You already put a lot of effort into taking care of your health.

You try to eat well, move your body, manage your stress, get enough sleep, take the supplements...

And somewhere along the way, taking care of your health can start to feel like one more full-time job.

Which is why, these days, I’m much more interested in the things that give us the biggest return for the effort we put in.

Especially in midlife!

And one area I don’t think we talk about nearly enough is protecting our mobility, strength, and spine BEFORE they start limiting the life we want to live.

My friend Ari Whitten is hosting a free training with Dr. Yonatan Whitten, who has spent more than 20 years helping people build stronger, more resilient bodies.

Join the FREE Healthy Spine Training here >>

One thing I really like about Dr. Whitten’s approach is that this isn’t about spending hours stretching, obsessing over perfect posture, or adding another complicated routine to your day.

He’s going to walk you through the 4 key factors that influence how your spine adapts and ages, including movement, strength, how your body handles load, and the positions you spend your days in.

And more importantly, he’ll show you where a few simple changes can make a meaningful difference over time.

Because I want us thinking beyond simply “not having back pain.”

I want you to be able to:

  • Carry the groceries without thinking twice.
  • Get down on the floor and back up again.
  • Travel. Hike. Lift weights. Pick up your grandkids.
And still feel strong, mobile, independent, and at home in your body decades from now.

Save your spot for the FREE training here >>

Ginger’s Gut-Healing Superpower: The Newly Discovered Key to Beating Digestive Disorders

A groundbreaking study from the University of Toronto has unveiled a surprising reason why ginger is such a powerful remedy for digestive issues. Scientists have identified a natural compound in ginger, furanodienone (FDN), that interacts with a key regulator of gut health, the pregnane X receptor (PXR) (a cellular sensor that controls inflammation and detoxification). This discovery helps explain why ginger has been a trusted natural remedy for centuries and provides a scientific foundation for its use in conditions like inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), leaky gut, and colitis. The findings also add to GreenMedInfo's extensive database of ginger's benefits in over 290 conditions, dozens of which are related to inflammation and digestive health.

If you're firing up the grill this Labor Day weekend, I want to make a case for something a little different.

Most cookout food follows the same script. White bread buns, processed patties, sides drowning in mayo and refined oils. It tastes good in the moment and leaves you feeling flat an hour later. That's not a coincidence — it's just what happens when food is built for convenience instead of nourishment.

This Portobello Mushroom Burger with Spicy Cauliflower Patties is proof you don't have to choose between a proper cookout and actually feeling good afterward.

Two grilled portobello mushrooms take the place of the bun — hearty, smoky, and satisfying. Inside sits a spiced patty made from quinoa, cauliflower, and warming cumin and chili, held together with a chia egg instead of the usual fillers. Top it with a quick apple slaw for crunch, and you've got something that holds its own at any barbecue, whether or not everyone else is eating meat.

It's the kind of recipe that quietly changes what a cookout can feel like. Just as social, just as satisfying, minus the food coma.

If you've got people coming over this weekend, or you're just looking for a new way to eat well through the rest of summer, this one's worth the effort.

Get the recipe HERE. >>

What To Do After Fire Exposure and Why This Matters for Patients with Complex Chronic Illness
For a patient already dealing with Lyme disease, tick-borne illness, mold illness, or Long COVID-related immune dysregulation, an inflammatory trigger can reactivate the underlying condition and right now that's wildfire smoke.

In our latest article, Dr. Nafysa Parpia shares that she now has to weigh several factors simultaneously in nearly every patient including structural and immune integrity, post-viral spike protein effects, as well as environmental toxins including wildfire smoke.

In a person with a healthy immune and detoxification system, an acute smoke exposure is taxing but recoverable. In a patient already managing a chronic infection or autoimmune process, that same exposure adds to a system that has little reserve left, and the two burdens compound each other.

This works in both directions. The metals and microplastics found in wildfire smoke are immunotoxic substances, meaning they don’t just cause direct tissue damage, but interfere with how the immune system regulates inflammation and distinguishes real threats from the body’s own tissue.

Read more in our latest article about how smoke exposure affects the body and key remediation strategies.

TAKE ACTION

Iowa Pays ADM $2.23 Million to Manufacture Synthetic Egg Protein

Iowa could be helping egg farmers transition from factory farming to raising their birds outdoors on regenerative organic pasture.

Instead, it’s giving Archer Daniels Midland $2.23 million for a factory to produce the Every Company’s OvoPro, a synthetic egg-white replacer made from genetically modified microorganisms.

OvoPro hasn’t been safety tested as all new food additives should be. Instead, it has entered our food through the “Generally Recognized as Safe” (GRAS) loophole. The Food & Drug Administration let the company decide OvoPro was GRAS and didn’t independently verify the company’s claims. The FDA accepted the Every Company’s assertions that the genetically modified yeast used to produce OvoPro doesn’t end up in the final product and that OvoPro is “substantially equivalent” to real egg white protein.

This is hard to believe given that an independent analysis of another product of “precision fermentation,” a synthetic whey protein, was found to contain 93 uncharacterized fungal metabolites and 236 fungal proteins. Instead, it’s giving Archer Daniels Midland $2.23 million for a factory to produce the Every Company’s OvoPro, a synthetic egg-white replacer made from genetically modified microorganisms.

