EATING WITH CONSCIENCE

Make Sure Your Strawberries Are Organic

It’s the time of year many of us are buying berries, so it’s worth knowing what can come with non-organic strawberries. They consistently top the dirty dozen list for good reason. Of the 72 pesticides with established tolerances for the crop, 65 are linked to chronic health problems including cancer, 29 are acutely toxic to farmworkers, and 28 are toxic to bees, which strawberries depend on for pollination.

Between 1992 and 2010, California alone recorded 237 farmworker poisoning incidents tied to strawberry production, and pesticide illness is widely underreported, so that number is almost certainly low.

There’s no way to know which of those 72 pesticides were used to grow any given container of berries unless you know your farmer personally. Your local farmers market is a good place to start, though it’s worth asking them directly. The USDA organic label isn’t perfect, but you can at least know those 72 pesticides aren’t part of the picture.

Beyond Pesticides has a full breakdown of what’s actually on your strawberries at Eating with Conscience.

SOIL FERTILITY

Healthy Soil, Healthy Brain: What a New Global Study Found

by Eric W. Dolan, PsyPost – Psychology News:

“A recent study published in Scientific Reports suggests a notable geographical link between global soil fertility and the average intelligence quotient of nations. The findings provide evidence that the nutritional quality of local soils might play an indirect role in shaping human cognitive development on a worldwide scale.

Human brain development relies heavily on adequate nutrition, particularly the intake of essential minerals and vitamins. Plants and animals absorb these nutrients from the earth, meaning human diets are deeply connected to the health of the ground beneath their feet. When soil lacks vital elements like iron, zinc, or iodine, the food grown in it tends to be nutritionally deficient. Deficiencies in these specific nutrients are known to negatively affect cognitive growth, especially in young children.

Zinc and iron are necessary for the central nervous system to build physical structures and produce the chemicals that allow brain cells to communicate. Severe or long-lasting dietary shortages can lead to persistent cognitive impairments and learning difficulties.”

The results should be interpreted as evidence that soil fertility is one potentially important environmental correlate of human intelligence rather than a dominant or exclusive determinant. Read more about this fascinating study.

Hi Jimi,

Today, at the Multiple Sclerosis and Autoimmune Summit 4.0, I will kick off the day with a deep talk on the best foods and targeted supplements to support brain health, reduce inflammation, and improve energy.
When fatigue follows you everywhere, when brain fog makes simple tasks feel harder than they should, or when symptoms seem to arrive without warning, it's easy to wonder whether this is simply how life will be from now on.
Today's experts challenge that assumption.

Join us
In just 15 minutes, you'll get access to all presentations.

Today’s speakers will explore fasting, circadian rhythms, microbiome repair, mold toxicity, mitochondrial function, movement strategies, memory protection, and practical ways to improve resilience for people living with MS and autoimmune disease.

You’ll also learn why restoring brain energy and reducing inflammatory burden may be one of the most important steps toward long-term recovery and vitality.

Thank you for making your health a priority.

One of the hardest parts about dealing with ongoing pain is feeling like it’s unpredictable.
Some days are better, some days aren’t, and it’s not always clear why.
That lack of control can be just as frustrating as the pain itself.
But when you start to understand the factors that influence how your body moves and responds, things become more predictable. You begin to see patterns, and with that comes the ability to influence them.
His approach focuses on helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface so you can start making changes that actually hold.
This kind of training is invaluable, and Dr. Yoni is sharing it completely free of charge.
So thankful that you're making an investment in your health, your life and yourself.
Because health means everything,

A diagnosis feels like a starting point.
But for most chronic conditions, it is not.
By the time a name gets attached to what is happening, the process behind it has usually been underway for years. The body has been compensating. Adapting. Finding workarounds. Until it can no longer do so quietly.
What we call disease is often the end of a long accumulation, not the beginning of one.
Understanding what accumulated, and how to begin clearing it, is what the Whole Body Detox Summit is built around.
So thankful that you’re making an investment in your health, your life and yourself.

