It's a Hellfire, that's for sure. Pretty sure I've owned one of those but can't remember the name.
Nice, but looks too airy for me.

That's a beauty!Has anyone seen this mod trade hands anywhere? I commissioned this in 2016 and sold it along with the rest of my high end squonks to fund another expensive hobby.
All the shiny bits are solid silver. I kick myself for letting it go and would like to track it down. I no longer have the PMs from the buyer.

bastard setup with so much reliance on magnets
i had a 26650 one
Looks like itYeah, I see them from time to time. I’d just like to get mine back. Mine was also 26650. I think Vaughn made mine not long after yours - yours was the inspiration I believe.

Those are awesome! Makes me want to look for doors againWas playing some SQ Jenga the other day, figured you guys here may appreciate it too. They stack surprisingly well, and was sturdy.

I'm sorry to hear your have problems right now. Hope it all works out well for you.Yeah, may need to hold off a little more on getting a SQ Topside. Suffice it to say, personal stuff going on. It'll be alright though I reckon, if I don't take a mind to up and leave. I'm that fed up.
Oh it will. I did go ahead with some "mad money" stash and get that Furyan mod. Prolly ought to saved but at the same time that Furyan is a nice mod. Didn't need it but yes, nice every once in a bit to do something nice for self.I'm sorry to hear your have problems right now. Hope it all works out well for you.

My SQ's are both 18650, so...no help. But they're SNUG.Anyone have loose battery issues with a sq217? They almost fall out of the mod now with a good shake and it won't fire sometimes. I turned the battery and it works... I'm assuming it's positive down like other mechs but something has changed with the fit. I've tried to Google this but haven't found anything yet so I thought if turn to the experts.
Thanks ahead of time for even just reading all that haha

I've had that issue before. It's a pretty easy fix.Anyone have loose battery issues with a sq217? They almost fall out of the mod now with a good shake and it won't fire sometimes. If you do what @gadget! suggested above, it will fix it permanently. If you are in a pinch and have that issue, you can use a pocket knife and slide it under the bottom contact and twist it slightly to raise it up just a little. That will fix it for a day or two, so it will still be functional until you can get the time to fix it properly (the way gadget suggested).Anyone have loose battery issues with a sq217? I think you can still replace the entire mod for about $25. The proprietary bottles by themselves are probably unobtanium.I used to enjoy using my Aspire Feedlink Revvo. However, each time I refilled the bottle, it got harder to put back in, eventually resulting in my having to use small curved pliers to twist it into place.
Now, the damned thing leaks. Has anyone else had this issue, or is it just me?
I'm wondering if I should bother trying to get a replacement bottle, or just junk the mod entirely. I only paid $25, and that included shipping.
So, it's junk like I thought. The mod is in the trash. I got plenty for back-ups. I have squonkers I paid less for that have given me less problems.I think you can still replace the entire mod for about $25. The proprietary bottles by themselves are probably unobtanium.
my only experience with VA was the cyclone. One of the first RDA to offer bottom fed from the factory. But quality was great
I’ve never owned one but from memory the 3D printing is pretty “unrefined”. I think they were a more wallet friendly option when 3D squonks were the hot ticket.I probably should have asked this prior to buying it... Anyone have thoughts on a Skull Candy Venom Squonker? Pretty sure it's a 20700.(for now haha)

I figured it was pretty cheap - I was looking for a project and I liked the skulls in the doors. I figured I'll finally learn more about the different 510 options and get some contacts for it.I’ve never owned one but from memory the 3D printing is pretty “unrefined”. I recall exactly the same impression... But if you like the box, and you're planning on new parts - well, there you go - it can become a great squonker, lol.I’ve never owned one but from memory the 3D printing is pretty “unrefined”. I have a whole box of different BF 510s and occasionally make my own contacts from copper sheet. So, I basically just try stuff out, lol. Do you have pics of the internals?I figured it was pretty cheap - I was looking for a project and I liked the skulls in the doors. Is there anywhere good to start reading or does someone just start trying stuff out?

I'm honestly not sure. I bought it blind (other than a little googling) and decided to turn it into a project. The guy I bought it from has the door upside down, but like I said I like the size and the door.I have a whole box of different BF 510s and occasionally make my own contacts from copper sheet. I thought about that one but wanted a project. I read some of these are MOSFET so I may be gutting the internals and throwing in some new ones along with a good 510.Hah, I just saw the mod in question. I’m debating on whether or not to snag that Furyan. And dude has the squonk door upside down on the Skullkandy, lol. FWIW, I think it looks cool and should be easy to mod with better parts if necessary.
Post a pic of the guts when you receive it.
They are awesome!Anyone have a VA Spade mech? Pretty sure I've only heard good things about them but want to check in before pulling the trigger on a 21700 Spade mech. Any issues to report? Ease of maintenance? The innards look a bit more fiddly than most mech squonks.
Perfect! Thanks @gadget!They are awesome!
In my opinion the best quality and design of any mech Squonk out there.
