meter (which made one of my patients sick and has allegedly led to fires and very high, crazy bills in some areas) I told the town manager I would not accept a changeover and was instructed to write to the company with their form, which I did. I explained to both that changing the meter entailed trespassing, an illegal act.
Nonetheless, today a young man drove up and announced he was changing the meter. No, said I. Well, we will change it to a non-transmitting meter, he said—which comes with a $15/month service fee. No thanks, the old meter is working fine. Well, said he, I will give you the OPT-OUT form. While I had alreaedy sent one in, I thought I’d take a look at it.
As before, they give you the general number to call, so it takes awhile to get the right person. I was able to confirm with him that yes, in fact the “OPT-OUT” non-communicating meter was the exact same smart meter they planned to install, except Versant would not turn on the communicator. Hello? My meter had come to the end of its useful life, you see. Except it was still working just fine.
Do you see their attempt to mislead? Your two choices are opt-in or opt-out and each involves a switch to the very same smart meter. I suggested to the man at the other end of the call that he might reconsider his job choice, since it involved misleading his customers. He replied that he liked his job. In the current milieu, he should go far.
I informed him that if anyone tried to trespass and install the new meter, I would call the police. I carefully avoided mentioning my 20 gauge purchase, though I leave the box it came in by the front door for people like the meter man to be aware of.
I wonder if the utility companies are being paid by the government to install new meters, and if the meters have any other functionalities. Why the bait and switch?
So if you don’t want a smart meter, be cognizant that “opting out” may in fact opt you in.

Most breast cancers are highly preventable and manageable when caught early. The most commonly talked about medical exam for prevention is a mammogram. A mammogram doesn’t really offer much prevention, per se - it shows changes in breast tissue when it’s already late in the game (the cell damage is already present and has advanced).
To me, that’s not prevention.
Mammograms may give a fairly early diagnosis, but my mission is to show you how to do true prevention; one that shows breast tissue changes years before a breast cancer diagnosis is made.
It’s called a thermogram.

Documents reviewed by Bloomberg reveal a coordinated attempt by the Ethiopian government and 2019 Nobel Peace Prize winner Abiy Ahmed, PhD, its prime minister, to discredit World Health Organization director Tedros Ghebreyesus, PhD, MSc.
Before Ghebreyesus' reappointment in 2022, the administration pushed allegations of sexual misconduct and embezzlement against the leader, detaining his family members in Ethiopia and subjecting them to harassment, despite a lack of evidence supporting the claims, the article stated.
The conflict stems from Ghebreyesus' affiliation with an opposing political party, the Tigray People's Liberation Front, that previously governed the country, Bloomberg reported. In 2020, the Tigray war broke out, killing hundreds of thousands just as the WHO's role grew more important than ever given the global pandemic.
No charges have been filed so far, but documents include bank statements, handwritten witness accounts, and emails among investigators, witnesses, and banks, and were sent to judicial officials and federal police. The allegations, which Ghebreyesus vehemently denies, include alleged illegal procurement of HIV test kits and epidemic drugs; enriching himself through contracts given out by the health ministry and the Pharmaceutical Supply Agency, including accepting a bribe; and harassing and assaulting women.
Bloomberg reported that so far, there is no evidence to back up these claims, and that the government's intelligence unit requested financial details and bank statements related to Ghebreyesus, his family, and Tigrayan officials.
"When government officials subvert the fight against corruption and financial crime to settle political scores, it undermines the rule of law and is a setback to authentic good governance efforts," Gabriel Bourdon-Fattal, director of programs at the French whistleblower organization that originally received the documents, said in a statement. According to Bloomberg, Ghebreyesus remains fearful of returning home because of arrests and actions against his family, though the investigation is no longer active.

kip the Spooky Chemicals and GMOs This Season:​

How the electric company tried to con me into a smart meter today


After I had already filled in their form AND notified the town manager they were not allowed on my property to touch the existing meter​

The utility company (in this case, Versant) owns the meter but I own the house it is attached to and the land it is on.
So when we were informed the meters would be changed out to a smart meter (which made one of my patients sick and has allegedly led to fires and very high, crazy bills in some areas) I told the town manager I would not accept a changeover and was instructed to write to the company with their form, which I did. I explained to both that changing the meter entailed trespassing, an illegal act.
Nonetheless, today a young man drove up and announced he was changing the meter. No, said I. Well, we will change it to a non-transmitting meter, he said—which comes with a $15/month service fee. No thanks, the old meter is working fine. Well, said he, I will give you the OPT-OUT form. While I had alreaedy sent one in, I thought I’d take a look at it.
As before, they give you the general number to call, so it takes awhile to get the right person. I was able to confirm with him that yes, in fact the “OPT-OUT” non-communicating meter was the exact same smart meter they planned to install, except Versant would not turn on the communicator. Hello? My meter had come to the end of its useful life, you see. Except it was still working just fine.
Do you see their attempt to mislead? Your two choices are opt-in or opt-out and each involves a switch to the very same smart meter. I suggested to the man at the other end of the call that he might reconsider his job choice, since it involved misleading his customers. He replied that he liked his job. In the current milieu, he should go far.
I informed him that if anyone tried to trespass and install the new meter, I would call the police. I carefully avoided mentioning my 20 gauge purchase, though I leave the box it came in by the front door for people like the meter man to be aware of.
I wonder if the utility companies are being paid by the government to install new meters, and if the meters have any other functionalities. Why the bait and switch?
So if you don’t want a smart meter, be cognizant that “opting out” may in fact opt you in.

Several things wrong with this post. Nobody is going to get sick from a smart meter. You will get more RF from your microwave and cell phone than a meter on the outside of your house that only transmits when asked to at a low power. I worked for a smart meter manufacturer for 15 years. I have not gotten sick and my friends in the meter test shop with hundreds of meters around them have not gotten sick as well.

The electric company in this case could have handled things better, but the author could have as well. The electric company has the right of way to access their equipment and update it. Calling the police would not get them charged with trespassing. If the author had whipped out his shotgun guess who would be going to jail. The over charging thing may have happened in the early days of smart meters, but not any more.