Dr. Tamiko is a Stanford rheumatologist and lifestyle medicine physician, which means she brings together the best of conventional medicine with food, gut health, movement, sleep, stress support, and environmental medicine.
She is also, as you’ll see in this interview, my new “doctor crush”. 😆 She’s brilliant!

This eye-opening conversation is airing exclusively during The Anti-Inflammatory Solution Replay Weekend, which ends tonight at midnight.
Tune in now to discover:
  • Why osteoarthritis may be less about worn-out joints and more about hidden inflammation.
  • The “stuck joint” warning sign many people write off as normal aging. If it takes you 30 minutes to warm-up in the morning, you’ll want to see this.
  • How a popular “harmless” pain relief remedy can actually make your pain WORSE over time.
  • The 8-week “Plants for Joints” trial that improved pain, function, and quality of life. Doctors were stunned by the results.
  • The tiny seed Dr. Tamiko calls “the perfect food” for anyone trying to support their gut, joints, and inflammation response. What it is and where to find it.
And so much more!
If your joints feel stiff in the morning…

Over 40 million Americans take statins.
They are prescribed for cholesterol. They reduce cardiovascular risk in documented ways. They are, on certain measures, genuinely effective.
They also cross the blood-brain barrier.
The research on statins and cognitive function is not hidden. Published studies have found associations between statin use and memory problems, confusion, and cognitive decline. The FDA added a warning about this in 2012. It appears on the label.
Most patients starting statin therapy are not walked through that research. They are told their cholesterol is high and given a prescription.
Trevor King has spent years documenting the gap between what pharmaceutical research shows and what patients are actually told. He is going live Thursday, June 11th at 4pm ET for a free webinar on the pharmaceutical industry's influence on health information and what the evidence on natural alternatives actually shows.
So thankful that you're making an investment in your health, your life and yourself.

P.S. The cognitive effects of statins are on the label. Most patients never read it because nobody handed it to them. This Thursday, Trevor covers what patients deserve to know. Register here.

Children's Health Updates

On this week's episode of With the Wind, Dr. Paul is joined by Peter McCullough, M.D., internist, cardiologist, and epidemiologist, for a wide-ranging conversation on the childhood vaccine schedule, autism spectrum disorder, and the rapidly shifting landscape around vaccine policy in the United States. Dr. McCullough has published over a thousand peer-reviewed articles, reviewed thousands more, and has spent the past several years leading the McCullough Foundation's systematic review of the vaccination literature. He is also the co-author of the new book Vaccines, Mythology, Ideology and Reality.
This episode is grounded in published science and in Dr. McCullough's own clinical and professional experience — including a personal vaccination history that spans 69 vaccines over his lifetime. He and Dr. Paul examine how the conversation around the childhood schedule has changed, what the peer-reviewed literature shows about mechanisms of concern, and what parents across the country are now asking. They also discuss the most recent ACIP changes — what actually happened, what it means, and why the response has been so intense.
GLP-1 agonist drugs have gained significant traction as a solution. Dr. Perro explains how these drugs work, why they appear effective on paper, and why she has serious reservations about using them in children who are still developing. Among her concerns: no long-term pediatric data, loss of muscle mass with weight regain returning as fat, and documented side effects including gastroparesis, pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, and a black box warning for depression and suicidal ideation. She also flags that a generic version of one of these drugs is available on Amazon without a prescription — a situation she believes is already creating risks in high school settings. The conversation closes with practical, specific guidance for families on food, home cooking, movement, and building the microbiome as the foundation of lasting change.
"When I count up 40 flu shots and everything else, I have taken 69 vaccines in my body."
— Peter McCullough, M.D.

In this episode, Dr. McCullough discusses:

  • His personal evolution from never questioning the vaccine schedule to reviewing hundreds of peer-reviewed studies — and what that research revealed
  • The biological mechanism of concern: cytokines triggered by combination vaccination crossing into the developing brain, and the role of aluminum adjuvants
  • Autism spectrum disorder at 1 in 31 children as of 2022 CDC data, and how he applies the Austin Bradford Hill causality criteria to the published evidence
  • Vaccination during pregnancy: premature delivery risk, a JAMA randomized trial on apnea in hospitalized newborns, and the temporal relationship to sudden infant death
  • The new ACIP committee, the vote to end universal Covid-19 shot recommendations, and the MMRv seizure risk discussion
  • A recent JAMA report showing only 40% of parents plan to follow the routine schedule — and what it means for the future of pediatric medicine

It's summer.

