Faucet on the kitchen sink just borked. Since it was broken my wife has decided to turn it on twice cuz…???…nobody knows why she did that.

my older sister stepped up her manually operated pancreas yesterday. After a hospital stay
she was just pills and weekly injection before. Daily insulin now
her BMI is over 40, which is classed as morbidly obese. Which doesn't help

then about 15 years ago she went type 2
That sucks. Type 2 is tough. Strict diet and meds. Her daily insulin shot is probably a background insulin that helps stabilize her glucose throughout the day. When I was on one of those my endo and I decided to shoot up half my daily dose and take 2 shots a day 12 hours apart. That worked really well for me.

High blood sugar means they’re having a bad day. I get grumpy and snarly when my blood sugar gets high. A donut makes me feel better but that just exasperates the situation and starts a viscous cycle.
