Need help, new coil, battery safety information needed

Hello,
I have a 3 battery regulated mod (Smok Koopor Primus 300W) with TFV8 RBA section. I'm going to use 2 coils in the RBA. The resistance of one coil is 0.23 ohms so two coils will give 0.11 ohms. I'll be using 3 Samsung 25INR 20a batteries with this build.
Battery specs are below:-Specifications:
Nominal Capcity: 2500 mAh
Nominal Voltage: 3.6V
Discharge End Voltage: 2.5V
Standard Charging Current: 1.25A
Charging Voltage: 4.20+-0.05V
Max. Continuous Discharging Current: 20A

Quesion:- Is this build safe to use on these batteries? And what is the maximum wattage I can use on this build?

Watts=Volts x Amps
Watts = 11.1 volts (3 batts in series) x 20 amps
Watts=222
Derate for mod chip ineffeciency at 90%
Max continuous vape = 199.8 watts
Enjoy.

So as long as you stay below the 198watts... any ohm will be safe with your batteries. IN THAT MOD........

The mod will not fire at an unsafe ohm rate.. for the mod... it might fire at an unsafe wattage for the batteries though.