The sun is out longer than it's been all year.

And most of us are still spending the majority of our days indoors to stay cool.

But what if stepping outside for just 20 to 30 minutes a day,

Was one of the most powerful things you could do for your health right now?

Most people think of sunlight and immediately think of vitamin D.

But Dr. Roger Seheult, a quadruple board-certified physician in internal medicine,

pulmonary diseases, critical care, and sleep medicine,

discovered something his patients on vitamin D supplements weren't showing.

What he found changed everything:

The infrared light in sunlight penetrates deep into your tissues and supports your mitochondria.

And when your mitochondria function well, they produce melatonin.

Not the kind you take before bed.

The kind produced inside your cells that acts as one of your body's most powerful natural antioxidants.

And no supplement can replicate it.

This summer, the most powerful health tool available to you…

May be right outside your door.

Read the full article and discover what daily sunlight may do for your body beyond vitamin D

With love and care,

🩺 HEALTH HACK: The next time you feel a stress spike, try this before reaching for anything else: splash cold water on your face. The shock triggers the mammalian dive reflex, activating your vagus nerve and shifting your nervous system into rest-and-recover mode within seconds. It's one of the most immediate resets available, and it requires nothing but a sink. Learn how cold water activates your body's built-in calm response.
🧬 YOUR ANCIENT BODY: Your body isn't just getting older, it's navigating nine distinct biological processes that researchers have identified as the core hallmarks of aging. This includes DNA damage, cellular senescence, and declining stem cell activity. Understanding what's actually happening under the hood changes the way you think about the choices you make daily. Watch this TED-Ed breakdown of why and how our bodies age.
🤔 DID YOU KNOW?: Water is technically diamagnetic, which means it's slightly repelled by magnetic fields. Under the right conditions, a strong enough magnet can physically bend a flowing stream of water. It's a reproducible phenomenon backed by a peer-reviewed paper, and it says something cool about how much we still don't fully understand about one of the most common substances on Earth. Watch the experiment in action — and what happens when heavy water enters the picture.

🧭 WILDERNESS SURVIVAL: Learning to read animal tracks is one of those skills that permanently changes how you go on a hike or a walk in the woods. Suddenly a muddy trail could give you a hint about what passed through, and when. It’s an opportunity to slow us down for more present observation, to stay grounded, and connected to skills and intelligence that has been around for much longer than anyone alive today. Here’s an overview of some tracking techniques you can bring with you into the wilderness.
🧠 OPTIMIZED MIND: For decades, depression was explained almost entirely through the lens of serotonin deficiency… which is a model that only scratches the surface. Yale researchers now point to other synaptic connections as a central driver, and they’re finding that when depression is effectively treated, the brain can return to looking like a healthy brain, both at the cellular and structural level. Watch Yale Medicine explain the neurobiology of depression and what's changing.
🌱 REGENERATIVE FUTURE: If you saw The Need To GROW, you know that healthy soil doesn't just grow food, it actively pulls carbon out of the atmosphere and locks it underground. According to the IPCC, scaling regenerative agriculture globally could sequester up to 23 gigatons of CO₂ by 2050. That's one of the most credible, nature-based ecological solutions we’ve got, and we should all be loudly demanding it. Read the World Economic Forum's case for regenerative farming as a planetary solution.

