Funny, been told they're 'looking into it' and 'waiting for solution'. That they'll offer me a choice of refund or reship, but first if I just wait 1-2 more weeks. That was almost 3 weeks ago. I've mentioned it repeatedly in the ft forums, asked how to start the refund process in my support ticket and they're fucking ignoring it. But others who have waited a whole 6 weeks for their items, well they're offered refunds already. Shady pricks.