This could have serious food safety implications. As the 1989 Showa Denko scandal demonstrated, the products of genetic engineering can be different enough to sicken and kill. When Showa Denko started making its L-tryptophan from a GMO microbe, the previously safe product killed 37 people and left 1500 permanently disabled!

CONSUMER ALERT: OvoPro is made from GMO microbes, but it’s marketed as “Free of GMOs.” Read this to learn how to avoid OvoPro.

Genetically modified microbes shouldn’t be used in food! The only responsible thing to do is ban this technology from the food system.

TAKE ACTION: Tell Your Lawmakers To Ban Genetically Engineered Frankenfoods Made With Synthetic Biology (a.k.a Biomass Fermentation, Precision Fermentation, Cell Cultures, and Synthetic Cells)!

PERENNIAL FOOD CROPS

I Planted These 12 Foods Once. I’m Still Harvesting Them Decades Later.

Katy Willis, AOL:

“Plant these 12 foods once and you’ll be harvesting from them for a decade or more, some of them for 20, 30, even 50 years. If you’re trying to build a garden that feeds you with less digging, less replanting, and less money spent on seed packets every spring, this is where to put your effort. I’ve got every one of these growing right now, and some of my asparagus and rhubarb crowns are older than my kids.

The trade-off with perennial food crops is patience up front. Most of these ask you to wait a year or two before you get a proper harvest, and in exchange, they’ll keep producing with barely any input from you for the rest of their productive life. That’s a good deal.”

Here’s what to plant.

CELLULAR AGRICULTURE

Where’s The Beef?

by Erin Somers, Harper’s Magazine:

“The days of cultivated meat as a possible panacea for climate change are long gone. Many of the industry’s biggest players—the ones still in business, anyway—are now embracing a more modest role in our food system. Since I tried its meatballs earlier this year, Mission Barns has announced a new strategy: it is pivoting from retail to wholesale and developing new products that will combine plant protein with conventional pork fat—to be replaced by their own, cultivated fat only once they’ve achieved a certain scale.

Elsewhere, cellular agriculture is being used to create exclusive novelty items that could be fairly described as Frankenmeat, whereby their freakiness and limited availability are not liabilities but rather the selling points. Vow, the Australian company behind the mammoth meatball, has also developed a variety of Japanese quail foie gras as part of its objective to craft meats ‘unconstrained’ by ‘the limits of nature.’”

Why, one might wonder? No real reason, except that they can.

Editor’s Note:

First, this story needs a correction. Mission Barns’ CEO Cecilia Chang told Harper’s Erin Somers that “cell-cultivated meat is usually organic and antibiotic-free.”

1. Cell-cultivated meat is never organic. The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Organic Program doesn’t allow cultured cells to be used in organic food.

2. Cell-cultivated meat is rarely antibiotic free, as labs typically use antibiotics to keep cell cultures free of bacteria.

Second, while it is very satisfying to read Harper’s article about the demise of the lab-grown meat industry, lab-grown meat is something of a red herring. Lab-grown meat captures all the attention, but synbio foods made from genetically modified fungal and bacterial microorganisms (the industry calls this “precision fermentation”) have entered the food supply with virtually no consumer awareness.

Impossible Burger’s fake blood, the Every Company’s imitation egg whites, and Perfect Day’s faux whey protein are GMO ingredients that aren’t labeled and are cheap enough to give companies an incentive to replace the real thing. Their use isn’t transparent, so we don’t know where they’re ending up, but we’re concerned that they could be picked up by the food service industry and snuck into school meals, as soy-based meat-replacers were in the 1970s.

While legislators have moved to ban lab-grown meat in several states, they’re letting these other new GMOs slip by them.

TAKE ACTION: Ban GMO Frankenfoods Made with Synthetic Biology (a.k.a Biomass Fermentation, Precision Fermentation, Cell Cultures, or Synthetic Cells)

PUBLIC HEALTH

USDA Cyclospora Research Projects Shelved Amid Funding Cuts and Relocations

Marcia Brown & Rachel Shin, POLITICO:

“The Trump administration is shuttering research projects key to the federal government’s fight against cyclospora, the foodborne parasite sickening thousands of Americans this summer.

Two of the three projects that represent nearly all of the Agriculture Department’s study of the parasite were defunded by Congress earlier this year, according to the agency. The third is slated to move from Maryland to Iowa this fall as part of a sweeping USDA reorganization.

Even though that project still has money, every scientist working on the parasite has declined to relocate, according to three people familiar with the plans and documents shared with POLITICO, granted anonymity to discuss personnel issues.”

The hollowing-out of all three projects is expected to hinder vital food safety research at a time when Americans are increasingly worried that they can’t trust the food supply.

The Shocking Truth About Water-Guzzling...

From the Editor • 9/3/2026

The Truth About Water-Guzzling AI Data Centers, and Mike Adams Interviewed on Global War

The technocrats are now trying to gaslight us all by claiming data centers use no water at all. It's a great big lie, of course. In reality, hyper scale data centers are on track to use hundreds of billions of gallons of water each year by 2030.

Most people don't know they use water for power generation as well as cooling. I explain it all in today's detailed analysis video report.

Plus, I was recently interviewed by Nima on "Dialogue Works" and we had a great conversation about world events, supply chains and war.

Find all of today's broadcast videos here.