Fear shapes more of life than we realize
Releasingfest

Dear Jimi,
Fear can be a powerful block to our health, happiness, success, and well-being.
Fear can take many forms including anxiety, worry, panic, tension, nervousness, distrust, defensiveness, and uncertainty. Even highly capable and successful people are often subtly manipulated by fear without realizing it.
When we are lost in fear, our attention tends to focus on what may go wrong, what we may lose, or how we might not be able to protect ourselves or the people we love.
Yet underneath fear is a much more natural energy that already exists within each of us.
Courage. Fearlessness. Freedom.
Just touching this deeper energy can begin dissolving fear and all the thoughts and beliefs connected to it.
Beginning June 16, Learning Strategies and Hale Dwoskin will be sharing a special free online Releasingfest called From Fear to Fearlessness for three days. You already have a Free Pass!
Hale image

Introducing your mentor, Hale Dwoskin
Your teacher and mentor, Hale Dwoskin, authored the New York Times best-selling book, The Sedona Method, and is featured in the movie Letting Go. He founded Sedona Training Associates, to teach courses based on the emotional releasing techniques inspired by his mentor, Lester Levenson.
During this event, Hale will explore how fear quietly limits our lives in ways we often do not fully recognize.
Fear can prevent us from doing what we truly want to do because we create endless “what if” scenarios around taking action. Fear can also keep us holding onto problems because we are afraid of what might happen if we finally let go.
As Hale explains, many fears are simply false evidence appearing real.
Even when fears seem justified, they are often blown far out of proportion to the actual situation. When we are afraid, we frequently lose touch with our natural discernment, clarity, and intuitive knowing.
Yet when we begin recognizing fear as untrue, even for a moment, we immediately start becoming freer from its hold.
As we let go of fear, many things naturally begin opening up:
  • We feel safer and more relaxed
  • The mind becomes quieter
  • We see solutions where before we only saw problems
  • We gain confidence handling life’s challenges
  • New possibilities begin appearing
  • We feel more at home within ourselves and within life itself
One insight from Hale that I especially appreciate is how differently he approaches difficult emotions.
Instead of endlessly asking: “Why do I feel this way?”
He suggests asking: “How can I let this go?” or “How can I tap my courage?”
Giving the mind a positive direction helps us move toward freedom instead of reinforcing the fear.
If this speaks to you, I hope you’ll join us for this special free event.
You can attend the full Releasingfest free for 3 days beginning June 16.
For your personal best,
Pete Bissonette

EU countries will vote on June 12 - Act Now!
Dear Monsanto Tribunal supporter,
Will the EU pesticides law be weakened? On June 12, EU countries will vote on their position, before entering the debate with the EU Parliament and Commission.
Why don't they take action to truly protect health, water quality and biodiversity? And why do they continue on the dead-end road to protect chemical companies and toxic pesticides?
You can do something. There are two steps: Sign our petition and next ask your Ministers of Health, Environment and Agriculture to stand for a strong pesticides law. It only takes a couple of minutes.
Take Action Now
Science is exposing more and more health problems related to pesticides. Biodiversity is collapsing and our water is polluted with PFAS, but our politicians hesitate to act. Most prefer to ignore the problems and instead push for weaker EU regulation with an "Omnibus" package. Unlimited authorisation of pesticides, more exceptions to use even the most toxic ones and allowing drone spraying are on the table.

Let’s talk about something people whisper about privately—but almost nobody talks about openly.

Low libido.

A disappearing sex drive.

Feeling disconnected from intimacy, attraction, or even from your own body.

If your libido has taken a nose-dive lately—or if it’s been missing in action for months or even years—I want you to hear this first:

You are not broken.
You are not defective.
And this is NOT just something you have to quietly accept as “getting older.”

One thing I’ve learned after decades studying holistic health—and years ago working as a sex therapist—is this:

The body is deeply interconnected.

Your libido is not isolated from the rest of your health.

It’s connected to:
  • hormone balance
  • circulation
  • gut health
  • nervous-system health
  • inflammation
  • blood sugar stability
  • nutrient status
  • energy production
  • and even toxic load
Your body is incredibly smart. Its primary job is survival.

And when your body feels depleted, inflamed, stressed, undernourished, or overloaded with toxins… survival takes priority over pleasure.

In other words: when the body is exhausted, reproduction and intimacy are often some of the first systems to quietly shut down.

