So I took a bunch of pictures of the defects, and he'll have to have a state inspector from the Registrar of Contractors look at it, if the guy doesn't make it right he'll lose his license and bond money.
I'm sure that if either of us had our properties in/near a city, the results would be different. Oh well...I'm prolly stuck with my shack in EC too, doubt anyone will pay what I have into it either.
20% is usually 110%, kinda like your forecasts.....Well, I see your temp is dropping while the humidity is going up, but those cloudy skies icons aren't showing any rain drops. 20% is a pretty small chance.
Slight modification to the pole saw, so instead of cutting limbs, I will attempt to take down all those 6-8 foot tall weeds (thick stems). I can't use any other cutting tool I own because of my inability to crawl around on my hands and knees or bend-stand-bend-stand. This way (if it works), I can just casually walk around cutting these things down, then pick them up later and haul to the burn pile. What did you have planned for tomorrow?
That's a good idea. From what you explained about some of those weeds you could use a brush hogSlight modification to the pole saw, so instead of cutting limbs, I will attempt to take down all those 6-8 foot tall weeds (thick stems). I'd love to have a brush hog. There's a zillion things it could do here. Just don't happen to have the many hundreds of bucks they cost.you could use a brush hog
You have a PTO on a tractor? ...I've always wanted one but never bought.I'd love to have a brush hog. There's a zillion things it could do here. Just don't happen to have the many hundreds of bucks they cost.
Hear that, Eli sheared a blade drive cutting grass or a stump, she had no idea, just guessing it was a stump.Nothing here has a PTO, so it would have to be self-contained, like a DR. The Cadet can mow a lot of things, but not woody or really thick-stemmed weeds like a brush hog.
Could of been, I wasn't there at the time, just guessingHitting a stump.... even a 2-3" one... usually bends the blade. To break the blade drive sounds more like a very large stump or a steel pole or something nasty.
Ours eat damn near everything you put in front of them, and that which we do not offer, they steal.Quail LOVE tomatoes, I assume chickens would as well
I wouldn't mind if they ate just one, but no, they had to taste several.....Wicked wabbits!
I assume their partial to the skins
Just tomatoes and peppers. Lousy weather made it unlikely anything else would ripen in time.Did Lannie plant any beans peas, etc....or just matters?
Probably, but I like the inner portion a little better....Maybe they know something we don't, like maybe melons are like potatoes -- all the good stuff is in and immediately below the skin. The center is useless carbs.
I forgot about that...even tho it was only a couple months ago.Just tomatoes and peppers. Lousy weather made it unlikely anything else would ripen in time.
And you notice that most humans peel the skin off potatoes and throw it away because we only like the insides...Probably, but I like the inner portion a little better....
I like the skins better than the interiorAnd you notice that most humans peel the skin off potatoes and throw it away because we only like the insides...
Yup, and heavy rain almost daily most of June and July. Totally NOT normal.nowing the end of May first of June if I remember correctly?
There's one about 75 miles away. Not worth the trip (gas-wise).Farmers market....but you probably don't have one in your area
I remember that, but it was snowing until June, wasn't it?Yup, and heavy rain almost daily most of June and July. Totally NOT normal.
