Damn skippy I am! You didn't find that GBox, but you sure delivered on the Nuppin! Did you look at the Mulciber?

You really want that gbox?
Look at the Mulciber? I mean I had one for awhile, it's currently being shown the love and respect it deserves with another one of our fine members though.... damn fine piece of gear, that Mulciber.
22mm cap but 18mm chamber, beautiful deck to build on, great flavor.... @all_thumbs nailed it with the coil placement being key as well. There's lots of options.

What happens in vegas.....
Eventually comes out on the forums :giggle:

Well, I did see Larry Flynt's gold plated wheel chair while there, hahaha

Ironically, he was shot by a white supremacist serial killer who took offense at his publishing photos of a bi-racial couple playing hide the salami

I tried to do a hand check in front of it but only managed a partial selfie, lol

Oh, I think I'll always have a few around no matter what, it's just that I think I'll step back from going for the "latest and greatest" when other options are perfectly as functional, at a much lower price point to boot.
Snobbery and all that shit as well.
Anyways, I do like the feedbacks, and @Train I'm glad you're happy, and I've never had a lick of trouble with the modmaker connector. Even doing the "hot swap" with the moddogs / modmaker connectors in the white orca for the o-atty didn't make a goddamned bit of performance difference IMHO, but I'm not a hot-rod-modder / builder either so who am I to say. Just a guy.

Gotta agree with this

While I love new "stuff" I've never had a single problem with any of the four I got from you - and they are so hassle free, I gave one to a newbie to cut her teeth on

See a lot of money wasted on expensive stuff that doesn't hold up or perform. I mean, $200 for a squonker that leaks????

The YFTK bottles, Pulse and Trishul RDA's are arriving in today's vape mail. I don't know if I will be able to remove the Aeronaut 24 off of the Drone long enough to try them out, it's such a great RDA.
Try the pulse at least. Love mine. Make sure you get the coil up high enough.

OK, another 2 Armor RDA randoms, 50% chance and a 40% chance and I got nothing. I really should give up. Pretty sure I've been in 7 draws now.

Man, if you get an armor, then it's like a whole different hunt for all of the little fucking bits and pieces that go along with it.
From all I've seen on the armor, the most prominent feature would seem to be the ability to completely consume the consumer.
Just stop yourself short of selling your soul, You'll land one eventually!!

Kudos to 6ixty 7even mods. I think the current model is V4, and it's your basic printed squonker with a bit of a following...
What's the kudos for?
They just released their V2 design to open source. I just think that's smart and cool.
So, if you're looking to print your own box, here's a decent, proven one...

I can't find anyone with a 3d printer I've been trying for over a month to get someone to print this for me

Upload the stl files to an online printing service and have it shipped to you. One such example is makexyz.com. There are quite a few to choose from and some offer different materials.

About $15 for the body. Probably not much more for the smaller parts. I don't know how this place compares price-wise to other services but figured I'd use them as an example. Looks like they are fast though.

edit: also, some public libraries have 3D printers you can use for a small fee or sometimes at no charge.

Anyone have any tips regarding the Armor? I cleaned it, threw a 316L fused clapton in at and put it back together the same way it came? I can't quite seem to figure out how the AFC works or what options I have other than going dual coil after taking the spacer out.

The very top ring of the cap that screws of is the airflow control. You would turn it to move the inner part of the cap. However,on that version, you have to take off the top ring and place an o-ring from the spares pack on the threads to make it functional.Saw that in a video from 3fvape for the $6.99 version. Here is a link to the video.

It looks like, because of the smaller cap size, those might be a little safer in mechs where the contact is close to the cap.
I agree. I will be ordering some for my frankie clones and my orca, since the caps on the yftk are too big to fit in those without touching the contacts.

I'd say wait a day or three, they'll pop up on FT also! You could get a better price on the 5 pack.

Something seems hinky at 3F right now too - nothing stays in my "cart". I click, and it says it's in my cart, but then I go look, and my cart is empty.
Oh well - maybe Ftech will get those bottles in time for 7/4 sale?

Unless it's different than mine, if you keep turning the very top part (by the tip, or the ring right under the tip) it will rotate an INNER ring that's got AFC. It may be hard to see - but maybe get an angle with light (cap off) so you can see as you turn that the air is getting blocked, then open as you turn. Ther is no option to have ONE SIDE open - it's gonna be two sides, but you can control HOW open they are...

One side only I think requires a different cap...

Unless I'm wrong, a metal bottle cap touching your switch side contact is a non-issue unless the cap is also touching the battery in a spot where the wrap has been torn or is missing. There is no way for a short circuit to be completed otherwise.

Thank you! I'm good with it completely open but the single coil block installed. Still getting a nice, warm, flavorful vape!

The Silk clone silicone bottles haven't brought me much joy I have to say, there seems to be a lingering smell/taste to mine and suck back is far to weak to offset the pleasure of an easier squonk press. The modmaker super softs are softer than the Italians but still have good suckback, I'm preferring them at present. $7US for another Chinese bottle had better be Stella on every level. Hopefully the silicone is a little thicker on there and the suckback less pathetic.

This is true.I prefer to err on the side of caution. But,when the cap touches the contact,it seems to me,that it creates pressure against the contact, which can change the amount of button throw and the amount of pressure to push the switch.Especially when you got a battery squeezed in to a small enclosure also.
