ok ok, i'll put one up. i seriously gotta figure out how to get it off my phone and onto here, my girl does all that shit for me lol. i'll describe it in the interim. look up the youtube video for the transformer coil. it's very similar BUT......its two tiger coils (twisted ribbon and kanthal 30g.) loosely claptoned over with more ribbon, with twisted lightly flattened 28g kanthal in parallel. i got the idea looking at the video, he was saying it doesn't wick so well and i remember a previous build i made with tiger coil and how well that sucked up the juice. claptons do too,and ribbon does some interesting stuff when you twist it and i happened to have some nice pieces of tiger laying around, and i put it together ( took over an hour to get it right even though i had most of the parts made already). 4 wraps, .16 ohms, the coils sucks up juice beautifully! i also twist every strand of kanthal before i start building. i did not come up with the transformer coil, Koojax from Vapor Hut is the creator. and he had a great idea. im still tweaking my design but im waiting for more wire, i just ordered more today. so........yeah

The mini is the only Freakshow i have unfortunately. The flavor is pretty good, not the best i've ever had, but with the airflow blocked off about halfway and the right coils it's easily right up there with the derringer. Great atty for $30 in my opinion

Titanium wire .5, 8 wrap dual coils 3mm I.D. Coming out to .10 on my flask, vaping at 350f and 35w, perfection! So much easier to work with than nickel.

Trans-siberian tiger coil!! its sloppy, next time the tiger coils will be tighter as well as the clapton ribbon over said tiger coils. i actually have wire on the way, and i have the final build planned out. it'll be sick (i hope) btw, after posting this i started following twisted messes, blue eyed goon, etc and never mind. however great my coil may be, i got nothing on those lunatics lol

this is the tiger wire i used for the cores. not tight enough for what i wanted. still, it wicks amazingly well and heats up so fast. great flavor but incredible clouds. most importantly, it's really cool looking too lol
now someones gonna be all "that's already (blah blah) coil. everyone knows that one dumbass" lol. did i mention i've been building coils and vaping less than 2 months?
22g/38g Nichrome 80 Claptons in the Dotmod Petri.
Dual 9 wraps clocks in at .178. I absolutely hate wrapping these coils, but it's one of my favorite builds for the Petri. Super warm and flavorful
NOthing as origional as that TranssiberianIcantbuildthat" but just a simple dual twisted 24G 8 wraps around a 1/8 drill .34 ohm wicked with KoGenDoh in my new Twisted Messes RDA. Takes a second or two to really heat up, but once it does I really like this build.
Had to redo the coils.. the 24G had to long of a ramp up time and once warm the vape was full of spitback.
New coils are 28G twisted wrapped 9 times around a 3/32 rod duals for a .63ohm build. little cooler, ramp up is zilch, and there is darn near no spitting. All in all a much better vape experiance.
Had to salvage the 28G kanthal from a set of fubar'd clapton wires I built yesterday thinking I was gonna make a monster coil. it was two strands of twisted 24G wrapped together with the 28g. was to wide to fit into most of my RDA's. I did get a single coil into my new RDA, but I could only fit a 3 wrap and it was just under .1 ohm. didnt even fire it. So I unwrapped the 28G and built these twisted coils instead.

32g Nichrome 80 5-loop Vertabraid in the Freakshow Mini.
Dual 7 wrap build .18ohms w/ 2.4mm inner. Great flavor on these Vertabraids, but they are a little harsh for the first hour or so (for me). Once they break in though it's a pretty freakin' awesome experience. I honestly like making these more than i like vaping on them, and i love the way they look. 32g N80 is perfect, soft enough to braid without any problems, but thick enough that they don't snap or tear your hands up too badly.
I braided 5 loops of 28. Once. Bare handed. I still have cuts and stuff on my fingers. But man they do look NICE! Very jealous of that build.
Thanks man, I appreciate it! 28g kanthal would be tough, the nichrome is much softer. One of it's many awesome qualities haha

This coil is twisted 28G / 5 strips of .5mm flat stacked / twisted 28G then stapled with 32G. twisted 4 times on a 1/8 drill. Clocks in at .22 ohms. takes about 1.5 seconds to heat up on my Sigelei 100+ set at 80W. Flavor is freaking phenomenal and vapor is pretty darn good as well.
Took about 20 mins to make the coil but it was well worth it.

Damn, that's even prettier than mine was! Great job! With the complex coils like that N80 is the way to go. Mine hit 4th of July status in about half a second haha. well I have some N80 26G, but everything else I have is Kanthal. Just realized that I wrapped the staple wire the wrong way and it isnt flowing with the twisted wire. Think Im going to rebuid it with 26G N80 and pay more attention with the stapling....
Ok.. my first attempt at a staggered clapton. It's a 26 awg Kanthal core wire, wrapped with a 29 awg Kanthal wire, and parallel wrapped with a single 26 awg Kanthal wire. Came in at .37 ohms, but takes a while to heat (my mod only does 60w). Hits like a champ otherwise and flavor is great.
I suppose this is the part where I realize I'm gonna need a bigger mod.. lol

Dual 8 wrap 26/38g N80 fused claptons built by Twisted Messes himself today on my Twisted Messes RDA. He is such a fast, clean builder. He banged this out in almost half the time it takes me. Anyways, flavor and vapor are awesome as i have come to enjoy in a fused clapton

Dual parallel 26g 7 wraps forget the ohmage but around .2 on troll rda

Not exactly a picture perfect build, so i post this with a little hesitation. Been having some really delicious experiments with 32/38g N80 twisted claptons. They perform wonderfully, this is 32g core, 38g wraps with a single 28g helix, all nichrome. Yummy, though the wraps didnt line up as photogenic as i would have liked
