Huli Huli is actually the method of cooking the chicken. Marinate overnight at least and baste while grilling are the only tips I have, since you already have a recipe. And, be ready to scrub the grates since the marinade will gunk it up.

Truly gunky. And since I have a real hard time sticking to a recipe I start it off on the smoker for 2 hours then to the grill. While smoking the marinate gets boiled then simmered reducing it by half and thickening it up. Grilled pineapple ring for garnish and white rice side.
