good morning.
What a night and a nasty morning to wake up to. It was 5 degrees earlier with winds gusting between 20 and 30mph and snow on the ground. It looks like a good day to stay to take it easy in my castle. And listen to a little George Harrison to start my morning.

My Lazarus Vintage, Trinity Reserve, did arrive yesterday and all I can say is Wow! A really unique vape. I'm going to do a review of this when the spirit leads.

For those of you who don't me, I'm a gym rat. I spend 6 days a week in the gym... 2 hours daily. And when I'm not in the gym, I'm reading or talking
about it. Although, I'm not a one track Tripper. I enjoy flirting with the ladies online... completely innocent as I am.--Just ask Redd.
I'm currently in a 12 week training program; it's week five. It's a program that would make mere mortals weep... and I'm weeping. lol Kris Gethin is hosting this training program. He's a f'ing badass. Here's a video of the workout I'm doing today. Yesterday was leg day and it crushed me.
