I used to have (so-called) diabetes, until I found fermented veggies. The fermentation which is similar to the bacteria in everyone's stomach eats sugar, unlike the bacteria in the stomach....so a diabetic doesn't need insulin....type-II diabetics anyway.

I don't really have diabetes (just the doctor claims I do). I had half of my pancreas removed about 10 years ago, I've had to use insulin until I found fermented food. Now I just eat a small portion of fermented cucumbers or carrots each day, insulin is not needed. My A1C is 5.2....was 8.9 three years ago.

The fermented cucumbers taste exactly like a pickle you'd buy in a Jewish deli.....delicious...!

I was feeling good watching the Metallica concert. Then it was over, and in had to figure out something.
Perhaps tomorrow, I'll try to log into VU on the laptop, get rid of the other account, and change the email Addy of this account to the other one... just in case this app phuques up again.

Evening fellow Pharters.
Had a pretty good day here. Overcast but upper 40's did some more cleanup on the fire debris.
Hope to have most of it cleaned up by this weekend.