Modern life is creating the perfect storm for low libido:
  • chronic stress
  • ultra-processed foods
  • poor sleep
  • blood sugar crashes
  • endocrine-disrupting chemicals
  • nutrient depletion
  • medication side effects
  • gut dysfunction and inflammation
But here’s the encouraging part:

Your libido is often a reflection of your overall vitality.

Which means when you start supporting your body properly—feeding it real nutrients, improving circulation, balancing blood sugar, reducing inflammation, supporting detox pathways, and calming the nervous system—many women notice major changes not only in energy, but in desire and connection too.
You deserve to feel vibrant, alive, connected, and fully yourself again—not just physically surviving your life.

And by the way… this topic absolutely applies to men too.

To higher vibrations,

“Please Don’t Put Me
in a Nursing Home…”

A Heartfelt Plea You Can’t Ignore

Few things strike more fear into the hearts of older adults and their families than those two dreaded words: “nursing home.”

According to a recent survey, aging adults fear the loss of independence most of all. Also among seniors’ top 10 fears is the inability to continue living at home, and being forced to have strangers caring for them.

Unfortunately, all these fears combine to become a disturbing reality when seniors are forced into nursing homes to live out the remainder of their lives. About 1.3 million Americans are housed in nursing homes in 2024, and that number will continue to rise as more baby boomers reach their “golden years.”

One man faced this situation personally when his mother pleaded with him to never put her in a nursing home. And while he didn’t know the first thing about nursing homes or caring for an aging parent, his sense of duty and diligence started him on a quest for answers to this troubling dilemma.

Because the answers he found were so powerful, he wanted to help others going through the same challenges. He partnered with Newsmax Health to create a special report revealing the 3 things that could jeopardize your ability to live independently — and quite literally push you into a nursing home.

In this special report, you’ll hear some good news. You will find out how you, your parent, or your spouse are not doomed to live out life’s remaining time in a cold and sterile institutional environment, being cared for by strangers.

You’ll be handed all the tools necessary to remain active, independent, and safe. You’ll discover how you can “age in place” in your own home, and significantly slash the odds you could end up in that dreaded nursing home.

As you’ll see, most of the solutions to this nursing home nightmare are simple to implement once you understand the unique problems faced by the aging population (and they are different for men and women, as you will also see).

And just to alert you: One of the shocking issues revealed in this special report is not only a major reason why older adults are forced into nursing homes; it is also a big risk factor for early death. That alone makes this compelling report well worth reading.

Editor’s Note: Go here immediately to see the 3 things that could push you or a loved one into a nursing home.

When I mentioned the breathwork training I was at last week, a number of you wrote back with questions. Good ones. Three came up more than once, so I want to answer them here — briefly, because the next Anima Experience goes into this properly, and I'd rather not flatten it into a few paragraphs.

But here's enough to be useful.

"What kind of breathwork is best?"

There isn't a best one. There are different kinds doing different jobs.

Some breathwork is activating — it uses faster or fuller breathing to stir things up, move energy, bring material to the surface. Some is the opposite: slow, settling, down-regulating, designed to bring the system toward rest. Some sits in between.

"Best" depends entirely on the person, the moment, and what's actually needed. An activating practice is not better than a settling one. They're not even trying to do the same thing. The skill is matching the practice to the state — which is the whole thread of this work.

"How do I know if someone is a good facilitator?"

This one matters more than the technique.

A good facilitator is trained, and not casually — real breathwork training takes years and hundreds of hours, most of it about how to hold what a session opens, not the breathing itself. They screen before they work with you. They ask about your history. They can describe what their practice does and does not do, without grand promises. They adjust to you rather than running everyone through the same intensity.

If someone offers powerful breathwork after a weekend course, with no questions about your history and no sense of when to slow down — that's the wild west. The technique might be real. The container isn't.

"Is breathwork safe for me, and is it right for me right now?"

Sometimes the honest answer is not yet.

Strong, activating breathwork can be genuinely destabilizing — especially for a system that's already running hot, already depleted, or carrying a lot. Intensity is not the same as progress. More is not the same as better. A practice that overwhelms your capacity doesn't build it.

