i love him.
Lol he's a favorite around here. Just turned 6 in January. Still our baby dog but the biggest chicken I've ever seen. Thunder, bubble wrap, any kind of plastic hes deathly afraid of. But he's our baby dog.

Our Tuxie was a feral stray kitten who found us in 2011, she was maybe about 3 mos old, so she's now almost 8 yrs. She started out outdoors-only, then when we moved here, she became outdoor/garage-kitty, and in the winter of '13-'14, she came indoors. Lately she seems to have forgotten that she's supposed to come home when her daddy gets home from work, and she was so infuriating today, she's going to be a housecat now, from now on. Probably a good thing; an 8 yr old cat isn't really old, but isn't really young either, and there are a LOT of dogs around here, as well as some non-typical wildlife -- great horned owls, and the occasional coyote.
She had a checkup recently, and seems to be pretty healthy -- 13½ lbs, so she's clearly not missing any meals.

Unfortunately not my land but do I wish it was. Venison galore. I killed 3 doe and a buck there last year. Plus the guy that owns it is 72. So anytime him or his wife get one they call me to clean it. And he gives me half. I had to give meat away during the winter. Lol

Tiki got back up on the old La-Z-Boy for the first time in over a year. A happy day.
(That huge furry pillow is like 40yrs old, it belonged to my Gramma in the 1970s.)
She used to race up that thing like a ramp to perch on top and see the squirrels, birds, and human goings-on stuff, but her balance hasn't been good enough recently. Seems the pills are working, albeit slowly. The nice weather is good for both of us too.
