You could use the SS round wire as frames and if you can find some 36g/38g/40g SS then you could use it for outer wrap, I use Nichrome 80 for mine though.

So here's some of the Latest Builds...They are large and crazy, the RDA's Ive gotten lately have been large so the builds needed to be just as big to fill them up!
Size Comparisons!
22mm, 24mm, 30mm, and 40mm!
Coo TS 30mm:
I did a Staple Build with 20G Staged Heating but it wasnt heating like I wanted it to so I tossed it and made some 2 x 20KA1/40KD Fused Claptons...They are both 3.5mm ID and I did the Fuse Claptons with 9 Wraps so they werent too low but they provide a great vape, this RDA can hold some juice and blow right through it...Im guessing atleast 7ml's when filled and cotton soaked...
Well I wasnt as impressed with the last 2 builds because they weren't warm enough I though, even with 150w its wasnt as hot as I wanted. I was going to do a Dual Caged Build but I first wanted to use up some wire I made the other day, Ill do a Dual Caged sometime soon, tomorrow if I decide I dont like this build...
Now for the Quad Fused Clapton Build...2 different Fused Clapton Pairs...
I wanted to make sure everything would heat together so I had to add a few wraps to the coils on the top pair and I wanted to keep the bottom pair the same as what my last build was.
Top to bottom:

My, My, My....This thing is enormous! I was pretty excited that it came in and I had a spool of Alien wire made to make some coils for this beast...I ran into the room and grabbed the spool...only to find mice chew the spool and some of the god damn wire...I didnt have enough 36g to make more so after cooling down and throwing poison pellets everywhere I decided to go with what I could do in little time... Fused Claptons, I will soon remove them and toss some Framed Staples or Aliens in it but for now this works....and looks crazy, and it heats up much better then it did with those FC's I had in the Coo TS.

I took out the Series Build in the Goon and wanted to try doing something odd today for it. I wanted to do that "Green Mamba" Build but a variant of it. After spinning my wire I realized I didnt spin it enough and since I didnt really have time I just used it the way it was. I laid a piece of Ribbon on both sides of the Core wires before fusing the Wire. After I had it all together I noticed a weird design similar to a Shrub Trimmers Blade, I decided to quickly Flatten the Wire length and I thought it was pretty cool. I wrapped it up and tried it out and I can say Im pretty damn impressed with it..It ramps extremely quickly and the flavor is pretty intense, the vapor output is also dense and on a Unregulated Mech/Parallel Box its similar to a Series Build around .4.
I put it on the Full Brass Diablo Mod...an All Brass Setup that hits like a Thug in the Trap on *************** and Crack!

Its surprisingly easy, its mostly twisted wire...
You need a length of 22g and clapton it with 34g, then decore the 34g and stretch it to 2 times its original size. Then thread in some 26 and cut it into 3 pieces, then twist all 3 lengths together. Afterwards you need to use flat jaw pliers to smooth out the wire and then you done.

While waiting for the Geekvape Tsunami this morning I made some Staggered Fused Claptons for it. I havent made these in some time and for being out of practice with them I think I did a pretty good job on the first run!

Its not the usual build as the build I made for it wouldnt fit...it was just TOO BIG. This will give you a warm to hot vape, ramp up insanely quickly and has more surface area then most dual coil builds...

While waiting for the HOG V2 I decided to make a build thats a bit higher in resistance then I originally wanted to make for it but Im sure it'll be too hott for me already. This build is massive and most RDA's could even handle a 1/3 of each coil inside them...With the hohm Wrecker G2 at max wattage it barely glows....Remember the 151w that the Hohm Wrecker puts out feels twice as powerful as most 200w mods I own...It should be beastly with 8.4V pushing 352w at it...

Man Ray you can get the $18.00 a pair for these unique and almost impossible coils! Dude the value of anything is what someone will pay for the item/services, what you're doing can't be just put together by anyone, heck there's probably very few people that can put coils together at the precision you're doing. Get what your value is before you go back to PS3 cause your burnt out or something. Your not going to get anyone complain when they see how your shit performs and probably outlast any coils out there, they are beastmode bro. Very very impressive!

First try at something Corrugated...Ill get this down, I just need more Ribbon...This coil came out like shit when I wrapped it since all I had was .8 KA1 ribbon and I have some .3 N80 Ribbon on its way...Im sure it will be 100x's times better with the .3 N80 Ribbon...