This is the Anima stance, and it's the opposite of how breathwork is often sold: capacity before intensity. You build a system that can hold more before you ask it to.

So — where does that leave you, if you're curious about the breath but not about to go book an intense session?

It leaves you at the actual starting point. Not the dramatic end of the spectrum. Your own everyday breathing — the baseline that runs underneath your sleep, your stress, your energy, all of it.

That's what the Start with the Breath guide is for. It's a grounded introduction to how breathing and your nervous system shape each other, with simple practices you can explore on your own, gently, at your own pace. No intensity. No facilitator needed. Just the foundational layer, which is where nearly everyone should begin anyway.

Hundreds of you have already requested it over the past few months. If you're one of them — it's worth opening again now, with all of this in view. It reads differently once you can see the whole landscape around it.

And if you don't have it yet, I'll send it to you.

Reply to this email with the word BREATH, and I'll send you the guide.

More soon,

The drug managing your condition may be creating conditions for the next one

There is a pattern that practitioners who work outside the pharmaceutical model see often.
A patient starts one medication. It manages the target symptom. Three years later, a new symptom appears. A second medication is added. Then a third. Each one prescribed in response to a problem that, on closer examination, was related to the one before it.
This is sometimes called the prescribing cascade. Doctors have written about it. Researchers have documented it. It is not a conspiracy. It is a structural feature of a system designed to manage symptoms one at a time rather than address the underlying conditions driving them.
Trevor King has been tracking this data for years and is going live Thursday, June 11th at 4pm ET with a free webinar on what the pharmaceutical model does not tell you — and what the research on natural alternatives actually shows.
So thankful that you're making an investment in your health, your life and yourself.
Because health means everything,
P.S. If you are managing a chronic condition, understanding the prescribing cascade is one of the most important things you can do for your long-term health. Join Trevor this Thursday here.

She had tried everything, different approaches, different strategies with real effort and real intention.

And yet… every time a major stressor came along, the old pattern would return.

And with it, that familiar wave of frustration and self-judgment.

"I wanted it to be different. I wanted to really quit and not just keep going back and forth and being disappointed in myself."

If that sounds familiar… this might be for you.

And just like it may be the case for you, Julie wasn't lacking willpower and she wasn't weak.

What she didn't yet know… was that the pattern wasn't the problem.

It was what the pattern was doing beneath the surface.

And once we began working together, addressing the problem at the ROOT, something began to shift.

Not through force but through genuine understanding.

"I don't feel as ashamed anymore. I can be here for myself and realise that that is what I needed."

"The days are good and productive and I can still have fun and live my life… I would highly recommend it. It gets to the root of it versus regular psychologist type sessions. It's more practical, more useful."

I'm sharing Julie’s story today because I've just opened up 2 limited time, private 1-on-1 coaching spots.

And if you've been stuck in a pattern you can't seem to break, whether it's a habit, chronic symptoms, emotional weight you've been carrying, or a body that just won't respond the way it should…

I want you to know that the missing piece is almost never what you think it is.

If something in you feels ready to go deeper…

You can listen to Julie’s full story

Good Diet Better Than Drugs for Metabolic Health

By Chauncey Crandall, M.D.

Too often, healthcare professionals look to drugs to maintain metabolic health, a key factor in aging and chronic disease. But it’s what you eat that can cause — or prevent — these conditions from developing in the first place.

Researchers at the University of Sydney in Australia performed a study to determine whether drugs or what we eat have a greater effect on aging and chronic diseases such as diabetes. The research, which was published in the journal Cell Metabolism, builds on the team’s pioneering work on mice and humans that demonstrated how protective diet can be. However, lead researcher Professor Stephen Simpson noted that there is also a push to develop drugs that improve metabolic health and aging, without a person having to make dietary changes.

This complex mouse study involved 40 different treatments, each with varying levels of protein, fat, and carbohydrate balance, calories, and drug content. It was designed to examine the impact of three anti-aging drugs on the liver, which is a key organ in the regulation of metabolism.

