Maybe. it is how I have eaten for almost 64 years.
It depends on how much of it you eat, genetics, etc.

Very true! And although bacon and pork sausage are both rather greasy, they also both have little to no cholesterol at all -- I eat one or the other every single day, and have zero pain or nausea... yet if I eat ground chuck, I suffer for nearly a week, thx to beef's cholesterol -- the only beef I can eat is the absolute leanest, and not too much of that either. And no eggs, though I manage egg white with just a drizzle of the yolk in it, to give it a bit more flavor.

As for the talks too much problem... I hear duct tape works well. ;)

I am doing pretty good buddy just trying to take care of this old broken down body of mine, thanks for asking, how have you been?
Glad to hear your going good. I'm pretty much doing the same. Trying to eat a bit healthier and find things to do to alleviate the winter boredom that's accumulated lol.

Recently took up making my own wire for my rba's and my sciatica ain't happy with me right now. Didn't realise my eye sight had become THAT farsighted either lol.

Other than that I'm doing OK.

I am about 185. Not fat but not skinny.
And eat everything that I like.
Don't hate me for my metabolism :)

That's about what my son weighs, at 29, and he's only 5'10" -- he's got a belly that just flabbergasts me. It's because with his bum hip, he can't really do anything, and he eats junk food, despite feeding him very well on nutritious food. I keep telling him he's writing diabetes a personal invitation, but he won't listen.

Sounds somewhat familiar. Was his name Peter?

Nah his name is Trevor. He moved to a more remote location in Oz where he had trouble getting internet and lost contact with him. Funny thing is we have the exact same foul mouthed personality and share the same birthday.

185 @ 5' 10" sounds about right. As long as most of that is lean muscle.

Yikes!
I just want to feel better. Low carb is the only diet (WOE) that I can lose weight.

I told my son he needs to try that, since he's so inactive. He has to eat regularly, with the medications he takes and of course he's a fulltime college student, taking lots of math and science shit, so his brain needs to be in first-class order... I just hate to see him starting a weight problem so young -- at his age, I had a 2 yr old bratski and I was STILL skinny as hell -- stayed that way till I was about 40-something.

Ah yes, the crappy Aussie internet. Yet, it was still better than what my old ISP did to me.

I like sliced bananas on ice cream and hersheys syrup over it all.

I like them on Cheerios, which will be my breakfast in the "morning" (whenever I decide to roll out of bed anyway!), along with 4 slices of bacon. Nom.

I am glad your doing good buddy and i know that winter boredom really sux, great idea to make up your coils to break the boredom I have a pile myself and been playing with flavors to help break up that boredom too, probably have enough juice made up to last well into summer but it keeps busy.

Yes sir! I tell wifey that for me the only thing worse than idle hands is an idle mind. Thank goodness the baseball season starts Thursday.

Glad you found something to do over the long winter. Vaping is not only a much healthier alternative but brings out the hobbyist is us as well.

Juice making is going to be my next project at some point I'll be sure to hit you up for advice.

I would greatly appreciate it!

I've been getting the best advice on wire and coil making from a board member in messaging and try to express my gratitude to that person every chance I get. Lol, I have begun calling that person Yoda in our messages. They have been a tremendous help and very encouraging as well.
