Have a great Monday, Rich...!Well, my head is so sleepy right now, it wants to fall face-first on the keyboard, so I'm gonna put my body to bed and if that head has any sense whatsoever, it will follow along, and maybe I can cut the Zzzzs until Lannie shakes my ass awake in a few hours and pours some Grog in my pie hole to wake me back up again, get me wired enough to point my ass at the barns to feed them lazy-ass cows and horses...
To make a long (and boring) story short, Goodnight old pharts.
Oh, and Jimi or Dale, don;t forget to turn the lights out.

After threatening by tweet to veto the bill, Congress’s trillion-dollar, two-year budget proposal was signed into law without including a crucial provision that may have saved millions lives. The Cole- Bishop Amendment was initially included in the 2,232-page document, but the provision was seemingly removed before Trump signed the bill into law.
The current regulations state than any vaping product released for sale into the public market after February 15, 2007, must undergo an extensive Pre-Market Tobacco Application (PMTA) process. Gaining approval will involve enormous amounts of bureaucratic red tape, take months if not years to obtain, and could cost retailers in upwards of $1 million per product. The Cole-Bishop Amendment would have moved this predicate date forward to August 8, 2016.

Sure, I would like to try it, read an article a few weeks ago on it, sounded interesting.Jimi...I have a half kilo on the way, when it arrives this week I'll send some yur way.
The sleeping pills I get they said would stop a train and two at a time just barely does it for me.I take two Walsom's....a sleep aid from Walgreens....seem to work well, but takes a long while to kick-in

Yeh, I know exactly what you mean.....red kratom is very relaxing tho, and a natural plant. The sleeping pills I get they said would stop a train and two at a time just barely does it for me.

Like you said, reading is probably the best alternative.Every once in a while when I really need to get to sleep for the next day I take an antihistamine, the ones that make you a bit drowsy. As long as I don't do that more than once a week that always does it for me. Most times I only resort to that about monthly.
When i wake up sometimes it takes 3 hours to get bacck to sleep so sometimes I just lay in bed to rest my bones, it dose really suckHey Jimi, nice to see ya tonight. Been getting online late the last couple of days.
I go that way too sometimes. If it takes me more than an hour to get back to sleep I know I'm better off to get up and read for a while. That usually does it for me but sometimes it just doesn't and I have a very tired day.
I've read that week ago sounds like it's well worth tryingYeh, I know exactly what you mean.....red kratom is very relaxing tho, and a natural plant.

Never did. Started at 12 years old, then took a break for a couple years, then started again in basic training and never put them down until after vaping for a couple months (2 years 7 months ago). Fifty+ years of Camels should have given me lung cancer - or so they say - but it didn't even make me hack. And today, I'm being a good boy around those who still smoke. If I can't handle it, I walk away a few steps, but I will not condemn them for doing what I did most of my life.
I bet going back and forth probably does wear you down.

have a good un Sandi and hang in there.Hey old pharts! Just a quick post to throw a couple biscuits at ya! I wish work would slow its pace but it's not. I'm having a hard time since I'm not use to working all these hours after being diagnosed. No whining though. I need to fight though this. Years ago, I could do 60 hours a week and not blink twice about it. I'm off. You all have a great day!
Thanks Andria. Yes I have and it does help some but not enough, I sometimes have to take a couple ambien 10 mg. to get some sleep and then it's iffy.Have you tried the melatonin? It's not a cure-all but for getting to sleep at the "normal time", the stuff is an absolute godsend. I've slept better for the last couple weeks since starting it, than I have in YEARS. DECADES.
Andria