Special: Want a Stronger Heart? Follow Dr. Crandall’s Simple Meal Plan — Yours FREE Today!

The researchers found calorie intake and the balance of macronutrients (protein, fats, and carbohydrates) in the diet had a strong impact on the liver. Protein and total calorie intake had a particularly powerful effect not just on metabolic pathways, but also on fundamental processes that control the way our cells function. By comparison, the drugs mainly acted to dampen the cell’s metabolic responses to diet, rather than fundamentally reshaping them.

The study showed that “diet is powerful medicine,” according to Simpson. On the other hand, drugs are too often administered without considering whether or how they may interact with the metabolism of food.

This study is a strong argument that shows heart healthy eating, with an emphasis on lean proteins (such as fish), lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, fat-free dairy, and “good” fats, like olive oil, are a bigger payoff than drugs.

When a natural, non-patentable therapy starts gaining serious traction…

The institutions with the most to lose tend to become the loudest voices against it.

Red light therapy is exploding in popularity right now.

And the medical establishment is pushing back hard.

That pattern should tell you something.

I recently sat down with Russell Brand for one of the most candid conversations I have had in a long time.

We talked about the science behind red light therapy, and everything that unfolded in 2020, including:

  • Allegations that safety signals were ignored… and what happened to those who raised them

  • Questions about v@xx injuries, cancer risk, and the true origins of the virus that mainstream media still won't touch

  • What these controversies reveal about governments, media, and pharmaceutical companies… and the collapse of public trust
Because this is ultimately a conversation about health sovereignty.

About what it means to reclaim control over your own body… in a world shaped by powerful systems and competing narratives.

Watch my full conversation with Russell Brand and discover what they don't want you to know about powerful, natural therapies

There is a factor in cancer development that most doctors never mention.

Not toxins. Not carcinogens. Not genetics.

Something far more personal… and far more overlooked.

Your emotional health.

Research suggests that chronic stress, unresolved trauma, and long-term emotional patterns…

Influence what is happening inside the body in ways most people have never been told.

Which is why this line of thinking has been quietly gaining attention among integrative health researchers.

Because it looks beyond the physical…

…and focuses on what may be happening at a deeper level altogether.

See how emotional health may be connected to cancer development… and what the research shows you can do about it

Every parent wants to protect their child. But what do you do when the toxins are already in the food, the water, and the environment your child moves through every day?

Dr. Michelle Perro — integrative pediatrician with nearly 45 years of clinical experience — sits down to answer exactly that question. In this essential presentation she walks through the practical, accessible tools families can use right now to reduce toxic load and support their children's bodies in safely clearing what has already accumulated.

What she covers is immediately actionable: choosing organic food to reduce pesticide and glyphosate exposure, filtering drinking water, repairing the gut microbiome that toxic exposures disrupt, and understanding which hidden sources of toxins are most impacting children's developing systems.

This is not about fear. It is about equipping parents with real knowledge and real tools — the kind Dr. Perro has developed over decades of watching children get sicker, and then watching them get better when the right interventions are put in place.

Most people would notice if they spent all day every day riding a roller coaster.
And yet too often we miss blood sugar spikes.
The rises happen quickly. The drops happen quietly. Over time, those fluctuations can become so familiar that people stop recognizing them altogether.
The afternoon crash feels normal.
The intense hunger a few hours after eating is typical.
The cravings, irritability, brain fog, and dependence on caffeine becomes just part of everyday life.
All of those are potential signs of a blood sugar issue.
Dr. Brian Mowll has spent more than two decades studying blood sugar regulation and helping people understand the profound impact it has on energy, mood, metabolism, and long-term health. As founder of SweetLife Diabetes Health Centers and host of the Mastering Blood Sugar podcast, he has helped thousands of people regain stability by addressing the underlying causes of blood sugar dysfunction.
And this expert will be giving a free live class to this community.
You'll learn why blood sugar swings often go unnoticed, how they influence the way you feel throughout the day, and what stable blood sugar actually looks like in practice.
